Again, got introduced to this restaurant by my boyfriend. We've been here a few times, the employees are so friendly (it sometimes makes me uncomfortable, though haha) Well we went last night, and I usually get the grilled chicken club with bacon. The cashier said they were out of grilled chicken! I was disappointed so we left. *However* the food is always good, the chick-fil-a sauce is amazing. I usually don't think it's worth reviewing chain restaurants, but this particular location is the exception. It has something that other Chick-fil-A locations do not have, Charles. I just came for a basic chicken sandwich, but I left with so much more. I was with a friend, we ordered our meals and the employee serving us, Charles, was so genuine. He was kind, shared a personal anecdote regarding my name, and gave us the most charismatic smile. He was a kind gentleman, a gift from God, really. Another friend of mine was saving our spot, and he told us "tell your friend to come up and get a meal". My friend saving our spot did not want to spend any money, so after about 5 minutes, Charles came over--smile on his face-- asked my friend why she didn't order anything, and just gave her a free chicken sandwich so she would not be left out of our dining experience. Why did he give her a free meal? Why was he so kind? How does hate in this world exist when Charles exists? An experience that I will never forget. Our lives were changed that day. We discovered compassion, happiness, and that good people exist. My life was changed. My faith in humanity has been restored. Charles is love, Charles is life. The food is good, but when you do not get what you pay for on multiple occasions there is a problem. The last 5 times I have gone and ordered the 12 ct grilled nuggets, only on a single occasion did I receive the full 12. Every other time I was missing some with the most recent missing three. Considering how pricey they are I'd like to get what I pay for. It may seem like nitpicking over a few missed nuggets but if I could've had a full 8 ct nugget entree (~$5) with the missing nuggets only from the last visits I might as well just throw away money. tl'dr: Food is still good, but kitchen staff need to be more attentive in getting the order correct. read more

I was waiting for my order to be ready when a person walked up to the cashier next to the area I was standing. He explained to the cashier that he didn't have any money to order any food but if it was ok to get some food and he'll come back another day to pay for the meal. I like the size of this Chick-fil-A. And let's be honest here. I have never been disappointed with any Chick-fil-A. If there is anything wrong with your meal let the associates know and they will fix your order. There's been a couple times where I asked for no pickles and they put pickles in, but like I said I just nicely speak to the crew and they will fix it no questions asked. Most of the time they will give you the sandwich they messed up on too, cause they can't resell a returned food item. Also I think their frosted lemonade is freakin awesome. Drive thru can get pretty backed up, but they have a good system with someone on a tablet walking the line taking orders which helps speed up the process. And their coffee is pretty good. Ordered curbside pickup and upon arrival clicked the app letting them know I was here. Waited 20 minutes only to see other customers drive up, park and get their food brought out. Finally decided to walk in and my food was sitting on the counter but no one had thought to bring it out. No apologies just "Here's your order". By the time I got home and was ready to eat it (I live 2 miles away) the food was cold and they had forgot a portion of my order. Normally a good visit at this location... long-lines aside, they have quality food and friendly staff! However today, I went to the drive thru and there were 2 issues. The first, I used two gift cards to pay since the first had a low balance. When the cashier gave me my receipt, she forgot which one had the zero balance so gave me back both to figure out. I wouldn't have even bothered to mention this minor hiccup if it weren't for the second issue. I ordered the 4 count chicken strips and asked for both Chick-fil-A sauce and BBQ sauce. When I received my order, it only had BBQ sauce so I had to eat the last 2 strips "dry" which did not satisfy my taste buds. It was a bit of an annoyance, that's all. read more

I've had this Chick-fil-A about 6-7 times, but never had the chance to review it. I just finished eating here about an hour ago, and was completely satisfied. The Cherry Coke is freakin' delicious and the spicy chicken sandwich was the perfect compliment. I don't eat fast food ALL the time, but definitely prefer this place over Jack in the Box, which is right next door. I always come to this chick fil a before I go to Disneyland with my friend. We both ALWAYS order well done chicken and fries because that's the only way we will eat it. So I get my food and it's not well done my friend goes up to them and asked for it to be switched. They took 10 minutes plus to finally bring the food back out. I get 7 nuggets and COLD fries. The server Jack was really nice about everything and it wasn't his fault but I am really dissatisfied with the service and my food. read more

Although that the food is quite expensive and also Chick-fil-A donates to anti-LGBT services, the food is good. Of course I do recommend eating their chicken nuggets, crunch wrap with their lemony sauce, or their cobb salad. The Cobb salad is quite expensive but there is a lot in the salad so it makes up for the price. It's filled with chicken, good sauce, eggs, and lettuce. Also when eating the chicken nuggets, I always recommend getting the Chick-fil-A sauce because their signature sauce is very tasty. Make sure to read the labels of the sauce just in case if you're allergic to anything that's on the label, because the sauces usually contain a lot of ingredients. Besides price, I do love Chick-fil-A and I do recommend going back again! read more

The staff and management at this location are the absolutely best! (Not that I've had bad experiences at any other CFA's; they are all great to me). Here they are all friendly and make you feel at home. The dining area, bathrooms, and playground are always kept clean and in good shape. And, of course, the food is always wonderful and put together promptly. If something went wrong (because *shocker.*...They are human employees and mistakes happen), they are always quick to fix and will go above and beyond to make your visit better despite the mixup. My first time going to a Chik-fil-A. The food was awesome, the customer service was unbelievable. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars was because it wasn't the best chicken I have ever had. The sauce was also very good. I tried the Chik-fil-A sauce and Polynesian sauce, both of which complimented my meal nicely. The service was by far the best part of my dining experience. So ill start by saying this was only my 3rd time ever eating at a chick-fil-a. My first expierence was somewhere around temecula. And I was unimpressed. So unimpressed I vowed to never eat it again. 2nd time a friend forced me to go telling me how good it is and that I went to a bad location.. Well the food was not as bad as the first time. But it wasn't amazing. Now I was hungry today and was searching on yelp from home. The same restaurants popped up that pop up every single time I'm at home and I wanted something different. So I begin to just drive searching for the perfect meal. I decide to yelp while at a stop light (illegal I know shhhh don't tell) Then chick fil a pops up and I'm like oh they must have finally opened let's give them a try. So I ordered the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich combo with no tomatoes. After ordering I realize I had forgotten my wallet!!!! (Oh no, right?) WRONG!! I pull up to the window ready to drive off and I tell the guy I forgot my wallet, I'm already ticked at myself and eager to drive away. The guy at the window tells me don't worry about it man ill promo it out for u and u can pay us back next time (unheard of right?) I was astonished at the gesture. I couldn't believe they just did that. You just don't see customer service like that every day (im sure u won't see it here.everyday but today was definitely my lucky day) I will return and I will pay for my meal next time that's for sure. Have you ever seen a monkey fucking a football? Neither did I until tonight, except the monkey was Chick-Fil-A and the football was my order. It was put together with the grace of a raped ape trying to jerk off after an all night coke binge. It was my first time ever eating at a Chick-Fil-A. I finally gave in after being badgered by my coworkers and girlfriend. We had a long day and didn't feel like cooking so we though we'd grab some food on the way home and I'd finally get a chance to try the franchise out. We pull up and order; pretty simple...we get the regular number 2 chicken sandwich and a large fry along with chicken strips and a sweet tea. Service was quick enough and the staff friendly. We get our order and head home. I crack a beer open and sit down. I pull out my sandwich and immediately notice the little red sticker on the container "Spicy Chicken". I don't eat spicy food, I don't like it and even if I did I'd probably lose my job the next day because of the unholy ass matter I'd deposit in the restroom the next day. I decide to take the entire order back. I get in the car and roll back over there. Half of the staff sees me walk in with a bag and their eyes light up (you'll soon find out why). I walk up to the counter and the girl working it asks me what she can do to help. She has a defensive attitude and tone as if I had just kicked her puppy or called her mother a whore. I explain the situation and she says they'll take care of it. I also explain that I'd like for them to remake the order since it's now been sitting for 25 minutes and we're not going to eat it cold. She calls up Josh the manager. His service was top notch and the thin sliver of saving grace throughout this experience. He says they'll take care of it right away and tosses my old order in the trash immediately....I liked that. As I'm standing there waiting for my new order I notice a couple standing to the side and a sandwich sitting on the counter. I now realized why the staff was so wide eyed when they saw me walk in with the bag....this wasn't their first rodeo. They get their order fixed and they head out. I'm still standing there waiting and another gentleman walks up with a sandwich in his hand. He explains to the same girl that I had talked to that they also gave him the wrong sandwiches. I finally get my order and head on home. We sit down to eat again and my girlfriend opens her new remade chicken strips to find.......nuggets. Not the end of the world, I'll admit but for fuck's sake by this point a 3rd grader with Down Syndrome would have been able to put this order together correctly. I thought about going back once more but I was driving my girlfriend's car. She has a red beetle and to be honest I just don't really want to be seen driving that thing any more than I absolutely have to. Maybe this monkey was having a bad day because it fucked three footballs in the half hour that I was around. Maybe they had some new kids working who haven't learned the ropes yet. I'll give them another shot because I understand that things happen but really now, how do you goof the same order twice in a row when you have the receipt in front of you? read more
