There is a lot of good parking. The Chick Fil A line does not interfere with the rest of the Marketplace. I have been to multiple locations and this one had good service. I got the 8 piece Chicken nuggets with the sauces and a seasonal, peach shake. read more

I have never had chick-fil-a before. I know, crazy right?! My son raves about this chain so I thought I'd try it out. Stopped at this location because I was in the area doing some last minute xmas shopping. I ordered a 3 pc chicken strip combo. The waffle fries were fresh and hot, the honey mustard sauce is so good! The chicken strips....not so good. The chicken strips I received were hard and the batter is very salty. They were so salty I could not eat the strips. I was not a fan. I doubt I will go back to Chick-fil-A. I tried to like the chicken...but nope. read more

Yesterday me and my coworker went to Chick-fil-A drive-through the order about four people meal as we pull up to the front window. I asked the lady in blonde if we have all our sauces and straws. The lady was so confident and said yes it's in the bag as we drove away. We noticed that there was no stress and no condiments called the store and asked to speak with the manager and the manager apologize several times and asked if we can turn around then I expressed my concern and my frustration. The service of drive-through and gas should not have to turn around or get out their car for something at the store. Employee did not provide and was so confident that everything was in the bag. I believe the manager of the store was not apologetic due to her kept saying I'm sorry over and over again without a solution she direct me to corporate and corporate said they were going to send an email and they never did read more

If I could give a zero I will . Worst chick fil a . I came to pick an order and I waited for 45 minutes! One of the employees told me the order was going to be ready soon and nothing happened so I asked one of the employees and they said they didn't see the order . Are you serious ? And then when I got the order i got it wrong !! They have plenty of employees and 3 managers and none of them apologize for the inconvenience. If you want to order online you should go somewhere else . read more

I ordered a Chic-Fil-A deluxe sandwich and the sandwich was great but unfortunately I didn't get the bbq sauce that I requested. Additionally, I opted for the parfait over the fries which is an additional two dollars and I got the spoon without a parfait. I ordered through DoorDash so they should've had everything left within the bag. I'm pretty sad that I missed out on the parfait and now I'm out a couple bucks. read more

From my experiences, this location keeps getting worse and worse every time I go. This is a photo of all the core I had to take out of my salad, IT MAKES A WHOLE OTHER SALAD!! Frustrating when theres a line in the drive thru, the lobbies busy, orders backing up on the counter only to find 4 employees having a social gathering with a customer in the lobby... and then realize that the manager (female redhead) is in that group. Horrible Service. I ordered 2 spicy deluxe meals and was given 2 regular spicy sandwiches. Aside from that. they were walking around with my sandwiches in hand. they made me pay for the cheese and lettuce and gave me back COLD sandwiches with unmelted cheese. Ordered on the app on the way home from work. Curbside brought to my truck 2 bags with two loose milkshakes. While carrying the order into my house a milkshake toppled over. Big mess. I cleaned it up. Opened order and found we were shorted half of the chicken strips. No big deal, I called and spoke to the manager who told me they had run out of drink carriers. He explained he could give me another order of chicken strips if I returned today I explained I just got home from a long day with a huge workload to finish to wrap up my day hence the to go food. He said that if I couldn't return I would have to call the hotline for a refund or replacements I just got off the phone with the number from the web and it was an endless prompt to reach the right department. Forget it. I deleted the app and will just go to In-n-out. Worse than not good, so much for a decent Christian company. Far from it. They do not care about the bad food they serve or the customers, corporate doesn't even handle bad food situations and neglect to give proper information. This is fast becoming my favorite fast food restaurant. Decided to eat inside because the drive thru line was a mile long (a little exaggerated). Nevertheless, super crowded and perfect for families. Somehow this location has trouble getting orders straight the first time. I did a mobile order to take advantage of the free 8 piece chicken nuggets as part of one of their app promotions/national giveaways. When the worker called my name, he had a small bag with my nuggets, but where was the rest of my order?! I also ordered three Icedream cups. I swear, it took a good five minutes of so before that part of my order was ready. SMH. Shouldn't he call my name when my ENTIRE order is ready, not just part of it?! This isn't the first time this location has had issues with my mobile order...They need more training or something! read more

Honestly I was so skeptical about chick-fil-a but omg this place is amazing so fresh and always bomb!!! They're so sweet and nice here always with a smile. The nuggets are to die for ! This is one of the newer locations (opened June 2017). I have been here three or four times so far and again today for lunch. They do a good job. Very organized operation. Always clean inside, friendly staff, fast service and very accommodating. A well managed business. They make a pretty decent chicken sandwich as well! I usually order a #1 combo (deluxe chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cheese). Comes with a drink and criss cut fries. Low service. I waited in line for over 15 minutes to place an order. The customer was indecisive. Plenty of employees walking around. Nobody assisted and stepped up to the plate to added an extra cashier. "???" My order sat on the counter and I walked up to get it myself!!!! On top, I decided to get a drink refill on the way out. I guess they're too busy to insure accuracy. I asked for Diet Coke and I took a "SIP" and she refilled it with Dr. Pepper. This place has really gone down the bano!!! Amazing customer service and nice contemporary decor to go along with it.I was really surprised that this fast food place had all this going on in here. Not only that,everyone here really works as a team and not out for themselves.Now lets get down to the food business.I ordered the classic grilled club sandwich to start off.Now the sandwich was decent and I was expecting the Colby jack to kick in but it never did and I was forced to add sauce to give it that extra push and was kinda bummed.I also tried their BBQ chicken sandwich that was a limited time item.Another decent sandwich that also came up short on taste,I mean the bacon and sauce were there but not enough to make you say dam Gina.So overall the sandwiches were decent but what really impressed me was the service and the upkeep of the place with real flowers in a vase at every table, what.So,great first experience here and I think I will be trying more menu items in the future to give it a fair shake.And that's my take,Peace out Yelpers read more

Came here and wanted a chicken wrap. I asked for extra chicken and was told we can't do that. I asked why and was told we don't add extra chicken. I am beyond shocked that a chicken place won't add chicken to a wrap. I know they say they pride themselves on customer service but to be told we don't add chicken to a wrap is unbelievable. I opted for the curbside pickup for my lunch (what a mistake). I ordered a few minutes before I got there, parked, entered the parking number in the app, thought I was good to go. As I'm waiting there, minutes are ticking by. I'm watching car after car after car enter the drive thru and exit the drive thru. Oh, you must be thinking it because I had this massive 1,000 piece chicken nugget order and that's why it took so long. Actually it was a large lemonade and an 8 piece nugget. That's it. Yet 12 cars went through the drive thru and exited before I got my meal. Why?? This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Chick Fil A, ever. I've got over 25,000 loyalty points with this company too! Don't be fooled by their curbside. Get it together Glendora! read more

TLDR: 57 minutes from order to actually getting food, kabobs were completely overdone, order was…read moreforgotten and 3 orders after us already picked up. Couple ordered right before us finished eating and left before we even saw them working on our order. We have been coming to Damascquino for a few years now. As they have been one of the few places that opened late to midnight since COVID. I've been here enough times to have tried everything on their menu including all versions of their fries, broasted chicken mean, all the skewer and sides and have never been disappointed...until this last trip. We arrived around 6pm right around dinner service so obviously some wait is expected. There was 3 others that was in front of in line placing their orders. The person manning the counter seems to be newer and unfamiliar, we have never seen him before. It took around 20 minutes for him to take the 3 sets of orders in front of us and ours as well. At this point we got our receipt 6:26pm. Dinner service so we expect about 30 minutes of waiting or so, had a chat with one other person that was waiting for his order. Then starting to see one after another get their order. 3 more come in to place their order after us. The couple that ordered right before us is eating in and sat down at one of the tables inside. They get their order of 2 sandwiches and starts eating. Normally this place starts scooping the rice and sides for the next order to be fulfilled as those are prepared in advance, so as soon as the kabobs are done they can finish packing up and complete the order. We see multiple boxes on the counter waiting for the meat so we expect they were working on our order. The order behind us picks up their order. The next one after picked up their order. The 2 ladies that ordered last sat down and was served ....and no boxes were on the the counter indicating they were working on another order. At this point we are about 40 minutes in, so we walk in asking about ours. The guy turns at looks at the grill, then just says 15 minutes. Once we turned around he then starts to put our sides together completely forgetting our order. At this point we are 45 minutes in waiting, and it had better be the best kabobs we ever had. Finally they call us. 7:23pm. 57 minutes since we were rung up. On top of the lining up we are now about 80 minutes since we arrived. We are obviously frustrated but hey since they didn't have any more orders to work on our kabobs should be perfectly grilled right? COMPLETELY OVERCOOKED. It was chewy, dry, and any resemblance of flavor has been cooked to crap. And they just had the excuse of sorry it was dinner time we were busy, treating as if we are idiots and can't obviously tell they forgot our order. Unfortunately I doubt we will be returning again. For the staff: it's ok if it took a while during dinner service. We get it. It's ok if our order slipped thru the cracks. It happens. But what is absolutely not acceptable is lying about it AND completely screw the cooking up considering you have no more active orders besides ours. We would have been okay if you acknowledged the error and cooked our kabobs to perfection, maybe offer us a drink for the wait time as it barely costs you anything. You see 2 guys standing right outside of your store and have completely zero awareness of MAYBE we might still be waiting for our order?
