Located in the Youfit Plaza, Empire Nutrition is a small business that specializes in healthy smoothies, freshly made teas, and meal replacement shakes. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a pleasant male employee who was very knowledgeable about the products and its health benefits. For $9 I have my choice of a warm cup of tea and a meal replacement shake. I decided to try a pomegranate tea with cranberry aloe and a banana pina colada shake. My friend had tropical twist. To be honest, when I watched both the tea and shake being made with just water and powder, I feared I wouldn't like it. I took a sip of the tea first. It was warm and with no sugar added, was lightly sweet. I could taste the blend of the pomegranate and cranberry. I tried the shake next, which was made very thick. Definitely had that pina colada taste. A few minutes of sipping on the shake and I was feeling full instantly (f.y.i. - the shake kept me full for at least 3-4 hours until I ate something). I thoroughly enjoyed a healthy shake that does the job of controlling my appetite until I'm able to eat. Will visit ttis place again soon.

Run by James and Pamela, Empire Nutrition isn't your ordinary shake shop…read more When you walk in you feel almost at home, greeted by the two and their friendly patrons. You're then walked through the goals and objective of Empire Nutrition, and welcomed to try their tea and shakes. You aren't met with a bland, generic menu of questionably processed flavors as you would with most chains. Instead, you find hand drawn chalk menus with unique (and delicious) flavors that you can try in almost limitless combinations. I've sampled half the menu myself and have yet to be displeased. It should also be mentioned that these shakes are healthy, low calorie, and low sugar! But there's more to Empire Nutrition than it's shakes and products. It's the family created through the love of fitness. Whether your goal is to bulk up. gain muscle, or lose weight, the two will work with you through weekly weigh ins, meal plans and a WhatsApp group chat full of motivated individuals working towards fitness goals of their own. Everything they do to aid you is genuine. And that genuineness has helped me accomplish things I never thought I could do. If you're looking for products that work as good as they taste, I recommend stopping by Empire Nutrition for their Herballife teas and shakes. You may come for the shakes, but I guarantee you'll find yourself staying for the family.

After a hair appointment with my daughter, we were looking for something cool and refreshing, and…read more when we checked yelp for quick healthy bowls Bahia Bowls came up on near by places. Reviews were good so we decided to check them out. We each ordered a bowl. I had the Paradise Bowl and wanted to add a nut butter. The bowl comes with Pineapple and Mango Blend. Topped with Granola, Mango, Strawberry, Pineapple, Coconut Shavings and Sweetened Condensed Milk. I wanted to order a butter to it so the girl at the counter suggested the cookie butter since the pineapple has a tangy flavor, and it was the perfect recommendation. Everything blended so well, and the bowl was incredibly refreshing. My daughter ordered the açaí bowl with a little peanut butter, it came with organic Açaí blended strawberries and banana. Topped with granola, strawberries, banana, blueberries, coconut shavings, honey she loved it too. Both bowls were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The two employees who took our order were friendly, patient, and helpful while we decided. We never felt rushed, which made the experience even better. Bahia Bowl is located in the shopping center across from Cooper City High School. They have indoor seating if you want to stay and eat, although it seemed like many customers were grabbing takeout. Besides bowls, they also offer salads, wraps, smoothies, and breakfast toasts, so there's something for everyone. Bowls run about $8-$13 depending on what you order, salads are around $12, and breakfast toasts are about $9. If you're in the area and looking for a fresh, healthy, and cooling meal on a hot South Florida day, I'd definitely recommend stopping by Bahia Bowl!

I've been coming to Bahia Bowls since May, and I've always loved the food, but my recent experience…read morehas made me reconsider coming back. The food was good as always, and the service would have been top-notch if it weren't for the situation in the store. There were four young children, all appearing to be under 12, running around, being loud, taking orders, and helping prepare food alongside the actual employees. One of the children even took my order, and I was honestly shocked because he looked like he wasn't even 12 years old. What concerned me most was watching the actual employees in uniforms try to prepare orders while the children insisted on making the food themselves and taking orders away from them. The children also did not always wear gloves while handling food. This raised concerns for me about food safety and hygiene. I understand helping out, but having young children running around, causing a commotion, taking customer orders, and handling food without consistently wearing gloves is not the experience I expect when visiting a restaurant. It's disappointing because I genuinely love Bahia Bowls and have been a returning customer for months. However, the environment during this visit was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I shouldn't have to wonder who is preparing my food or whether proper hygiene practices are being followed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation, because I would hate to stop coming to a place whose food I have enjoyed for so long

We saw them at The Taste of Cooper City as well. I dig a good Açaí bowl but honestly, I can't justify $14 for it. It's pricey!!! I don't remember açaí bowls being this pricey. I also make açaí bowls at home so I suppose that's where it's hard to justify the cost. Ha. The girls got a Nutella Açaí bowl. I love Nutella just as much as the next person but how is the Nutella part healthy? Lol. They loved it and it made them happy. I had a few bites and it was good. Honestly, I think I need to find a bowl that I really want to try and maybe that will make up for the pricing. This place is really cute and their branding is cute. They also give away free stickers by the front counter. I snagged a palm tree sticker. Because Florida. I promise to come back and give the full experience a second chance and not let the cost Jade me. I'm sure I can find something on their extensive menu that I like. They also serve coffee drinks which is interesting considering Cali Coffee is right next door. I'll be back.
