I'm a long time customer of Chick-fil-a and until today, all of my experiences have been quite positive at the Draper location. However, today I wasn't properly treated by Haily, who twice identified herself as the General Manager. I'm a senior citizen and I've always ordered the chicken on my sandwiches without the marinade because it upsets my stomach. I have a dietary restriction with a near zero tolerance for spicy food. Unfortunately, Haily was bound and determined NOT to accommodate my request despite my explanation. She dug in her heals and said my request was not on their menu despite having ordered it without the marinade for nearly 10 years. She was lacking the customer service that I had been accustomed to for so long. I left without my sandwich and went to In-N-Out where I was treated the complete opposite and my business was truly valued. No more Chick-fil-a for me!!! read more

Our orders come out and wow, that 3x3 sure has a lot of melted cheese all flowing out of it! I hate when the cheese isn't melted! OK, Here goes my 3x3, I open wide and ease that meaty goodness into my mouth. Biting down, it is a different experience than a regular Double Double. More meat centric with out the lettuce and tomato. The buns were toasted well and there was a crunch from that. I did like the 3x3, but I think the Double Double is a more balanced burger experience.
