The reason this place gets 1 star is because that can't seem to get your order right. Mathew at the register will get it wrong every time. Ask for extra sauce and he won't do it. As if the owner, who was right behind him, has ordered "be cheap. No extra condiments"! What a joke! Please read the other reviews about cutting corners. Skimps on fries, cuts chicken to smaller pieces. Who ever let this guy buy into a franchise? The black eye of the entire company! What a shame Sloan's Lake. read more

terrible service tonight. Got 30 piece nugget for kids and asked for sauces and they not only didn't give us enough sauces, but they gave us the wrong sauces. When we reached 76 and Sheridan we realized what had happened so we called back and told what happened. Karla, the manager said there's nothing that she could do about it. Not even apologized. gave her ample time to make it right and nothing. Will never go back. Unbelievable. read more

Love this place! Food is always on point and Layla in the drive thru today was so flippin nice! Give this girl a raise

Goin to work early morning today. Hungry we stop to get breakfast. The chicken was hit the tatters were cold. The lady at the window was rude. If you're not a morning person then I don't think you should be up there with all that I didn't want to come to work this morning attitude. I will not be goin be back. Honestly maybe next week. Have a Blessed day read more

Just went through the drive thru to get some late night munchies before they closed, bout 45 mins prior to closing. Ordered a large milkshake and a #3, you know, nothing crazy. They'd already cleaned the machine for the ice cream so we were SOL from the jump - super laaaaaame. And then they fucked up and gave us the wrong order after that. For shame y'all, late night munchies total fail. #shouldagonetomcdonalds #dontforgetabouthowsadsiamaboutmymilkshake read more

I love chick-fil-a but this location is just terrible. The staff isn't the normal bubbly, friendly staff that we have all become accustomed to with Chick-fil-a. They are monotoned, not friendly, and seem to hate their jobs. Also, the food is super slow. I always have to wait for my order to be ready. read more

Here's the deal. You order at the drive-thru, they read it back perfectly, you pick it up under your name, and go home. Only then do you find out they messed up your order and didn't pack several of the items you ordered and paid for. I went ALL the way back, thinking they would simply replace the missing items, but NO, the "manager" Justin refused to refund or replace the items THEIR EMPLOYEES STOLE, because I had the credit card but not the receipt. This is a criminal operation and should be shut down. More people should complain here and to corporate because this is simply unacceptable. read more

Food is fine but what is up with the workers here?? They ALWAYS seem to be having a bad day. One of the girl literally rolled her eyes at us because she messed up our order??? We visited Denver and had food at this location 3 times. The service was bad all three times. That's not normal. Please train your workers on hospitality. read more

Good food as always except they didn't get the order correct. Even though it was complicated they called back my order at the drive thru as well as when I arrived at the window. Great staff, great food. Just don't complicate your order and it will probably be correct. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with chick fil a . The manager alexis was so rude and dismissive. Made it feel like it was my problem that the app wasn't working and I couldn't change payment methods. Will not be returning to this location and they honestly make the business look really bad. read more

Not such a great place, they never have breakfast available and when they do they say it stops at 10:30 but this location opens at 10:30 . It makes no sense just poor management . Food is always just okay . My fries are always cold smh , I usually really like chic fil a as a whole but not this location. Save your self the trouble time and money and go somewhere else read more

first off not only was the drive through line 20 minutes long, i didn't even get my food in the drive though. i was told to park in the front and wait. after about 15 more minutes I had to go inside to the restaurant where i was not welcomed, not greeted, i had to find someone to talk to and when i told them that i had not received my food i was met with an eye roll and no words back to me. upon waiting another 10 minutes and hearing and seeing employees talk about how i was in the wrong, i finally got my food. my goddam pleasure chick-fil-a read more

Not Chron's friendly, but still very friendly otherwise. Would highly recommend if you do not have Chron's disease, but if you do I would not eat here. read more

Oh gosh, I'm nervous to give such a high rating now that I see the other low ratings... I've come in three times. Twice to eat and work (when there are a lot of tables available), since it has a really nice cafe atmosphere. There is service here (wahhh?!), a lady usually comes by during lunch time and asks if you need anything and sometimes hands out napkins. Super impressed with that, and the nice employees in general. Also I typically get the sandwiches and they have always been hot, fresh, delicious. It seems like there are issues with the manager and drive-through, if I experience either of those, I'll update. read more

I'm a frequent chick fil a customer and have visited multiple locations. This is the first location that I've been to where the employees aren't very welcoming. They aren't rude but not the chick fil a standard whatsoever. I understand we all have bad days so I gave them the benefit of doubt but I've been 3 times now and each time every employee I interact with gives McDonalds level customer service. I mean they don't even say "my pleasure" and I LIVE for that type of service. I don't blame the employees though because this type of environment comes from the tone at the top so management may need to re-evaluate their importance of customer service read more

They forgot all the fries in our drive thru order and when going in to get the rest of our food, they demanded to see our receipt! Worst service ever!! Shot hole! read more

This is the WORST Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. They have the WORST customer service and my order is ALWAYS wrong. It's almost as if this location is run independently of the main chain. They don't care about the customers at all and the employees have the worst attitudes. They are more concerned with laughing at the customer than actually doing their job. The only reason I go to this location is because of the proximity to my home. But if you can, drive further down Wadsworth and go to the other location because the service is much better there. read more

I'm obsessed with chick fil a and I visit this location all the time. This morning when I redeemed my free chicken minis for breakfast I bit into my last one and it looked raw. I felt sick to my stomach. Hate that this happened at my favorite fast food chain, and my go to location read more

I went thru the drive thru yesterday afternoon for a spicy chicken deluxe meal and I got a chicken nuggets meal, went back thru the drive thru (since there was no parking up front) and after waiting for more than ten minutes and driving back for ten minutes I was greeted by the general manager who was extremely rude, all I got was a cookie for my trouble. I told her I will be getting in touch with corporate and that is something I will still be doing, I won't be back. read more

I just want to take a minute to recognize the staff here. They are literally the best. Always on top of their game and ALWAYS so polite. I come here weekly because this team is the best. They're so happy to provide great service and that is very hard to find these days. BIG KUDOS to this team read more

Love this location. They are always super nice and accommodating, even when I come in and have to order 10 breakfast sandwiches for work. The location is also extremely clean. Tip: If you want more than one sauce per meal, you should say, "Can I have 4 (or however many you want) Chick-Fil-A sauces?" They will give them to you - you just need to be specific. Also, if they ask you if you want sauces when you place your order, make sure you remind them when you get to the window. Sauce problem solved. :) read more

This location is awful when it comes to accuracy. Yes, the review your order, but once you actually get it- a whole other story. I have been here 3 times and every time something is wrong. Edited: This restaurant location have really stepped it up over the last few months! I haven't had an incorrect order in a long while. I'm glad to see that it has improved substantially. read more

I am a truck driver, we typically do not have very many options for food. I was delivering a load nearby and walked to the Chick-Fil-A Sloan's Lake. I walked in to make an order, 30 min before they closed, they told me to download the app and order online. As a truck driver, I dont have too much time to dilly dally to get my food (not everyone is savvy with the smartphones). I told them I am a truck driver and would just like to take an order since I already walked there, they told me no, must be done via the app. Then I tried to order in the drive up, but they wouldnt let me order as I didnt have a car. This whole situation is not up to par with the Chick-fil-a standard. So very disappointed, as this whole pandemic has places closing early and here I am with no dinner tonight. Feeling very disappointed. read more

Ordered a kids meal for my daughter and they only gave her 3 fries. Really 3 fries? I understand it's a kids meal but I expected more. I've been to several other locations and this is the only one to do this. I went inside to express my frustration and they said I would have to pay an extra $1.50???? read more

I am not a huge Chik fil a fan, but this one is near an office I am temporarily working out of and I have always found the food fresh, the drive thru fast and when I have gone in, the place is clean. Maybe the busy noon hour brings out the best, but it is a good spot for a quick lunch in Edgewater! read more

I have always loved Chick-fil-A ever since I was a kid. Luckily they are popping up all over the Denver area now. Reasonably priced, lots of menu options, even some healthy options are showing up on their menu. Open late too, 10pm. Closed on Sunday's though. read more

Wife and I have dined here a few times. Food is very yummy and the staff is very nice. The owner is a really nice guy, retired veteran, and helps out in the community getting involved with local schools. Nice modern facility with a kids play area. Good views of the lake across Sheridan if you sit outside read more

Ok, so it's chick fil a, you know what you're in for, the food is no better or worse than any location. What sets this experience apart, is one employee, Marianna, I hope the management knows and appreciates what a valuable asset they have with her. Marianna keeps the lobby spotless and offers a higher level of customer service than any fast food establishment I've ever been to. She's always busy, helping guests, cleaning, replenishing the condiment bar, this location ribs smoothly because of her. Need a refill? Sauce? A friendly hello? She's got you. This location gets 5 stars and remains my favorite one only due to Marianna. read more

The customer service here is horrible. I ordered two grilled 12 piece nuggets, no meal. Was asked repeatedly if I wanted the meal, said no several times, then was still asked what I wanted to drink - nothing, as not ordering the meal. Finally picked up the order, was only given one 12 count; asked for the other. Wasn't until I got home that I realized they'ed given me the fried nuggets not the grilled. Drove all the way back and was made to pay the $2 difference for their mistake. Seriously? Eat the $2 when you get it wrong. Seems like this location has repeated issues getting orders correct based on these other reviews. read more

They have great chicken sandwiches, the grilled or spicy are my favorites, but I really love their vanilla iced coffe (better than the overpriced chain), their fries are not too salty and they have the big packs of ketchup. read more

Chick fil a is my all time favorite restaurant ever. I just moved to this area last August and every time I go to this location I am utterly disappointed. Every time I go through the drive thru I feel rushed because maybe they're trying to keep good ticket times I don't know. I also went tonight through the drive thru and ordered a 12 count, got home and it was the chicken strips. I went back traded my food got back home and then found a hair in the new order of fries the gave me for the mistake. Anyway I don't know if the management is the problem or what but I'm wanting to see the standard the the company asks for here at this location. read more

We usually don't eat fast food , and this is the first and last time trying this. We got the nuggets and found hairs cooked into the nuggets. We bring them back and the manager Janay tells me that "those aren't hairs , they are the bristles from our cleaning brush, do you want a new order?" I said HELL NO, and asked for a refund, this place is so petty they were only going to refund the amount for the nuggets unless I brought in the fries and drink that came with this unhappy meal. what a horrible place. DON'T eat at this ghetto establishment , they cook their cleaning untensils into their food and store manager Janay has ZERO customer service skills. She never even apologized. SHAME ON YOU store manager DAN COURTOIS for running such a shiddy franchise. and yes I am keeping it clean , unlike your chik fil a brush food you are serving, that's shiddy. read more

Great customer service! Had to place a pretty large order in the drive thru and realized one of the 8 count nugget boxes wasn't included when I got home - bummer! I called the store to let them know and Justin offered me two ways to recoup the cost. He was super friendly and apologized for the trouble. The rest of the food was included, prepared correctly (i.e., no pickles, add BBQ sauce, etc.) and tasted how we knew it should. Love CFA! read more

Chick fil a is literally my boyfriends favorite fast food place, we live about 5 minutes from this one so we go all the time. I never even write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one, that's how disappointed I am in this place. They have messed up (missing/wrong items) the last FIVE orders we placed, today being the SIXTH. I thought maybe they just hated me till I saw other reviews saying the same thing, which makes me wonder how much money these people have straight up stolen from people. I have never experienced anything like this at another Chick-fil-A or honestly any restaurant before. We'll probably keep going because it simply doesn't make sense to travel all the way to Denver or Belmar to get Chick-fil-A but I'm hoping management sees this and gets it together because this just says laziness in my opinion. read more

It was an extremely long wait for a breakfast bowl meal. It seemed they were in slow mode. The young Hispanic female who took my order, was prepping iced tea and overflowing the gallon jugs. I went to the men's room and came back with others in line in front of me still waiting for their orders. I got distracted by a phone call and the male possibly manager, called out my name and handed me my order. I left and drove to my appointment and when I got there noticed that my drink was not in the bag. I went back to the restaurant and told the same Hispanic female that I did not receive my drink. She immediately knew and gave me my drink, but no apology. Last time I eat at this Location! read more
