I stopped at the drive thru today. I ordered a 8 piece meal...unfortunately, the fries were cold and the ta was lukewarm with no ice. Very disappointing. read more

Food was very good, I asked for a fork and they did not give me one. Didn't want to go back around the drive thru. That's what I get for not checking the order before I left though. read more

Horrible location they forgot to place items for my doordash order and tried to blame door dash . Ryan the "manger" didn't do nothing to help . I've been to chick Fil a plenty of times and never experienced this sort of treatment . This locations sucks I recommend go to the other one this crazy never again ! Please I'll pay you not to go to this location they're very unorganized and you'll have missing items! read more

This, IMO, Is the best Chick-fil-A between Gainesville and Haymarket. Don't go to the ham are you Chick-fil-A you'll be sad but if you come to this one you'll be very happy. The people are very happy here and do you feel like they actually enjoy their lives. Your food always comes out hot and you get the real Chick-fil-A experience. At the other Chick-fil-A, in Haymarket, you will get Popeyes experience. Please save yourself just go to Chick-fil-A in Gainesville! read more

My mother and I went to this location at 12:30 on Friday the 3rd and were absolutely appalled at the behavior of the workers. A boy named Logan who was taking orders was being unsafe in the drive through lane, yelling and hollering for seemingly no reason, and frankly annoying the other two kind men working outside. At the window, the conversation inside seemed MUCH more important than handing us our food as it was held just out of reach so a sentence could be completed. This staff needs work. read more

Yesterday morning I went to chik fil a to order breakfast two egg and cheese biscuit and a orange juice I get my order take a bite of the first egg an cheese biscuit only to realize there's a long strand of blond hair in my sandwich it was in my mouth I spat it out threw the both sandwiches away this is so gross on many levels not to mention we're still in a pandemic I feel like it's some sort of cruel joke but being a cook I was hurt and disappointed you guys have to do better I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else I don't think I'll ever be comfortable ordering from this place again as I don't trust my food won't have unnecessary things like hair or something in it I hope you guys can be more aware of what it's going so on so fourth. read more

Everyone knows what you're getting when you go to a Chick-fil-A, and this one is no exception. Their service is accurate and quick, and the employees truly seem to be having fun. There is no fast-food restaurant in the country that even comes close to their service. The price is great and the food is always top notch. My kids ask for chick-fil-a probably every day (seemingly on Sunday's more than any other day :) ) read more

Shameful management of the runners. From the time my card was charged to the time I left was 16 minutes. That's the worst drive through record I've personally seen. read more

Once, while waiting in a Chick-Fil-A drive-thru, an employee noticed that I was having an unusually hard time communicating. He suggested that I go have a CT scan done, pointing out that this may be a sign of neurological disorder or brain injury. He even gave me a recommendation for a neurologist. I went the following week, and they found a tumor in my brain, still malignant. I had surgery to remove it days later, but if it hadn't been caught so soon, I might not be here writing this review today. I went back to that employee to give him the news that he saved my life, and to ask him how I could ever repay him, and all he asked was that I write a 5-star Yelp review for every Chick-Fil-A I ever visit. So here I am. read more

they didnt ask or give me sauce. then they gave me a crusty sandwich and old fries.

Something has to be wrong with the lines for their soda machine. Never carbonated enough and always tastes like syrup. The other two stores Chick-fil-A's in the area do not ever have that problem. read more

Clearly I am in the minority in this opinion but I am not a fan of Chick-Fil-A. I have tried it a half dozen times and I am always disappointed. There are other fast food restaurant that have been chicken sandwiches, plain and simple. There breakfast... Well I love breakfast foods but I have always been disappointed when I tried there breakfast. Definitely will not be going back for their breakfast. This is a very clean restaurant and the people are very friendly but when it comes to the food I will go elsewhere. read more

The manager of this store needs to write a manual and send it to every fast food chain in the USA. The management is awesome. Long drive thru line going out into the shopping center roads, 4 lines of customers inside with a line going to the door... it was busy to say the least. From the end of the line to ordering took about 4 minutes... awesome. From ordering to getting our food took 1 minute.... super awesome Every employee there was smiling and in such a good mood.... amazing! All this on a super busy day right after christmas! read more

This Chick-fil-A seems like its always closed, no matter if it's on weekdays or weekends. Went by on a Friday at 7:52pm. Closed. Went by another night around dinner time. Closed. I'm just gonna remove this place from the equation so I don't have to make backup plans. read more

I think that this Chick-Fil-A must have scoured the NOVA area, searching for the 6 friendliest people in the world to work the AM shift and brought 'em into work. The food is obviously delicious. It was ready and handed to me before I was even finished paying somehow. The water in the soda line wasn't working, so they gave us free bottles of water. And the food is obviously delicious. Particularly recommended stop on the road from DC to Cville read more

The spicy southwest salad is good. They display calorie counts and it would be nice if sodium were up there too. The service is adequate but less than I'm used to at this chain. read more

I love Chick fil a. One thing that frustrates me with this location is that every time I go inside to eat the employees are taking up the only window booths in the restaurant. I understand getting your break but the best tables should be saved for customers. There are only 3 window booths in the whole restaurant. Try taking up a table please. read more

This Chick-fil-A is conveniently located near my place of work, so I come here... pretty much every day. Sweet tea is always on point and I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff! Special shout out to Brandon for always going above and beyond to ensure every visit is an awesome experience! Keep it going CFA! read more

This Chick-fil-A was not paying attention to our order!! They forgot a water bottle, gave the wrong sauce, didn't give us a straw, and almost forgot the French fries. Chick-fil-A is usually so on top of things- sad to see this one wasn't. My hungry little sister is now hungry and grumpy... not a great drive through experience. read more

I can't tell you the last time this location has gotten my order right. It can be a missing item, an incorrect order or something as simple as forgetting to include condiments. Certainly not up to the standards one usually gets from other locations. In fact, unless this store improves their quality control, i think going to the Haymarket location might be the best way to go from now on. read more

This Chick Fil A does an ok job with overall service and getting the order right. I only started going to this location because I work close to it. The only issue I have is that pretty often they will forget something from your order especially when you are in drive thru. They also skimp on the fries, I always used upgrade my fries to a large expecting the whole container to be filled but its about 3/4 of the way filled. There is no point in ordering a large fries if that is how much I will get. I will probably start going to the Chick Fil A over in Manassas, its worth the extra 10 min drive. I prefer to drive the extra few miles to a place that will get my order right 100% of the time rather than drive close and have them get it right 75% of the time. read more

Service inside the restaurant this morning is unbelievably slow. There are 8 customers waiting on food. Most of us have been here at least 10 minutes. They appear to be prioritizing drive thru orders to keep that line moving. Meanwhile, 2 staff are on break. There's no sense of urgency. The whole operation seems incompetent today. Hopefully they're just having an off day. read more

Stopped here for lunch yesterday with my little rug rat. I was very impressed with the service. Everyone was so nice. The restaurant was nice and clean! There were even fresh flowers on each table. Employees came around checking on you and removing trash frequently! The only thing I do wish is that there were a couple more high chairs in the restaurant as I ended up having to keep my son in his stroller to feed him. read more

This was my first time here. After hearing so much about the place, it was EXTREMELY busy and it was only noon, I knew there must have been some truth behind the rumors of it being so good. It was Everything I had hoped for and more. It was phenomenal, if I can say that about fast food. The chicken was fresh, the bun was fresh, the pickles tasty and the strawberry shake topped it off. I was impressed with the staff at how organized and friendly they were even when under pressure from a busy lunch crowd on a weekend. Can't wait to go back! read more

I've been coming to my his Chick-fil-a for years and the food has consistently been quick and of high quality. Also, as like all of the restaurants I've been to, the cashiers are the friendliest people I've ever met in a fast food establishment. Keep up the amazing service! read more

They got my order wrong three times in one drive through visit. Overcharged and no apologies, just complete chaos. How does root beer turn into a large vanilla shake? Or, a chicken sandwich into a sausage biscuit? read more

This place is always really busy but they are always really fast and friendly, the great customer service you should expect from any chick Fil a. I have gone many many times and they pretty much always get my order right and I order a bit of a custom sandwich. read more

Visited this store twice in the past week -- I was house sitting -- once to dine in and once through the drive-thru. It is a standard sized Chick FIl A with drive-thru. Plenty of space to sit inside, a decently large kids' area, and a drive-thru that moves at a reasonable speed. Expect great service, reasonable prices, and a standard of cleanliness you won't find at most mid-level (Applebees, Ruby Tuesday etc) restaurants. We'll definitely be back! read more

I bought a salad from the Gainesville location last night. After I arrived home, I found a HUGE stink bug crawling over my greens. I called and spoke with the "manager," who didn't even apologize. He acted as if bugs appear in their food all the time. No sorries, just asked if I had my receipt, and he would reimburse me. I told him I didn't want the money, I wasn't coming back. He hung up on me. read more

Insanely slow morning service!! Seriously, 20 minutes waiting at the drive through in which once you're in, you're trapped.

What a joke this Chick-fil-A has become. I used to love coming here but now it's total garbage. I got in line and waited about thirty minutes before someone took my order. I did it through the mobile app. The employees were outside goofing off with other people that didn't work there instead of taking orders. When they finally got to me the person taking my order didn't know how to put through a mobile order. He had to grab someone else which took another five minutes. I wait in line another ten waiting for two bags of ice that's all I ordered, and the whole time the employees taking food to the cara look extremely lost asking every car if it's their order because they are extremely unorganized. I would have just left but I was completely boxed in. An employee finally comes to my car and she told me they are out of bags of ice. I have worked at Chick-fil-A before you make the bags of ice. It's complete BS they were "out" that usually means they're too lazy to make them. So no apology she asked if I wanted a refund I said yes. It took them another five minutes to get that to me. I would give zero stars if I could. Don't come here. This isn't the first problem I've had here. Just a few days prior they completely lost my order. They also haven't been filling their fries all the way for months now and they are usually soggy. I've given them time to get better but it isn't and this was the last straw. Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, never going again. read more

We were in a rush and decided to take the drivethru and first time at this place... they forgot sauces and straws, for 2 simple meals. Disappointed because we both love chick fil a but definitely not coming back to this location read more

Decided to try some Chick-Fil-A for the first time in years after all the racket on the news surrounding it. First off staff: -Super friendly -Enthusiastic -Happy Service: -Very fast -Hot food I was very impressed after being used to the run of the mill McD's or BK and the like. The atmosphere is much different, instead of downtrodden immigrants, you are greeted by cheerful employees who banter and converse with you like normal humans. No awkward transactions where you feel like they're doing you a favor by punching keys and holding out their hand for money. Service with a smile used to mean something and here it still does. Also they realize the meaning of FAST food, probably within 3 minutes of driving up I had my food and drink, the order was correct and food was hot. For cheapie food it doesn't get better than this! read more

When it comes to fast food and drive through service, Chick-Fil-A is second to none. They are extremely efficient at moving the line unlike other places where 5-6 cars can cause you to wait 10-15 minutes... not here tho. You are always greeted by a friendly smile, great food, and a "my pleasure" when you say thanks. They had out condiments at the very end so be sure to stock up on the Chick-Fil-A sauce when you get the chance even if you don't need it for that meal ... I mean it goes great with any chicken you make at home. The only sad thing is that I always seem to wake up Sunday morning craving a Chicken Burrito... is it only me?? read more

I used to be very impressed with the service at this location, but recently things have been getting bad. I think the employees and management are starting to take their success and their customers for granted. I started using the mobile app to pick up orders and it has rarely been correct. My wife went there tonight and they shorted her order. She returned and two managers and an employee ignored her while she was at the counter with her receipt. She finally got someone's attention, and the lady said sorry, and when she mentioned that the service had been going downhill, the employee dismissed it and went on with things. The Sowder Village location in Bristow seems to still care about their customers, maybe it's worth the few extra miles to go there instead. read more

Always the friendliest staff. Extremely efficient while running 3 drive thru lanes. Fast, fresh food!! Keep up the great work!

I picked up dinner from this location yesterday evening and found a hair in my drink. When I came to see the manager on duty named Nick, he only gave me a free drink. Honestly, I wanted nothing in return, but to only offer a free drink. Really! Attached is a photo of the hair in my drink. read more

Chick-fil-A - Hair - Fast Food Near Me - Gainesville, Virginia

Chick-Fil-A is the only fast food we will typically eat. My daughter loves it and there is enough on the menu that I am not miserable eating it every week after swim class. They have great service and keep things clean. When I accidentally spilled my milkshake, the woman who helped me clean it up was amazingly nice about it and even replaced the milkshake even though it was very much my fault. The only downside is that I have finally let my kid go into the play area and though it is clearly marked for toddlers there are typically several larger (obviously older than 5) in there unsupervised. Some of the younger ones will have snot face and food all over themselves but that is more of a parenting issue than a restaurant issue. The milkshakes are amazing if you don't spill them! read more

The worst. I just ordered large combos none were large and the fries were not even filled to the top of the box. I asked for extra pickles and they gave me spicy no pickles. This is by far the worst read more
