The sauce they serve is more of a barbecue style sauce, and while it worked, I personally didn't love it enough for it to carry all the flavor. The sides were a mixed bag. The collard greens were really good and definitely one of the highlights. The coleslaw, though, was way too pepper heavy for my taste. Also, the piece of bread that comes with the meal was honestly not worth the calories. I'd rather see them either upgrade the bread or skip it altogether. One unexpected highlight was the pebble ice from the drink machine. Small detail, but it was awesome and definitely appreciated. Overall, I'd come back and try some different sides because the chicken itself is worth returning for. They have a drive thru and dine in with lots of booths surrounding the perimeter of the inside and some tables in the center. They also have a small outdoor seating area. It's not covered though so it will be a seasonal option. The inside has a large counter that looks like it could be a bar area but it was empty and looked unfinished. We ordered at the counter where a friendly cashier helped us decide on what sauces to choose. Since it was our first time here we wanted to try a variety of items. I ordered three sliders and my husband got a tender combo. Our food came out really quickly and it was super hot. The fries were seasoned well too. No one likes unseasoned fries. One of the first things we noticed was how small the tenders were. I would have expected a larger tender for the price honestly. The flavor was delicious and we loved the different sauces they had. The spicy peach sauce was one of my favorites as well as the honey mustard. The pretzel bites we got as a side were ok. I'd probably skip them next time though. Overall we had a great experience at Ray Rays. I'd go there again for sure. Next time I'll have to try one of their sandwiches or bowls I think.

It was cold, and fresh with that signature KFC taste we all love. Perfection! My sandwich was hot, fresh and delicious. The flavors of KFC coated chicken came through and the juicy chicken was so good! It truly was the best chicken sandwich I've had in forever. I had to keep reminding myself this is KFC! My husband was gracious enough to share some of his mashed potatoes and gravy with me. Yum! There's no substitute to that classic flavor. It's so good! I know the whole country is obsessed with another chicken chain, I'm not in that pool, but if it's been a while since you've been to KFC, I advise you to make a change for flavor alone. They also have a beer station where you can fill up growlers. Wine selection is decent, better than most grocery stores. We had looked through the Lowes app to see the weekly specials and wanted to pick up some of the ribeye steaks which were on sale. But we were only able to see three packages in the cooler at about 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. The rest of our shopping experience was fine as we picked up a few items but it really got uncomfortable when we went to the check stand. Our cashier began ringing up our order and we watched the computer screen to ensure the items rang up correctly. She got to the end of the order and we questioned why the beer we picked up did not ring up correctly when they were clearly marked down $2.00 for two Carolina based beers. This is the ongoing special when items are made in the state of North Carolina. We informed our cashier, who may have been training about the price discrepancy and she was quick to ask the person bagging our groceries. He didn't know either and approached one of the three women employees who were talking at the front of the store. All three women came over to the check stand and we told them the beer wasn't ringing up correctly. We noticed none of them made eye contact and began whispering to each other before one of the ladies began walking back to the beer aisle. While she was gone the four other employees stood there and it felt uncomfortable. After a couple of minutes she walked back to the register and began whispering to the other women. There was no communication to us at all, she just began punching in the discount which reduced our total. After I removed my credit card I was asked if I wanted cash back to which I replied no. I was told I was charged the original total and I was getting $2.14 back in cash. I did not ask or do anything to get cash back. I just wanted to pay what was owed with my credit card and not receive any change back but I did, it was strange. Honestly was the wait worth $2.00, no. Was the attitude and response by the employees justified, no. It is really frustrating when you go to any business and the items do not ring up correctly. We just wanted to get in and get out and these women made it feel like it was our fault the item didn't ring up correctly. Our customer service experience at the other Lowes are always above average when compared to other grocery stores but that was absolutely not our experience today. We will not be returning to the Bermuda Run Lowes.

We went here after reading some delicious reviews. The lasagna was mouth-watering good, with layers of fresh noodles, Kobe beef, cheese, homemade sauce, and even some spinach. It is served with lots of extra sauce, Parmesan, salad with dressing, and a piece of fresh bread. YUMMMMMMMMM! My mouth did a happy dance! The chicken caprese scampi was also amazing and caused a happy dance, too. Perfectly cooked pasta topped with thin well seasoned thin chicken cutlets in a scampi sauce and a lightly drizzled balsamic glaze. Oh wow, that was wonderfully flavorful. Truly, much better than expected, and it had high expectations! The tiramisu and desserts are brought in by a premium bakery. The tiramisu came in a glass container and was simply superb. Logistically, this is an adorable takeout place. The ambiance is very chic and Italian. They take phone orders or you can just wait and look at their take-and-bake items. You may be salivating by now. It really is ok-this place is fantastic. Oh, and since it everything is made-to-order, pastas and pizzas can be made gluten-free!
