I had to brag about the awesome experience I had earlier today. I like to give credit to where it's owed. I ordered my lunch at the drive through today and as I'm pulling up to pay, I realized that I had left my wallet at home since my son asked me for book fair money. I started getting nervous and apologized to the gentleman at the window letting him know I just had to go the my bank and come right back. It so happened that the gentleman at the window was the restaurant owner, Mark! I offered to leave him with my CA DL so I could guarantee him I would be right back to pay for my meal. He told me not to worry about it and blessed me with lunch today. I was totally embarrassed but he made the situation so much better. By far the worst Chick Fil A that I have ever been too. I witnessed a customer make a complaint about her order, and employee Amanda snatched the bag away when the customer was done with her complaint. I then witnessed the manager and the employee Amanda laugh about it after the customer was gone. Amanda also was extremely rude when a customer was inquiring about the soup. Amanda also brought our food to our table, and only said can I get the marker. It is clear that Amanda needs retraining in Chick Fil As customer service. I usually enjoy chick fil a. Their food is generally reliable. I typically order the spicy chicken sandwich. It is juicy, spicy, and very filling. I also enjoy their yogurt parfait with granola for a quick breakfast. I do have some problems with this location. For some reason, they consistently mess up my order. They are very apologetic afterwards but I really wish that they were just correct. read more

SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When they first opened everything was perfect, I was one of the first customers to eat there when they opened. Met the owner several times. the Oil needs to be changed 2x times per day, not every other day Chicken strips are too greasy and taste bad. The fires were over cooked and dark even after telling the manager and she cooked them herself the second time. Not Happy at all. The Chick Fil A in Orange off tustin is the best i have every been to never any issues with food quality. It just seems like they don't care and don't get it. Not sure what the owner paid for the Franchise but should hire some Independent secret food critics to rate his food quality. All Chick Fil A places should be of highest quality and fresh. With so many Americans OUT OF WORK just hire some former food workers with experience. That area has so much traffic, oil and food product should be fresh always and it is not. So today is the 1st day they were open for business and our 1st day eating there. From the drive thru we got a cool wrap and a spicy chicken sandwich. Both were prepackaged and had check marks on the cartons showing what cheese it had and how the chicken was cooked. We made it out of the drive thru in about one minute. I was in shock at the high prices for such a low premade quality food they have. I will post the pics of what we were served, since we couldnt even eat the food! I had one bite of the wrap and spit it out. BAD FIRST IMPRESSION- This happened on Friday, April 1st at around noon or so. We're from San Francisco where Chick Fil A is still scarce. On our way back home from Disneyland, we wanted to find something fast, so used Yelp to find a Chick Fil A close by which happened to be this one in Fullerton. We didn't order much. 2 Chicken Sandwich Meals and a 30 piece nuggets. After 30 minutes of driving we found that we were missing a sandwich. Service was good until this point. We called the restaurant back and spoke to Diana (I think that's her name). We advised that there was food missing from our order and wanted a refund for that portion. She advised that we needed to be there physically to do a refund or she can put our name in their book for a FREE Sandwich. Free? It's not free because we paid for the sandwich that we never got. Basically, we were SOL. We live 400 miles away and there is no solution for their mistake. We said we can provide an address or email to find some type of way to compensate. She put us on hold and actually hung up. We called back and she said that there was nothing they can do. We asked for the manager and said he wasn't there. We asked for his name and she said it was Charles. I can care less about the sandwich. It was only $5 or so. The annoying was the lack of service for a solution and hanging up on us thinking we wouldn't call back. Other than that, the food was good. read more

I love Chickfila but this location drives me crazy. They pile all your to-go food in one bag, and make it impossible to check if your food is all there before driving off. I usually order 4 to 5 meals at one time and spend over $40 per visit. Once again they forgot to give me my complete order. I have to drive 5 miles away to Chickfila just to get home and be missing a sandwich. Now my husband has to starve or be satisfied with fries and a Dr Pepper.. So today was my first time ever eating chick-fil-a and i am so impressed as i was telling the cashier it was my first time and i wanted to try their chicken sandwich to see if it was better then popeyes well then her manager KRISTEN FUNK came over hearing our conversation and paid for our meal!!! These guys have the best service. They even come around and offer mints and wipes. My daughter already had the toy so they got another toy for her as well. They are just really nice here. I love this location! It's right down the street from my work so it's a convenient and easy spot to go for lunch. I've been coming to chick-Fil-a many times in the past for lunch when I'm at work next store. They have always shown kindness, helpfulness and always makes sure you have what you need. I came into work today having a little stressful day from life, and I ordered my usual meal I get from here and as I was about to pay the cashier said to me "you're all set." I didn't understand what she meant but then the general manager who was watching from a far came up to me to say hi and shake my hand. When I was shaking his hand I realized what he did. Most of my life I try to help others, whether they are strangers or people I love without asking anything in return because I care about people. I'm not sure if he saw it in my face but The general manager went out of his way to give me a free meal out of the kindness to his heart. For that sir, God bless you. 3 stars because I don't want to score this place either way. I promised myself I would never step foot inside a Chik-fil-A after last year's frenzy regarding their stance on gay marriage, but my boyfriend REALLY wanted a chocolate shake at 10pm and, per usual, In N Out was way too crowded. I guess I didn't have to go inside, but my curiosity got the best of me. (I know, I know) I also just had to have a sip of his shake. (I'm hanging my head in deeper shame) I will say though, those kids had some amazing customer service skills and the place was immaculate. They also had those fancy ketchup packets. I don't know what happened to it because they used to have good staff and a great manager but now it's gone into the toilet, nothing like your usual chic-fila experience whatsoever...other than the food of course! TERRIBLE customer service TWICE at this drive thru in one week. First they called by someone else's name. I clarified my name so they give me the right order. I picked up the food and arrived at work only to find a diff (much cheaper) order instead. Week later I ask at drive thru for cream and ketchup politely explaining they got my order wrong last time. Young lady replies, "well we got the order right this time," only to later find out in my bag--no ketchup and no cream. Staffs look clueless but was sad to see them act clueless. Love the food--however manager should really address this problem asap with these young, incompetent staffs. read more
