Terrible!!! Do not stop here! Not a good place to stop. They have no actual management. We stopped here on 08/26/2020 at 10:50 Pm. The girl yelled over the speaker that they are going through a shift change and they couldn't take our order until 11:30 Pm. We aren't idiots. Treat your customers with decency and respect. If you don't want to work then don't. Go home and enjoy your life. But do not treat paying customers with no respect and tell them you need 40 minutes for a shift change. Absolutely, positively, 1000% the worst McDonald's I have ever, EVER, EEEEEVEEERRRRR BEEN TO!!! We waited in line for 25 min for our food. At first, we didn't get our food nor our change. Having to use the restroom we rushed In. Im Strict about buying something when using the facilites so I stood In line to order a lg drink... After wait9ing over 5 mins with no service I watched the MGR on duty get a milk from the small refer case for the drive thru no biggie. I've never been inside this Mc.Donalds, nor have I been here anytime after 6:30am, but I must admit to visiting fast food restaurants with better service. I waited in line today a little over 5 minutes, was asked about 4 times what my order was by 3 different servers, though in fairness, they did apologize for the delay and confusion (but did try to have me pay a second time). My experience with brown fries. I had a horrible experience at this McDonald's. I ordered a large fry, and when I received the fry it was a brownish color. Completely different from the golden fries that McDonald's are famous for. Upon noticing the color of the fries, I told myself as long as they taste the same it will be ok. The fries tasted like old grease. I waved the young lady at the window down and asked if she could give me another fry, I told her that I didnt mind waiting. The young lady at the window immediately told me the fries had just come up. This was odd to me because I had never laid eyes on fresh McDonald's fries that were brown. I pulled up to the waiting area. Literally before I could put my car in park there was a young lady at my window with "another" fry. She gave it to me and walked off abruptly saying "Have a nice day". Since it was only about 10-20 seconds that passed since I gave them the brown fries back, I was skeptical. I checked the fries and they were STILL brown. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to sit there and eat a few in hopes that they didnt taste like grease (like before) before I went inside. The brown fries still tasted like old grease. I went inside with no attitude and stood there for a few minutes before I was acknowledged at all. The lady at the front register finally asked me what was wrong with my food and I said: "These fries are brown and taste off. I don't mind waiting for new ones". The girl that brought the fry outside to me turned around and immediately went off! "I just gave her those fries!!!" "Ms. Tanisha!! This girl back in here from the window! I just gave her those fries" "Next time it's gone be an up charge!" "I just dropped those fries!!" "This her third fry!!". As she yelled through the McDonald's, the young lady that was taking the money in the back walked to the front and rolled her eyes at me. The whole entire time I didnt speak and remained calm. I even leaned over to another customer and asked him if it seemed as if I had an attitude and he said no. I stood there telling myself not to say anything because all I wanted was my fries and to leave. I saw her drop the fries during her rant so the only thing I was focused on was them coming up. The lady at the front register called for 2 medium fries and a large fry when the fries were done. The manager was coming from the back at the sane time. The fry girl started to become belligerent again as the manager rounded the corner. She said: "The large fry is for her! This is her third fry! I already gave her two!!!". I went off. Not only did she give me 2 brown fries, she disrespected me the whole time I was there and she was EXTREMELY loud!! There is no reason for me to have to yell at someone about some french fries. The manager came to me. I calmly explained to her that the fry girl was very rude, and there is no reason I should have to eat brown fries. I then went to my car to wait on the fry that she had JUST taken out of the grease. The lady from the front register brought the fry out and guess what? They were STILL BROWN. I would give this restaurant a zero if that was possible. I ordered a #2 no pickles with a drink for dine in. When the girl brought my food it was in a bag, I asked for a tray( I like to put my ketchup on the tray) she seemed a little miffed and placed my two burgers on the tray one absolutely half falling out of the wrapper. I walked around looking for a ketchup dispenser, when I found they didn't have one I asked why they didn't, and she said people have to ask for ketchup... (this is a store issue... It is ketchup, you serve burgers and frys, get with it). She was noticably glaring at me at this point and I said, I'm not the jerk because I ordered no pickles or wanted a tray or ketchup and to stop staring at me. Her response was, "these is my eyes, they look where they want." I walked to a chair as far away from the counter full of women whom I'm sure thought I was so horrible for asking for a tray when I discovered pickles on my burger. I walked back up to the counter, she and half the staff gave me a look of disgust when I said there were actually pickles on my burger, she yelled to the back in an angry tone to refire a new burger or something of that sort, I passed her the other burger and she pointed to the wrapper which had a ticket taped to it stating no pickles... she said that one is fine. I opened it and it also had pickles. I did at this point have no time for her rude behavior and said I needed two burgers. Things escalated until she said I had to leave. She was making violent movements with her arms as she moved behind the counter to the register as she opened it. When she discovered I paid with a card she yelled in what I think was broken getto English to put my card in the card-swiper, give me yo card. I swiped the card and she just stared at me. I said now what, she said read the directions, as if I was to know I had to hit credit or debit to put a charge back on my card, which I'm sure won't go into my account. While walking out I said, "great service" to which she replied, "yo mamma!" I have eaten at McDonalds at least 2000 times. I ate there 3 days a week in high school. And I never will again. read more

This McDonalds is the by far the worst restaurant. This one needs to be shut down. Every time I go there, the ice cream machine is broken and you have to wait at least 10 minutes to get your food and when I get my food, the French fries are always hard and cold and the food is overall awful. There was one time I visited the drive thru, there was a customer in front of me holding a full conversation with the manager and the manager was being very unprofessional, she was holding up the line and didn't care that there was at least three cars behind her friend and they were talking and laughing.
