Sadly as with any business that starts going down hill after the owner dies. This location is the poster child for it. I come here alot. One of the great things I like about chic fila, is browsing the menu then ordering through the App from your table. The sad thing is at this location this service can be hit or miss. You will order your food for dine in. They will bring it. Sometimes they will then return with your drink. However Sometimes they won't bother to return , requiring you to get up and go get your drink that was suppose to be delivered with your food. Then just today I tried ordering a hot brown. However after i ordered and payed. I was then informed they were out of hot browns. Then I had to go through the process of getting a refund. On several occasions I have visited to see dirty tables and full trash cans. This restaurant is just not up to the standard im use to seeing at Chic Fil a. Someone from corporate needs to seriously visit this location and fix it. Not happy at all. Went to dwarf house side. Can only get service at the back 6 tables. Group of 6, had to pull 2 tables together instead of sitting at the corner we sat down in. Had to move... Okra and fries undercooked still hard. Waitress horrible. She cant stay on task, scatter brained. Had to get drink order twice, 10 minutes apart, and still got 1/3 of them wrong. Took an hour and 20 minutes to eat on our 1 hour lunch. Plus travel there n back. I dont recommend coming here... read more

This store was disgusting. There was a hair inside my shake. Floors were filthy. Most of the seating was blocked off. This is the worst Chick-fil-A restaurant I've ever been in. They should be ashamed of themselves to allow this. It's a shame that either people can't take pride in their work or they are just not capable. read more

As a life long Georgian, how did I not know about this? This location (Forest park) is not the original Dwarf House started by Truett Cathy and his brother. The original location is in Hapeville Ga. Sit down, "my pleasure", full service is available. We ordered and shared the famous Hot Brown, a dish made with chicken, cheese, bacon, and a cream gravy; fried okra and a fresh, side salad. The Hot Brown was not very hot when first brought out, but our server took care of us and returned it steaming. All the Chick-Fil-A menu items are available as well. I'm so glad I got to experience! The is was my second visit to this location while traveling the area and the food was as bad as I remembered. Since I've never had bad food from any other Chic-fil-A I thought maybe the first time was just an off day. I ordered an 8 count nugget and 1/2 sweet/1/2 unsweet tea. I received nuggets so overcooked a couple were almost hollow on the inside and lemonade instead of tea. I had already left the area before trying the nuggets and realizing the drink was incorrect or I would have addressed it with the restaurant direct. read more

Super clean, they had a massive catering order they had been preparing so they seemed a bit off bc of jt, but food is as one comes to expect from a chick fila, I did try the peach pie, I assume it's only sold in Atlanta, I waited about 10 min for jt, it tasted like fried chicken, I assume it was fried in the same oil as the chicken, I had NO clue that this location serves a different menu on the side dining room, they have a sign to wait to be seated and have specific menus for that side dining room with completely different food, we didn't know nor realize until after we had our regular chick fila food, it would be nice if they had additional signage letting people know, super cute little entrance and indoors. I have no idea how this place has only 2.5 stars. People in the ATL area must have unparalleled expectations for fast food chicken. Went around 11:45a and it was pretty busy. Ordered at the counter and got a cone to set at my table. About 5min later, food was delivered to my table with a smile and a "my pleasure". There were a total of 14 people working inside and still managed to get order incorrect. All tables and floors were dirty. When asked if a big group came in before us the answer was no. I was told there are wipes sitting near trash can that we can use to wipe tables off. This may be the first smelly and dirty chick fil a I have ever visited. Came here the other day for work because of its history of one of the originals I had as told. They have a weird small door in the front almost a doll house but other normal sized entrances. Inside looked like a normal Chick-fil-A but on the other side they have table service like a normal restaurant with what I was informed some other items not on the regular menu. It's always a 5 for me because they always have excellent customer service no matter where and the food is always 100% consistent. read more

I've tried to give this location many chances but unfortunately this Chick-fil-A is actually just that bad. While the food quality is consistent with other locations, the service here and overall vibe of the place is very poor. Workers here seem to greet you because they are forced to and not because they want to. Almost no smiles from any of the staff and if anyone has a concern or problem to address (me after waiting 20+ minutes for a 12 piece entree), they simply pretend not to see you. I don't know if it's the management or the workers themselves but this is the only CFA I've been to that had poor customer service. The last 2 times I've gone, I've been given a free meal card but I'm beginning to come here expecting the service to be poor so I can cash in on another free meal card. Now normally there's no need to leave bad reviews about chick fil a because .... I mean it's chick fil a . ... but today -- the drive through was RIDICULOUS. I came and got in line at 7:30... it's 745 and I haven't ordered. This chain hasn't allowed for curbside pickup this whole week. So here I sit waiting to even get to the window. The service gets slower and slower as the days go on. Outside of the Morrow truetts this is the only Chick-fil-A establishment in the forest park /lake city area. I know it's not their "style" but they need to start pulling cards forward ; OR opening the curbside option for those of us that use the app. There used to be outside staff to help. They no longer offer that either. It's disheartening! Al Chick Fil A's are not run or created equal. Typically Chick Fil A is know for being good just about anywhere because their consistency is what keeps them at the top of their category. However, this location has continued to remain inconsistent over the years. I have frequented this location enough times with adequate gaps in between visits to allow for a different perspective but I have no good experiences in spite of. In addition their breakfast chicken filets are cut so small its pure robbery to charge two dollars for it. The chicken used in the breakfast burrito was old, I know this because the color , texture and smell of the chicken are very telling. I don't know if they are trying to cute corners, save money or reuse meat that is past its time but it is absolutely disgusting. This location in particular gives me KFC vibes and I worked at KFC in my adult years just to really understand the other sides of the food industry not just from the perspective of a consumer. So when I write these reviews its comes from a place of understanding what the standard norm should be across the board. Ive been working in the area for the past week and have visited this location during breakfast and / or lunch several times. I have been disappointed every visit. Please understand that myself and most Chick Fil A customers hold CFA locations to a higher standard than most other restaurants because CFA has set the bar with a high level of customer satisfaction at most of their locations. I would say 50% of the employees here are just not friendly. EVERY order I placed was fulfilled incorrectly one way or another. No forks, no condiments, no napkins, no straw, missing food, wrong food. This is true wether I went in or went through the drive-thru. There is plenty of parking and the bathrooms were pretty clean but could use a little cleaning. I feel like I gave them more than enough chances to make things right and they never did so I doubt I will be returning here. read more

We waited about 5 minutes but was not acknowledged and my best friend finally went over to the sever to see what was going on. We were seated finally however we continued to wait for about 15 minutes before our orders were taken. One the server began to take our order she proceeded to tell us she was out of macaroni and cheese and sweet tea and they would not d making anymore as the store would be closing shortly. The waitress was also unprofessional telling us how much she had written down on our orders already and how difficult it would be to make corrections. It is unfortunate because I used to work at a Chick-fil-A (not this one thank god), but I always have high expectations because I understand how things should run. This is the first Chick-fil-A that I have ever been this dissatisfied at. I arrived after ordering on my mobile app. They were only doing drive thru pick ups. I waited in line for 20 mins for my salad and drove off only to find there was no salad dressing in the bag. I called to ask about my salad dressing and the young lady told me to go to the curbside parking spaces and that someone would bring it out. This was not possible because it was raining and the line was wrapped around the store twice. I waited in line and told the young lady that was taking orders that I was missing my dressing for my salad. When I got to the point where they were supposed to give me the dressing they still did not give it to me.
