I got my order and they forgot the sauces for all the chicken wraps. Also, on my receipt it showed that I chosen the sauces for each wrap and I got nothing. I'm disappointed that they didn't check the order themselves before they gave it to me. Also, they had other issues with my order. I also had ordered the 8 piece nuggets and a brownie with my reward/redeem points. I did not get either of the items. However, it deducted my pointed. I spoke to someone before I drove off about the missing items. They told me that I did not add it to my order. However, they still took my points. read more

What a disappointment! I ordered a chicken biscuit breakfast combo and I'am still hungry. The combo was sized for a child. The coffee was good but what are call hash browns is a total mess of grease drenched potato as small as a quarter (.25 cents). The biscuits acted as a sponge and absorbed even more oil from the very tiny piece of chicken. Totally wasted my time and money. I guess at some point Popeyes will pay attention to that too! This was the first time I ventured to use the CFA drive-thru and that was surprisingly easy and quick. I made an online order since I didn't know how long this would actually take. I ordered the 8 pc grilled nuggets combo since I'm gluten free with a side salad. The nuggets were almost black..I just kept them since I left the area and I didn't want to get back in line. They really need to look into cleaning their grill better. I ordered at 11 am...there's no reason to have a dirty grill before lunch really gets going. I haven't had a problem with this location until today. Bobbi was very rude to me. I went to pick up my in store order like always, and she stops me saying she needs to verify my phone number. She continues to reach for the bag of food I paid for in my hand. She kept trying to snatch the bag out my hand and I'm like okay I can verify this is my food but you don't need to snatch the bag out my hands! She kept reaching for it which I found very rude. After like 5 times she starts laughing and says the number is on the bag and she needs to look at it. I had no idea it was on the bag because apparently a 50 something year old doesn't know how to use her words to ask for the bag to verify my number. I wouldn't have had a problem giving her the bag she so desperately wanted if she asked for the bag. Instead she is trying to pull food out a customers hand repeatedly with no explanation. I have been ordering from this Chick-fil-A for years but every time I order their food from door dash something goes wrong with the order. I order using door dash because I work at night and rely on the service to save time before I start my evening shift and I always receive my order disappointed. I'm going to leave pictures for this specific example but trust me when I say this isn't the first time this has happened. I ordered chicken nuggets with buffalo and sweet and sour sriracha and instead of buffalo they gave me texas pete hot sauce like who does that? Everyone knows the SAUCES is what makes chick fil a appetizing. But Texas Pete? That's just disrespectful. I go to this Chick-fil-A every morning my son loves the breakfast sandwich everyone knows me for asking for strawberry jelly. Well this morning the manager was very rude I tried to pay with $50 bill which I didn't know there policy because are usually pay with a credit card. I'm not exaggerating I go here every morning. For one they take forever to give you your food even if you order ahead of time but then they mess up your order and then they act like the sauces come out of their paycheck and refuse to give you more sauce. So you've battled traffic and orange cones to get into the maze that is this drive thru to be greeted by the worst employees ever.... Be prepared to get annoyed ordering and once at the window the lack of smiles and added annoyance of God forbid you ask for anything that you didn't bring up at the box because the eyes will be rolling. They make Chik fil e "Brand" look really bad. That location really needs someone to go in and retrain or replace the lot of them. This chic filet isn't up to par. I've had multiple bad experiences with the food whether delivered through Uber eats or if I actually go there in person. Quality of food, wrong orders, don't actually give you the sauces you ask for they tend to give you one of each sauce you ask for no matter the size of the order, fries literally always soggy. They need to tighten up. There's fast food - then there's Chick-fil-A. Here are my favorite things about Chick-fil-A: 1. Diet Dr. Pepper on tap. C'MON! Does it get any better than that? 2. Giant Heinz ketchup packets with the option of squeezing OR dipping. I hope these catch on, there's nothing more annoying than spending 30 seconds opening up multiple packets to get enough ketchup for two waffle fries. And they leave the packets out, so you can "take some for the road" (not that I ever would =]) 3. That spice mix they put on the chicken. Whatever Colonel Sanders, give up and gtfo. 4. Breakfast. Chick-fil-a known for their exceptional customer service and this location is no different. Employees are kind and pleasant to every customer and they come to take your trash right when you're done. This place is clean and always fast. The only reason why I can't give them 5 stars is because of their drive thru. There is only one way you can go into the drive thru/ parking lot meaning you have to wait a while before you can even park but I assume it's because of it the small parking lot. Basically you have to wait longer just to park and order through the drive thru so expect traffic. read more

Chick-fil-A is my go to place for fast food. I really, really like Chick-fil-A. This location, like every one I've ever been to is clean, friendly and efficient despite massive crowds at times. The employees are so dang friendly. I love the Chick-Fil-A sandwich, but have mostly been ordering the chicken strips lately. They taste soooooo good and have about 100 calories fewer than the sandwich. And I get to dip them! Yes! I am so happy they have the diet lemonade. It is great. I wish more restaurants had a low calorie, non-caffeinated drink (other than water) that wasn't diet coke. Tip: don't ever order a milkshake unless you want to be tempted to order one every time you go. They are that good. I wish I didn't know. read more

Unfortunately, my son really likes their food. I have to go there often. Problem is, they can't get the food out fast. They'll have 4-5 workers standing outside the window to deliver food to cars, but the food comes out of the window about as slow as it does at McDonald's on University in Plantation near Peters Rd. At Chick-fil-a they have 2 lanes of cars literally wrapped all the way around the building and often a line to get into the parking lot. Plenty of workers outside, always, but I don't know what's going on inside (inside is still closed for Covid). I consistently see them struggling to get the food out the window. The whole process of getting through the line is long (15-20 mins?), wish they'd improve on that, but the food is delicious. read more

You just can't go wrong with Chick-Fil-A whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner...just don't go there on a Sunday because they will be spending their 'family time'. My favorite thing they have is their multigrain bagel with chicken and cheese breakfast sandwich. They should offer it all day. I try not to review chains, but since this is a new location I'll keep the review exclusive to this location. I went to the grand opening a couple of months ago, and have been back frequently since. Being a big chick-fil-a fan I can sum up this location with one word - AWESOME. The staff is super friendly and efficient and they have been able to handle the hordes of people that have flocked here since opening. They also often have someone walking around with free samples of new product (spicy chicken) or handing out menus to the drive through line. As with all Chick-fil-a locations, the chicken is superb - very juicy and flavorful. The portion sizes are also very good considering this is a fast food place. The only depressing thing is that I just found out the following nutritional info: Chick-fil-a sauce has 140 calories and 13 grams of fat in one packet. Polynesian sauce has 110 calories and 6 grams of fat in one packet. Damn!!! I guess I'll be "eating more chickn" with buffalo sauce.... read more
