Sunday mornings. This is my usual stop for nothing more than a plain biscuit and a hash brown before church. This location needs major customer service training. The food has always been hot when received. But the customer service is where this place falls short. Even if service is slow the last thing customers should feel is the stress behind the scenes. I recommend another location before coming to this one. read more

Worst location. They don't give you the correct condiments and out no ice in your drink for no reason. lazy and terrible service.

McDonald's - a cup of coffee and a brush - Fast Food Near Me - Forest Park, Georgia

I work right by this McDonald's and myself and my coworkers frequent it a lot. I stopped by on 10/4 at 7:30 am and used my code for the $4 breakfast. As I was waiting on them to pull me up to the window, the cashier said her computer went down. She yelled to the back and let her Manager know and the LOUD MANAGER told me to pull to the window. I pulled to the window with money in hand and the cashier proceeded to tell me that her computer went down. I told her to get her Manager to ring me up. She closed the window, went to the back and came back and told me to request another code, which I wasn't able to because I already provided the 1st one. I was waiting at the window and another cashier tells me that the Manager has called FOREST PARK POLICE on me and I need to leave. I've been trying to get an understanding out of this and CANNOT figure it out for the life of me. You will NEVER get Corporate so there's NO NEE read more

The only customer service you'll get here is from the roaches that dine in the corners of this dump. That is if you don't die from catching something from eating this contaminated garbage. read more

Sat in the parking spot while people moved in and out for a half hour just to realize they forgot my order, waste of time use diff location

This is worst McDonald's I've ever been too! I don't understand how this place is still open. When you go they are always out of something. I went on 2 occasions for a crispy chicken biscuit only to be told they were out so I tried a sausage egg McMuffin only to be told they were out. Please don't go to this location. read more

What ever happened to fast food. The restaurants need to have the proper amount of people working to run the operation. Someone is not doing their job. This is the second establishment I went to this morning that had this problem. I feel like the manager is the only person in the building he takes the order then goes and puts it together. AND they really want 15$ an hour and can't show up to work read more

My experience was completely horrible. I simply asked for a plain filet o fish sandwich, explicitly saying just fish a day bread. I look in the bag it has cheese. I park go inside and say this was supposed to be plain fish and bread. She goes oh you wanted it no cheese? That is what plain fish and bread means. The worker makes another sandwich the exact same way with cheese, the manager catches it and says plain no cheese or tarter. She then just takes the cheese off the sandwich and puts it in my bag. She doesn't know I'm looking right at her make my food wrong. I'm allergic to cheese so I just take my sandwich and throw it in the trash on my way out. Fries had zero salt and the Dr Pepper was flat. Never again. read more

How are you not serving biscuits and gravy? You already have the biscuits..it's not hard to make gravy..it's so easy!! How are we in the south and you ain't serving biscuits and gravy?!? It's the best thing in the breakfast menu. For the love of God, please bring back biscuits and gravy read more

I ordered drive through because it pouring down raining. Ordered a chicken biscuits, hash browns and a orange juice. The cashier who processed my payment was VERY PROFESSIONAL. However, the second person was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (a lil round lady wearing glasses). She did not speak AFTER I SPOKE, in fact never ACKNOWLEDGE ME..SHE ROLLED HER ...I proceeded to ask for HONEY,SHE THREW THE HONEY IN THE BAR AND AGGRESSIVELY HANDED me my order, SHE WALKED AWAY, never saying 1word. I question this behavior displayed to me, a paying customer, I further question the MANAGER because she was TOO COMFORTABLE DISPLAYING HER RUDENESS. If I were her boss, she would be place in the back cooking, cleaning the parking lot or FIRED. Because her behavior is a LIABILITY TO THIS MC DONALDS NOT AN ASSIST ! read more

Doesn't deserve any stars but I'll give it one. I've been to this McDonald's at least 3 times and each time has been a nightmare.. Very slow service and some of the employees seem as though they don't care. IF YOU DON'T CARE, DON'T COME TO WORK I will NOT be returning to this McDonald's!!! I'll give credit to the woman that was working the Drive Thru, she was polite read more

This particular McDonald's is exceptionally slow. Drive through forgets straws and sometimes even the drinks. Soda fountains inside out of ice on several occasions with selection screen inoperative on one of the machines. Also partially cooked McChicken received on one visit. read more

This McDonald's is dirty, and staff is rude. I had ordered a Big Mac meal with a sweet tea and a Mcchicken. I found a dead fly in my sweet tea, and plastic black strands in my food. I called the store three times just to get rude managers who would not give me a refund. I would not recommend going to this McDonald's, unless you want flies in your sweet tea and plastic pieces in your food. read more

Literally wasted my damn time in this line , i pulled up to the window and no one even greeted me i understand that you are busy but the polite thing to do is to say "im sorry ill be with you in a moment " no i had to yell hello twice for one to say one moment please , 15 min later and i was still waiting. I hopped out the line and went to Burger king and guess what i was out of there in less then 10 min do not waste your damn time ! read more

This McDonald's has the worst staff I've ever encountered. Terrible attitudes. Terrible customer service. They give you dirty looks and laugh in your face. They stole my money and refused to give me the food i paid for. Refused to check the cameras. Refused to give me a number to complain to. Took my information saying they were going to give me a call and never did. It's been a week since they stole from me. No call. No email. Nothing. If employees hate working here they need to quit. Not make the paying customer's experience horrible because they hate it there. Manager Whilma was the most disappointing out of the bunch. She told me to pull forward knowing she was not going to give me anything i paid for. When i pulled back up to the window trying to see what was going on after waiting for 30 minutes... she told me to leave and she would not give me my money back. I have never been to an establishment that treated their guests so poorly. Literally, eat gas station food before you eat here people!! read more

Piece of shit Resturant doesn't deserve to be in business. The managers are rude disrespectful and uncivilized towards the customers. No customer service skills. The food is cold like they just got it out the fridge. The fries be over cooked. read more

I wish they close this store, they are just sorry as hell no matter what time of day, nights are worst. No sympathy for the people that work there because they are the ones that makes the store run read more

This place is a dump. After driving through Atlanta we needed to stop to change the baby's diaper. My husband thought McDonald's would have changing tables in the restrooms (none of the gas stations or starbucks have had them on our trip.) The restaurant is attached to the shell station. When you walk in it smells so bad, like the place has been mopped with the same dirty mophead for the past year. The changing table in the men's bathroom was a disgusting mess and the one in the women's and the men's was hanging off the wall at an angle and unsafe for use. Little things like that show what quality of food and service you will get. Cleanliness and maintenance go a long way! read more

This place is a joke. The old saying goes" U always get screwed through the drive thru". Always half to park, go back inside and get condiments, or the food is upsidedown, never enough napkins. read more

This is a horribly run location. Poor, impersonal service. Dirty tables. Empty supply bins. If you want ice cream, go across the street to Zesto because this McDonald's ice cream machine is perpetually "broken." Even the general manager seems to care less about the deficiencies. read more

Poor service. The staff is not at all friendly. I order a few sandwiches and added pickles and they tried to charge for pickles because it does not originally come on the sandwich. When I asked if I could get some money off because I omitted something since they charged to add something, they look at me like I was crazy. Doesn't make since to me. I won't be back. read more
