Even though there were good lines, the service was fast and very courteous just what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. We grabbed some chicken nuggets and food for the kids, and it was all fresh and consistent, the way Chick-fil-A always delivers. I stopped here to go through the drive thru on my way home after a recent football game. It was nearing closing time and had long lines both inside and out. I managed to be able to order before they closed and they seemed to do their best to manage all the lines as well as possible. I ordered the new Cheddar Pretzel Club with a new Frosted Cherry Berry. Both were really good and would definitely order again. Despite the crowd the service and food was still the typical Chick-fil-A quality that we have all come to expect. I feel like I am at a McDonalds "what do you want" is not a polite way to speak to a customer. Very disrespectful and disappointing. It really isn't that hard not to put pickles on a sandwich when I ask for no pickles. I'm making your job easier, I'm saving ingredients for you. Top quality customer service as usual from Chick-fil-A. Such friendly people. One complaint though. Was from out of town and on my way to the airport so I stopped to get a chicken biscuit through the driveway. As soon as I opened the packaging the biscuit was in, the top part of the biscuit was in multiple pieces and couldn't be eaten like a typical biscuit sandwich could be eaten, and had to be eaten in pieces. Not sure how the biscuit was even able to be put in the packaging without the maker of it realizing this. Wasn't happy about that but certainly didn't have the time to go back through the drive through or go inside to have it remade. read more

I don't know what's happened, but this store used to be good. I believe it has changed hands, and both the service and good quality have suffered. I got two grilled sandwich combos today, it wasn't very busy, and the sandwiches were not hot, the bread was slightly stale, the chicken was tough and the fries were cold. No straws, no honey mustard packets, were not asked if we wanted any sauces, which they always used to do. When that new Slim Chickens down the road opens up, that's where I'll go for a chicken sandwich. read more

As much as I love CFA, their food seems to always make me sick or nauseous no matter what I order. I'm not the only person this happens to. Sometimes I think the food isn't as fresh when it's not busy. Inside is clean most times but sometimes when busy there's no clean available seating. read more

Always love Chick-fil-A food. But this location has service issues. Typically slow (indicative of Columbus MS restaurants) service. Drive though at lunch time is a joke. Customers form two lines for the drive thru (ignoring painted lanes) there by blocking thru traffic for those wanting to park. Simple traffic cones would fix the problem. Also this is the only CFA that I have seen where employees aren't taking orders in line to speed the process along at lunch. read more

This chain blankets the country now and for a good reason. It's one of the few chains that consistently provides excellent service, much better than average fast food and quality experiences every time you dine. We drove through this location on our way to a Mississippi State game and were pushed through the line in an impressive fashion without compromising getting our order correct and the quality of our food. What more could you ask for from this chain? You'll find everything you want in the traditional Chick-Fil-A experience here and as always can't go wrong with the Cajun sandwich. I must say Chic Fil A is our normal go to for fast food in town or out of town. We have tried them in many states and the service and food is always good and consistent. Then you have Columbus which I was so glad to see finally open. However, since day one the service is terrible and in the morning the drive thru is ridiculously slow. Its not like they have a huge variety so you would assume it would move quickly. Not the case this one has by far the worst service and speed of any Chic Fil A I have ever been to.
