I go here often, and every time I go something is left off my order. Fries taste old and never have any salt on them?? And when I ask for extra salt they don't give it to me. Highly disappointed. I came through the drive through this morning for breakfast. There was some confusion with my order and the lady through the speaker was rude and not helpful at all. After she told me my order total I hear the words quote on quote "I can't stand these raggedy white folks. Get out of my drive through." I've never had anyone racially profile me and to have it happen in my hometown is a disgrace. very upset and will be taking this higher. When I got to the window there was a young Hispanic lady and I asked her if she was the one who took my order and she said no. I asked her if I could know who did and she said our manager thirza. I've never physically been inside of jacks only experience the drive through I don't understand what would cause this individual to target me like that. read more

I have an issue with a lot of people in there staff. The worst one of them all being a young lady named Thirza. She has a horrible attitude and complains about everything. I have lived in fort Payne for roughly 2 and a half years and most fast food places are great. I visit jacks on Glenn blvd about 3 times a week and the store overall is not great. Lobby always dirty as well. Thirza is not a good representation for the franchise. When I come in all staff is in uniform except for her. Poor sanitation practices as well. Another big thing I would like to touch on is professionalism. I've personally seen her flirting with customers (I feel bad for her partner) and horse playing in the back behind the counters with other members. These issues should be addressed. read more

If I could rate lower I would. I went through the drive thru and me and my partner orders shakes one vanilla (regular) and one strawberry (Regular) milkshake. We pull up to the window and we pay and she pulls us up. Heather then comes out and hands us a chocolate and strawberry shake. We can't even tell her it's wrong before she hurries inside. I tell my partner to go park and I will bring it in. I have worked fast food before so I understand the mistake. I go in and heather is leaning against the wall and I explain that it was wrong and she proceeded to tell me he didn't order a vanilla and that it was chocolate. I become frustrated but continue to be nice. Teresa then walks over and asks what's wrong and I understand the curiosity and tell her she then gets huffy and acts like I am immediately wrong. They hand me the shake and I go to leave (I did bring in the chocolate one and they threw it away we didn't even drink it). They were being rude as I walked out becuase I came in and pointed out something that I thought was a simple mistake but they turned it into I was wrong and they could never be wrong. read more

My family can't wait for the weekend so we can all come eat breakfast at Jacks, My daughter is a vegetarian so they always make her gravy ( when we ask) with no sausage in it, and to us that means a lot. The lady in the lobby is always so nice. Love this place. read more

If you want the employees to stand around the cashier and not take your order for 20 minutes then this is the place for you. The 87 on their health score far exceeds the rating they probably deserve. However, Tiffany made sure they trays were cleaned for minutes as she looked at the people waiting to have their order taken and still continued to pretend like she was doing something productive. If you have been praying for patience come here to see if that prayer has been answered. read more

I come here on a regular basis to use it as an office/meeting spot for work when I'm offsite. Free WiFi and you have never met nicer people than those at Jack's. The hostess there recognizes me and gives me a hug...yup a HUG! She is always friendly and sweet and genuinely seems to care about everyone that comes through that door and wants to make sure they are taken care of. The food is ok. I usually get a breakfast biscuit with egg & cheese. It's a fast food place, but they do serve grits, which I've not seen before in a fast food joint. The biscuits are very good though. It's not fancy but it's super clean and very family-friendly. You'll not go away a stranger. If you want some good ol' southern hospitality, no one does it better than Jack's. read more

I took my granddaughter to this location and at the counter we were ignored, staff walked past us like we weren't standing there and my granddaughter said excuse me to one lady and she said nothing and kept walking. So I loudly said is anyone working here? Finally one women came to the counter, no smile, not friendly and took our order. If my granddaughter didn't want to eat there we would have walked out. As we got our drinks she put our tray of food on the counter and walked away. We will never patronize this location again. It seems they don't like African Americans because the next customers were white and they waited on them right away. Bastards! read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would have. We stopped here on a trip and we wanted breakfast because Jacks serves breakfast all day. But the manager lady says we stopped serving breakfast at 11am. We switched to the dinner menu and they didn't have any chicken ready and we were told the batch they "just dropped is already sold". What the crap!!! Worst customer service ever. read more

If you only have a few minutes and need food in a hurry , jacks is the way to go. Always fast and fresh neatly put together food. Not once have they got an order wrong or had me pull up and wait on food. This is one of the few real fast food places left ! read more

The last several times I've gone through the drive thru something has been left off my order. I live about 15 minutes away so it's frustrating having to go back. I told the manager about the issue and was told "the drive thru is busy and sometimes that happens it's expected " seriously no apology just it's expected because we're busy. Well I expect that if I'm paying for something I'll receive what I paid for. I won't visit this Jacks again. Food was great as is with Jacks food the building is very nice and well maintained, beautiful decorations. The TV was a bit broken but I feel a TV at a fast food place is not needed but that's besides the point. read more
