Today we ordered online to be given our food by the most disrespectful person ever. His name is Paul. This is our second time being treated poorly by this guy. My wife rolled down the window to take her food and she realized there was no straw. Paul's response "well all you ordered was a cup of ice and a bottle water, why do you need a straw." My wife told this jerk that our daughter has epilepsy and couldn't drink sugary drinks and pours her water into the ice. Paul proceeded to tell her "well next time order a straw when you place the order and walked away." If I see Paul on my next visit, he and I will have a little discussion. Most everyone at this location is awesome. But if you see Paul, I'd leave. What a jerk! read more

I feel like the customer service is going downhill. The last few times I went I had difficulty something and the response from the staff were very nonchalant, almost rude responses. This last time I went my kids were playing in the play area and a group of older girls from a softball team came to play in the play area with all the little kids and still wearing their cleats one of the girls ran over my daughters foot and tore off part of her toe nail. I went to simply ask one of the staff to please ask the girls to take the cleats off while playing in the play area and all they said ok and walked away. My son and I went last Thursday, which was a VERY busy night! The parking lot and drive thru were completely packed. The wait in the drive thru was longer than normal, but you know what? I'll take that wait (and longer) every time. The food is always fresh and hot, but the staff is what keeps us coming back. I was watching through the window, wondering how on earth they keep everything so organized and moving seamlessly. Great job to the management and team at this location. This is the only one around Clermont witch is sad , they need more then one I can tell you that ... this place is so busy I can't even get lunch on my break. The drive threw is around the building every day.. but the staff is soooo nice and really fast the best in town, they never get my order wrong . I just got some very ignorant information from this chick-fil-a. They told me they can't double toast my bagel because it's a "fire hazard". The bagel contains no butter so therefore it is not considered a fire hazard by food safety standards. A biscuit shouldn't be toasted and especially not double toasted because of the butter content. Double toasting a bagel is a regular request in my opinion. Furthermore I have had it double toasted here at this location before. I have also gotten a completely never toasted not even warmed up completely cold bagel from this location one time before. Just to add to my experience. Luckily I was paying attention. Although I ordered a grilled chicken bagel the order taken put it on a "muffin" double toasted which I guess it's ok to double toast a muffin and not a bagel. Further more if double toasting is not an option then what is the button for? If you're a manager, regardless if it is in fast food or fine dining you should definitely know the difference before you refuse a customer to get what they want. After all it is good and people expect to get what they want even if it's not Burger King. "Have it your way" The employees at this location are always stuck up. Me and 17 of my other coworkers completely agree that this location is by far the worst any of us have been to. Overall issues with this location are the stuck up attitudes of the employees, lack of consistency, failure to post adequate signage about company policies such as no more than 3 transactions per vehicle. Just an overall lack of care and attention to the customer it seems they are more concerned of teaching their employees how not to make sense. I frequent this location! The managers are great and most of the staff are wonderful. Only knocked Off a star because on occasion there have been a few employees that have inappropriate talk in the drive through line and one girl in particular that is incredibly rude and has a know it all attitude. This mostly happens late at night when the managers probably aren't there. I've never had an issue when the managers are within ear distance and the food is always accurate. read more

Busy as all get-out at 7pm this evening. But somehow they seem to pull off hot/fresh food with a quickness. Who doesn't love some good ol Chick-fil-A? So I go here veery offer, my go to breakfast or lunch spot even dinner sometimes. One lunch break I came to chick fill a ordered curbside when I pulled up I parked (in curbside of course) there was a car in the farthest one and I just parked omg the first one open. The placement of their curbside parking spots are parallel. So another car came into curbside while I'm sitting waiting for my food (Taking longer than usual) instead of her parking in the 2 empty spots between me and the other car she just parked in the main traffic to get to the drive thru. A employee came out and instead of telling her to move from where she was because she clearly parked in the way and there after I've already been there (the employee has came out 2 times while I've been out there before her) he told me to move I said to him why make me move I've been here have her move he still advised me to move in another empty spot FOR the other car. I got the notification saying it was done and be out, I waited 5 minutes AFTER to get outmy car to see what was going on. That car behind me also got their food before I got mine and all I got was a sandwich and nuggets not even full meals. So you can imagine how mad I was about this. They claim to be quality food that care about their patrons, yet they use hydrogenated oils, palm oil, high fructose corn syrup and MSG in their food. All these items are much cheaper then quality ingredients and have major health concerns associated with them. This Chick-Fil A has the absolute WORST customer service. They are rude, ridiculous and slow. The drive thru is unorganized at all times of the day, and you have to drive around the entire building just to get in line, not to mention how inconvenient it is to just get there,the line adds to the frustration. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for breakfast. For their breakfast menu, I would recommend the "chicken minis". This little treat is a chicken nugget served in a biscuit and lighted coated with honey. With the "chicken minis", a side of hash browns and some coffee you have the best breakfast, in my opinion. I've been to this location 3 times in the last several months. I have been disappointed each time in the lack of quality chicken they are using for chicken nuggets. It's been fatty and saturated with cooking oil. When dining at this brand in South Florida, quality was NEVER an issue and service was exceptional. Perhaps the owner of this specific restaurant is using an inferior product to save money, or their purveyor is & the owner doesn't care. I love going to this place no matter how busy. They have the best tasting grilled chicken sandwich. The newly remodeled drive thru is like a dance of organized coming, circling,ordering ,picking up, exiting, leaving. The staff is always happy and nice. I go to the drive thru window rather than eat inside, so this review is of the drive thru. I am super impressed with the speed and accuracy of the drive thru. This location is incredibly busy, yet they always manage to get you through the drive thru fairly quickly. The order is always correct, the food is always fresh and hot, and the staff is always friendly. I deducted one star because the layout of the building makes it a pain to get in and out of the drive thru lane. Cars are coming every which way and people are walking in front of you, so you have to be careful. read more
