Chick-fil-a have high standards about their establishment. Over the years, the southern Atlanta, Ga based chicken place was excellent. However in 2019 things begun to change around here. According to my past review about chickfila, Chick-fil-A is Georgia's pride but in some part of Georgia, not all Chick-fil-As are the same! In my generation Chick-fil-A was the best but now it's a dictatorship if you're in the employees' shoes. It started when I was at the forest park Chick-fil-A. After 15 minutes got the order, and a few items were missing. Went back in to get the missing items, well when that happens you apparently have to have the order reprocessed in there system and it puts you back in line and if it's a busy time of the day, you could be waiting another 15 minutes. read more

I ended up throwing my food away, it was so greasy and literally cold when they gave it to me. It looked like they had given me some old nuggets from someone's forgotten order. They were so dry and hard. And the woman who took my order took it upon herself to ignore my request for a water bottle with my meal and just ring up my nuggets and fries separately, I guess to "save me money". First of all, I barely learned what Dwarf House was this year. I'm originally from California, we don't have that. I was about 4 miles away at a Collision center and craving Chick-Fil-A. There's ample parking and additional for oversized vehicles like trailers and 18 wheelers. I was greeted by a very sweet professional young lady, Ashley. The menu was explained thoroughly, I ordered the Truett's Sampler. It was tasty and super filling. Chicken, waffle, grits, extra crispy bacon and scrambled eggs. I was very impressed just by the fact this is a full size restaurant with servers. Ashley mentioned that it was my first time. The manager authorized a 40% discount on my tab. Let me start off by saying I love Chick-fil-A but this is the first bad experience I have ever had with them, specifically this location. Tonight we went through the drive thru ordered $35 worth of food (I have a family of 5) get to the window get all the drinks an condiments from Tyheim (name from the receipt) he tells us to pull up to the line and they will bring the order out to the car, ok cool no problem we did have a large order. It's raining and 25-30 minutes pass so my wife goes inside to see what's wrong, she says the order is sitting on the counter and the manager apologized and gave her some card/coupon things for the trouble and that she said the food is still hot, again cool no problem I understand things get busy sometimes. We get home (we live 10-15 minutes away) order is wrong, missing food, salad soggy, fries soggy. This really is not the Chick-fil-A experience I'm used to. (I've witnessed an employee hawk a guys car down because they forgot something) I called their number and a lady answered there line and apologized and said they will replace the order at another time I guess cause it close to closing time which kinda irks me cause now I have to go somewhere else to get myself food for the night after I paid for a meal already. So I ordered the chicken & waffle. They are so busy cleaning, that they are not attentive to the few guests here at the moment. It's currently 9:06P and I see why they've scored so low here at Yelp. The cook yelled order's up three times. I had to ask a manager for my food. My waffle was cold and no butter was offered. I was traveling from out of state and was super excited to visit the Dwarf House. I ubured over from my hotel and got dropped off. I made sure they were open before heading over. Maps said they were open till 10, and when I walked inside the sign on the door said 10. when I got in, I was greeted by several team members on their phone, had to get their attention and was surprised when they asked what they could do for me with an unenthusiastic tone. I asked about their menu, and they said they were closed, even though it was well before 10:00. They said that they arent open until 10 before June, even though there was no indication of this. They claimed they closed at 9. I was disappointed with the service, an apparent lack of clarity on their app and door, and paid for an ubur trip there and back and did not get to experience the dwarf house. As much as I've eaten Chic-Fil-A one would think I've been to the Dwarf House, the original home of the Chic-Fil-A sandwhich and yes, the original, but surprisingly, no, I haven't and what an amazing experience from Brad and his team!!! The menu is wonderful! You can choose anything and everything from Southern food you desire to a little Mom and Pop breakfast! However, although the food was nothing less than stellar, the hospitality is something to write about!!!! The second I walked thru the little red dwarf door (and yes, it truely works) to sitting down the staff (including visible cooks) greeted our party! The smiles, the hot fresh food, the sincerity behind there welcome.... that's what I'm looking for when I go out to eat! They quickly became family away from family and I just met them!!!
