We stopped in for 2 ice tea's and an order of fries which we ordered via the McDonald app for curbside pickup. 10 minutes later we were still waiting, there were 0 cars in the drive thru, a car that parked after we did for pick up. After going in, there was more employees that even customers, it was definitely not the cleanest McD's we have been too. The drive thru employee stood with his back to the window, playing on his phone never looking up, another employee came be bopping around the corner drinking her drink right past me and 2 other customers standing at the counter thru the kitchen, the manager seemed to be one of the working both the grill and the fryer but she never looked up, the last employee had his AirPods in as stood standing with his back to the counter waiting for the manager to hand him things. Don't get me wrong I understand restaurants get busy but I also understand that if you're you're busy that your employees should be engaged and working YOUR customers should not need to continue to say "Excuse me, can you please help me?" multiple times before you ask them what they need. You should also come to the counter when you ask them, do this not just address them from the kitchen. This McDonalds needs some serious retraining!!!! read more

Poor service. Second time frozen coke is unavailable at 1PM. I was told I could get blue raspberry or the other option. I said no thank you please refund and they said no that would cancel the order we can't do that. Then the manager which was called at this point with apparent lack of professionalism in her tone said well I can give you the 50cents if you want. Yes I want my refund. They then made me wait in the other window for a Coke! When looking at the receipt I noticed it was an 80 cent up charge for frozen not 50 cents. Ok, this new "McD Chicken" sandwich; LACKS, an awful lot. The chicken is OK, it comes with basically NOTHING on the sandwich. A boring "sort of hot sauce mayo", and just two slices of pickle. If you want lettuce, tomato or even some of that silly "American cheese", you will pay a lot more. Extremely long lines so went inside to order. I used the kiosk to order. It gets easier every time you use it. It took quite a while for the order to be ready and when it was, the drink cups were not there. We had to ask for them. The attendant had to look up the order to see if it was ordered and of course it was. Another wait. When we went to the drink are there was no tea so we had to do back and they don't put tea out. Would recommend using the app in the future because that could reduce the wait time. Very frustrating and slow. read more

I have an honest question for every worker here. Do they not train you to give people the sauces they order? Or do you just forget every single time? Or do you purposely not give people sauces? What is it because every single time I get food here I either get home and realize I have no sauce, or look in the bag and have to pull back through the drive through. I didn't realize it was so difficult to put the little sauce packets in a bag when all I order was nuggets and fries. That's only three things you have to remember!!!!! Literally how do you not feel bad when people pull back around and say you didn't give me sauce, because I know it happens a lot. It wastes everyone's time and just makes a bigger line for you. Hands down the worst McDonald's that I have been to. Consistently get the orders wrong. Been here several times since it is nearby, but each time has been a failure. For instance, Today I ordered a large #3 and a smokehouse bacon chicken sandwich. I get the order, see 2 sandwiches and fries and head home. It wasn't until I got home that I realize they gave me a regular burger with bacon on it instead of the chicken sandwich. And the fries were soggy, almost cold. I know its busy, but at least cook the food all the way. Orders have been wrong on various days and time of days. Sunday mornings...Tuesday afternoons...Friday nights. At least it is consistent though, so I guess that can be a good point. No more for me though. Do yourself a favor and either don't go to this location or make sure the order is correct before leaving because they won't. read more

No ice cream in the evening, so I leave. Happens every time here. They are across from my community, so I visit often in hopes they get better. The morning is usually good but evenings there is no management. Usually out of apple pie and never have any sugar cookies. Big Macs are inconsistent and sloppily made. One time they over charged me $4 for a Big Mac meal and the manager would not help me. I was at the drive through window 15 minutes and never got my food or money back when I gave up and left. If you ask for a medium coffee with 5 cream and 5 sugar (inside), you will likely get a coffee with one creamer and 0 sugars. It's unbelievable how they ALWAYS manage to get it wrong. It's gotten to the point that I need to check my coffee and/or order before I leave (drive thru). Just yesterday (I should have known better) I ordered a cheese burger and a medium coffee. Luckily I checked my coffee before leaving and realized it had no sugar and close to no creamer (I had to ask the server for creamers and sugar). I was happy, I thought I had outsmarted them this time but nope......they got me. On my way home (10 min away) I bit into the cheeseburger and realized it had no cheese. WTF :( read more
