Worst customer service I've ever delt with at a chick fila. We bought two meals separately. The new kid at the register grabbed the manager for some reason and she was going to make us pay for 3 meals without showing us that she cancelled one of them and then started sassing us for asking for a receipt for the cancelled transaction. She claimed she couldn't print one and I know she is lying I've worked that job before. She is the tall skinny female manager that works there and she should learn what respect is. I normally have no complaints when it comes to this place but today was the exception. When I was finished ordering, I was pulling up to the window and I remembered she didn't ask if I wanted any sauces. "No biggie", I thought, "I'll just order sauce at the window". When I was paying and receiving my food I asked for chick-fil-a sauce, then the manager yells out to the employees, "Can we please start asking for sauce when taking orders?". Then the girl who took my order says, "I do ask and I did ask her but I guess I'll start asking twice", then she rolled her eyes. At this point I was a little annoyed so I replied, "Excuse me, if you would of asked me since the beginning I wouldn't have to order up here and we wouldn't be having this conversation, I didn't know spending 5 seconds of your time to give someone some sauce was such a big issue." read more

I decided to stop by this location instead of hitting up my usual Starbucks stop on the way home. I usually go to Starbucks because I get a puppucino for my small dog. I was craving some chick-fil-a for breakfast though and thought "oh they would be ok giving me a small cup of whipped cream for my dog"...apparently not? I asked the sweet person at the window if I could have a cup of whipped cream and she said yes. Then I watched her walk over to her manager to tell him what she was doing and he shook his head and talked to her really rudely. She came back and apologized saying "I'm sorry but my manager said no. I'm really sorry." Like I get it it's not a big deal but it was just so weird. I was willing to pay for a stupid cup of whipped cream but he was pretty unfriendly and I didn't want her to have to deal with him again. Just a weird experience. I betrayed my fellow gays for this. So I'll start by saying my being from the south...I love Chick-fil-A...mainly for the sweet tea but the food is good too, usually. I went through the drive through and ordered a large number 3 12 count (I'm a growing boy) the cashier wraps the order up with a recap of my order (she has yet to recite back my sweet tea) and concludes with, "is a medium okay?" Well shit I guess it is. The cherry on top was my floppy, brown, semi cold waffle fries...also size medium. All around a disappointing experience. But I'll probably go back. read more

We are from out of town and they did a great job with customer service. The food came out fast, fresh and delicious. Someone offered to get us refills on our drinks more than once. And they were generous with the dipping sauces! Happy customer!! read more

I'm so happy there is finally a Chick-Fil-A in this area. Clean restaurant and friendly, pleasant employees. I must have gone at least five times already. My only complaint was that I asked about the app during one of their first weeks, and no one knew how it worked. I went to this chick fil a drive thru during my lunch hour and I was using apple pay and the woman who was working the money area said they accepted apple pay. now apple pay is somewhat confusing and she didn't have the patience to wait and ask how it works. so we held up the line because her incompetent pea brain didn't know how it worked so i called her fat and left. Terrible experience at this location. Was given grilled nuggets instead of the regular fried ones on two separate orders (one for me, one for my coworker). I drove back to get the correct items. The manager (or whoever was in charge) told me that I need to pay more attention next time. She also told me that she could only replace one since the two receipts were identical. They were indeed for two different orders. The shorter lady with brown hair was incredibly disrespectful. I can't imagine going back to this location. read more

This location is a mess. I have been a number of times and they just can't seem to get it right. I have had wrong orders, no sauce, long wait times in the drive thru, been asked to park even when the resturant is empty etc. After one particularly bad visit, I wrote them to let them know and I was told by CFA that the comments had been sent to the store and would be addressed by the store directly. Never heard anything. To me that shows that they really don't care. Skip this location. read more

Really let down with my visit to this location today. Driving home from vet I decided to stop in for some nuggets and a coke for the sugar before I go on a long run this evening. Get my food and upon leaving taste my coke and it's very "off." Maybe didn't have enough syrup I think. So I turn around and wait in line once again and the person taking my order was real nice and says this happens all the time. No big deal I get it but think it's Chick-fil-a, they'll fix the problem and I'll be on my way. After a wait I finally get up to the window and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I explain the problem again and they're all barely listening. The whole front staff is looking out the window at the strip club car wash nextdoor and too preoccupied discussing the race of those employees outside. Very odd and unprofessional situation. They hand me my coke and I leave only to find out the coke is again still disgusting. I didn't have the time or patience to wait in line and do it all over again. I get it's quarantine and things are off right now but cmon Chick-fil-a, quality customer service still matters and managing employees to keep from discussing such crude topics in front of customers is equally as crucial. The Chick-fil-A franchise at 430 S. Colorado Blvd in Denver is poorly managed in many respects. First of all, what clueless business does NOT have a recorded message with info about hours, location, etc. during non-business hours? THIS franchise doesn't! Second, when I called on Monday (Jan. 1) to find out how long my DU hockey ticket would be honored for the free sandwich promotion, I was told thru Weds. (Jan. 3rd). So I show up around 7:00am on Weds. and am told by the female manager that the promotion ended Tues. (Jan. 2) at midnight. I informed her that SOMEONE who works there told me the promo was valid thru Weds. and asked if she'd honor it since I was misinformed by an employee. She flatly said no. Hardly great customer relations! Every part of my experience with this location left a distinctly sour taste in my mouth and whoever owns this poorly run franchise needs to wake up and make improvements in staff knowledge and accountability! read more

First time at this location. Went through drive through and got a #3 meal - 12-count chicken nuggets with a large fry (to split between my two kids) and a large unsweetened iced tea (for me). I get this meal because I'm cheap and the cost of two kids meals is crazy because my kids drink water. Anyway, when we got home and I was dividing the nuggets I only received 10 nuggets and two of them were soooo minuscule I would hardly count them each as a single nugget. Even the two of them together wouldn't cut it as a full nugget. So when I called, the manager Kaylee kept saying how odd that was and I kept saying - yes it is odd. Finally after putting me on hold she said I could get a free 12-count chicken nugget the next time I'm there. But she made me feel like I was making up a story to get one 12-count chicken nugget. Very, Very disappointed. Hands down the worst quality of food I have ever had at a Chick-Fila. The food was cold, but that wasn't the worst part, The biscuits and chicken tasted like they were made yesterday, the biscuit was stale, hard and I couldn't even bite through it. I ended up having to just eat the chicken which was cold, chewy and tasted petrified. I spent $25 for 3 meals. I could have gone to a diner and had fresh food for that amount. Even my 8 year old daughter who normally eats leftover chick-fil-a with no complaints asked why the chicken tasted so funny and wasn't cooked (meaning it was cold). Even worse, the fruit which was actually supposed to be cold was about the same temperature as the rest of the food. I would almost understand if I went though the line at 10:30 as they were shutting down breakfast, but this was 8:10 on a Saturday morning, This location should be ashamed to put out such a poor quality product. read more
