Visit this place at least twice a week, close to my workshop. Nice customer service, always feel welcome. The drive through is fast too.

This is the only fast food restaurant I go to where, consistently, it is actually fast (relative to the number of cars in line) and the employees are always nice and act pleasant when taking and serving orders. The only problem I've had is many times I have required Chik-Fil-A during a Sunday to support various activities and been absolutely screwed by their unreasonable Sunday hours of operation. read more

As for the food, the chicken was incredibly salty and didn't have the texture of actual chicken, which leads me to think it's "separated" and reconstituted. YAY CHICK-FIL-A! Although I have a great love for the heavenly chicken that CFA serves up, I'm willing to admit that there are a few locations that struggle with their customer service. This location on Colorado is not one of them though. I was one of the CFA First 100 campers at their Grand Opening awhile back and even then we were all treated very well. The customer service, leadership and (perhaps more importantly) the food are fantastic here. Oh man. Where do I begin? I placed a simple order tonight via the drive-through: a #1 meal and a milkshake. There were four issues with my order. 1. When I pulled up to the window, I noticed the fries were only half full. I immediately asked the person at the window for more fries, and he said he couldn't do anything because I had started eating already. Bewildered because this was literally 2 seconds after he handed me the bag, I told him I hadn't started eating. After consulting with the manager, he told me he was still unable to give me more fries due to sanitary reasons since I had taken delivery of the food. 2. I was asked during the ordering process if I wanted a cherry on the shake, and said yes. After receiving the shake and driving away, I realized there wasn't a cherry. 3. My order was missing condiments I specifically requested during the ordering process. 4. They ended up concluding my order at the window, which prompted me to drive away. Only then did I realize they never provided the drink that was supposed to come with my #1 meal. I love Chick-fil-A, and I get that mistakes happen periodically. I'm even willing to overlook 4 mistakes in one simple order, so long as the issues are handled appropriately when they're brought to the manager's attention. That's unfortunately where this location really dropped the ball, and hence the reason for this review. After driving away and noticing the 4 issues above, I called the manager (the same person who refused to address the original issue with the fries at the window). Regarding the fries: she repeated the same reason of sanitary reasons for not being able to top off the fries. I asked why she didn't then just give me another 1/2 order of fries at the time, and she continued to repeat the same excuse, like she was reading a script. She said this 2-3 more times. I then asked how I was supposed to know the order wasn't filled properly until I took delivery of the food? Was I supposed to climb out of my truck into the kitchen, supervise them filling my order, and point out all the issues before they gave me the bag? Her response? Same excuse: "owner policy states we cannot do anything once you've received the food." Regarding the cherry: she said they were out. I'm not going to get crazy upset about a cherry at the end of the day, but don't ask me if I want something when you're out of it. And if you do, once you find out you've run out, at least tell me when you're handing me the shake, instead of just hoping I don't notice. Regarding the condiments: the manager said they weren't listed on my receipt, so they weren't placed in the bag. I told her I clearly ordered them at the drive through line, and her response was "ok, then it was probably our mistake." It wasn't PROBABLY your mistake. It WAS your mistake. Stop hedging. Own up to it. Regarding the drink: she didn't apologize or even address the issue at first. It wasn't only until after I kept pressing her on that issue, as well as the fries, that she reluctantly agreed to give me a drink and fries next time I stopped by. She took down my name, phone number, and receipt number. However, in order to receive those two items in the future, she said I have to bring in the receipt next time. I asked her what was the point of asking for the receipt number and my personal info if I needed to still bring in the receipt anyway, and she responded "owner policy." Like I said, I love Chick-fil-A. However, this location, on this night, with this staff and manager, failed miserably to deliver basic customer service, let alone at the higher standards I expect from any Chick-fil-A. read more

The Colorado Blvd location is a nice, brand new store for Chick-fil-A. The store is very modern and sleek. The first time I went they were fairly busy at the lunch hour, but the line moved very quickly as every register had someone to attend to it. After I ordered, I was given a big parking cone looking thing and was told I could take a seat and my food would be brought out to me. Many people were crowding around the end of the registers, so I decided to test and see if I would actually have my food brought to me. To my surprise, I did. A very friendly lady brought my food out very promptly and asked if I needed anything else. For some reason during my first visit, I also received a $5 gift card to be used for breakfast food i believe. Not really sure why, but the lady who brought my food to me said I did not receive the gift card yet. Also, a side note to anyone not familiar with Chick-fil-A, if you want a refill on your beverage you can easily go up to the registers and ask for one. If you make eye contact with an employee walking around the dining area and they ask if you need anything, feel free to ask them for a refill! read more

I eat here maybe 2 a year and I must say this location is Dirty Dirty .. came in a 4 which is a long time after lunch rush .. every table was dirty with 4 employees just standing staring while one cashier was ringing people up .when they brought me my food it was cold and I work in the food industry and I know that is not safe to hold food at room temps .. Terrible experience at this particular Chick-fil-A. I ordered the same thing I always do at other locations and I asked for the same sauces that I do and they said they could only give me a couple which is weird because I've been to at least three or four other locations and they are fine with my request. As I was eating my sandwich I realized that the piece of chicken on my bun was about half the size of what I normally get. Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. The employees were also just goofing off and seem like they didn't have any professionalism or care for how they were being seen by the other customers in the restaurant. Today, I placed my order through the drive-thru. The employees were outside today taking orders, and as soon as I pulled up next to one, she kindly greeted me and took my order. The employees at the register and those that gave me my order were also kind and courteous. With any other drive-thru restaurant, I would have had to check my order before driving off, but not with Chick-fil-A! Just went through to pick up some food, and felt the portion size on the chicken breakfast sandwich was much smaller than other locations. I have eaten at chic-fil-a restaurants hundreds of times across the country and can't believe how a sandwich that small can fill anyone up. I guarantee that other locations are not serving the portion as small, and that kind of shows inconsistency with the restaurant brand. Also, the hash browns were not warm. Overall, I would say this location always does provide good service and a good product. I don't believe I would be returning for breakfast, because I usually like a more filling breakfast. read more
