This is the BEST Chick-fil-A there is. The staff is super friendly, quick, and always willing to go the extra mile. The food is always fresh and delicious. If there's ever a problem, they are swift to fix it. The restaurant is always clean as is the play place. They always have some fun decorations and gentle music playing. We LOVE this Chick-fil-A. Deluxe sandwich came out rubbery and soggy. When asked if they might be able to make a new one, they kindly agreed. 20 minutes later, they had yet to bring me my sandwich. In the meantime, my entire family had completed their meals. I revisited the counter to check on the status, and one attendant went to speak with what I supposed was a line manager. They looked up, seeing it was me (I could visibly see she had forgotten to send out the remake). She sends the attendant to just give me a refund - no apology, no attempt to own the mixup, just get him his refund and act like all is good??? We have never been to this one before, but the manager at the window, Knox made us all feel wonderful. He spoke to every member in the car, and gave the dog treats. We have gone to the same Chick-fil-A Dow years in our hometown, and have never been offered dog treats or had someone speak to our child. The food was, as always, good. We are big chicken mini fans. One of the worst chickfilas ive been to. We walk in and order, my mother who cant have gluten gets a grilled breakfast bowl then it has fried chicken. Common mistake, it was fine and i went up asked for grilled chicken instead and they just put it ontop of the fried. No sauces were given at all nor were they friendly. I stood there for a while before any of them noticed me to help. I normally try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but they couldve been more friendly towards me. read more

The love fest for this basic food astounds me. The fries are never cooked done always crunch somewhat. The sandwich is greasy and the bun is soaked in grease. The radio mentions Chick-Fil-A and I see a sign saying Chick-Fil-A at exit 218 so why not. The spicy chicken sandwich is of course the must have in our age of the chicken sandwich wars. While it's not the definitive winner among choices, it's still one of the best pieces of food you'll put in your mouth. Not to mention the customer service that goes with it.
