My mother and I went to this location at 12:30 on Friday the 3rd and were absolutely appalled at the behavior of the workers. A boy named Logan who was taking orders was being unsafe in the drive through lane, yelling and hollering for seemingly no reason, and frankly annoying the other two kind men working outside. At the window, the conversation inside seemed MUCH more important than handing us our food as it was held just out of reach so a sentence could be completed. This staff needs work. read more

Everyone knows what you're getting when you go to a Chick-fil-A, and this one is no exception. Their service is accurate and quick, and the employees truly seem to be having fun. He suggested that I go have a CT scan done, pointing out that this may be a sign of neurological disorder or brain injury. He even gave me a recommendation for a neurologist. I went the following week, and they found a tumor in my brain, still malignant. I had surgery to remove it days later, but if it hadn't been caught so soon, I might not be here writing this review today. I love Chick fil a. One thing that frustrates me with this location is that every time I go inside to eat the employees are taking up the only window booths in the restaurant. I can't tell you the last time this location has gotten my order right. It can be a missing item, an incorrect order or something as simple as forgetting to include condiments. Certainly not up to the standards one usually gets from other locations. This Chick Fil A does an ok job with overall service and getting the order right. I only started going to this location because I work close to it. The only issue I have is that pretty often they will forget something from your order especially when you are in drive thru. They also skimp on the fries, I always used upgrade my fries to a large expecting the whole container to be filled but its about 3/4 of the way filled. There is no point in ordering a large fries if that is how much I will get. I will probably start going to the Chick Fil A over in Manassas, its worth the extra 10 min drive. I prefer to drive the extra few miles to a place that will get my order right 100% of the time rather than drive close and have them get it right 75% of the time. read more

Long drive thru line going out into the shopping center roads, 4 lines of customers inside with a line going to the door... it was busy to say the least. What a joke this Chick-fil-A has become. I used to love coming here but now it's total garbage. I got in line and waited about thirty minutes before someone took my order. I did it through the mobile app. The employees were outside goofing off with other people that didn't work there instead of taking orders. When they finally got to me the person taking my order didn't know how to put through a mobile order. He had to grab someone else which took another five minutes. I wait in line another ten waiting for two bags of ice that's all I ordered, and the whole time the employees taking food to the cara look extremely lost asking every car if it's their order because they are extremely unorganized. I would have just left but I was completely boxed in. An employee finally comes to my car and she told me they are out of bags of ice. I have worked at Chick-fil-A before you make the bags of ice. It's complete BS they were "out" that usually means they're too lazy to make them. So no apology she asked if I wanted a refund I said yes. It took them another five minutes to get that to me. I would give zero stars if I could. Don't come here. This isn't the first problem I've had here. Just a few days prior they completely lost my order. They also haven't been filling their fries all the way for months now and they are usually soggy. I've given them time to get better but it isn't and this was the last straw. I used to be very impressed with the service at this location, but recently things have been getting bad. I think the employees and management are starting to take their success and their customers for granted. I started using the mobile app to pick up orders and it has rarely been correct. My wife went there tonight and they shorted her order. She returned and two managers and an employee ignored her while she was at the counter with her receipt. She finally got someone's attention, and the lady said sorry, and when she mentioned that the service had been going downhill, the employee dismissed it and went on with things. The Sowder Village location in Bristow seems to still care about their customers, maybe it's worth the few extra miles to go there instead. read more

This was my first time here. After hearing so much about the place, it was EXTREMELY busy and it was only noon, I knew there must have been some truth behind the rumors of it being so good. It was Everything I had hoped for and more. It was phenomenal, if I can say that about fast food. The chicken was fresh, the bun was fresh, the pickles tasty and the strawberry shake topped it off. They are extremely efficient at moving the line unlike other places where 5-6 cars can cause you to wait 10-15 minutes... not here tho. Visited this store twice in the past week -- I was house sitting -- once to dine in and once through the drive-thru. It is a standard sized Chick FIl A with drive-thru. Plenty of space to sit inside, a decently large kids' area, and a drive-thru that moves at a reasonable speed. Expect great service, reasonable prices, and a standard of cleanliness you won't find at most mid-level (Applebees, Ruby Tuesday etc) restaurants. We'll definitely be back! read more

Decided to try some Chick-Fil-A for the first time in years after all the racket on the news surrounding it. First off staff: -Super friendly -Enthusiastic -Happy Service: -Very fast -Hot food I was very impressed after being used to the run of the mill McD's or BK and the like. The atmosphere is much different, instead of downtrodden immigrants, you are greeted by cheerful employees who banter and converse with you like normal humans. No awkward transactions where you feel like they're doing you a favor by punching keys and holding out their hand for money. Service with a smile used to mean something and here it still does. Also they realize the meaning of FAST food, probably within 3 minutes of driving up I had my food and drink, the order was correct and food was hot. Chick-Fil-A is the only fast food we will typically eat. My daughter loves it and there is enough on the menu that I am not miserable eating it every week after swim class. They have great service and keep things clean. When I accidentally spilled my milkshake, the woman who helped me clean it up was amazingly nice about it and even replaced the milkshake even though it was very much my fault. The only downside is that I have finally let my kid go into the play area and though it is clearly marked for toddlers there are typically several larger (obviously older than 5) in there unsupervised. Some of the younger ones will have snot face and food all over themselves but that is more of a parenting issue than a restaurant issue. The milkshakes are amazing if you don't spill them! read more
