We ordered our meals through drive thru and asked for our sauces. We pulled up to the window and I quickly glanced inside the bag to ensure our sauces were there, which I didn't see any. We politely ask for the two sauces we ask for, and the girl states they are wedged in on the side of the bag. We took her word for it, only to drive home and discover THERE WERE NO SAUCES. The only reason I'm taking the time to post this is because I only like their fries with ranch to dip them in, otherwise the fries are too bland. Store off to a rocky start. Stopped during road trip, was delayed 20 minutes just for nuggets, told i couldn't get the fries since i was 3 minutes before lunch, then still waited 10 minutes for nuggets leaving at 10:40. Hmmm, i think i could have had what i wanted. No one apologized, manager did not address delay, lunch menu was not ready for crowd and to boot, my long awaited nuggets were under cooked causing me 2 more stops going home. I currently am a doordash driver. Sometimes things can get hectic and you forget something. I happened to be picking up a meal from this chickfila around 9/9:30 pm on friday june 11. I walked up and accidentally locked my door. My phone, wallet, keys, everything was locked in my car while it was still running. I wanted to just break my window and get away because of the embarrassment. The team leader or manager on closing shift had come out. She was a younger black woman that i never got the name of, but am so grateful for. She called a locksmith for me, let me stay inside out of the heat, made sure I was okay. She got me a drink and some food while I waited 30/45 minutes for the locksmith to show up. She kept me updated every time they had called her, even when the guy finally showed up, She told me that if he was rude or made me feel uncomfortable to immediately get her. She made me laugh and feel comfortable in a time that i was really freaking out. Your employees here are truly kind hearted people. I wish i had got her name, but she deserves a raise or a promotion. She truly embodies the message chickfila is trying to send. You guys are more than lucky to have someone like that working for you read more

OK everyone knows that Chick fil A is the bestest. What you may not realize is that this location is on the verge of suffering Starbucks disease. They could, if they chose to, open another Chick fil A in the parking lot of this Chick fil A and both would still be insanely successful. "The Good" - The staff smile.... and not that fake smile, they say thank you, and if you respond with a Thank you (which you should) they respond with "My Pleasure"... consistently. This little fact makes you want to go just to hear polite people. - If you are feeling hungry get the Original sandwich, if you are feeling healthy, get the grilled. Either way, you win. - They have party trays, the ones I have sampled recently were the nuggets and the brownies. I have not seen some many people smile when they found out that Chick fil A was serving lunch. - They have an indoor playground to occupy the munchkins. - Try the Jalapeno Salsa as a topping on the sandwich, it is designed for the breakfast selections, but they still have it you just need to ask. - They started carrying Texas Pete's Hot Sauce.... thank you. - The cole slaw is great but never ordered that much due to the darn Waffle Fries being so tasty. - Milkshakes.... now that is just wrong unless you are planning on having ellipticals instead of booths to assist with the working out. "The Meh" - The drive through gets very crowded around lunch and dinner and even a little bit around breakfast. Now this is easy to say and people will say "Oh ok it gets crowded" But I mean it gets CROWDED!. To the point where they have two of the staff outside walking the line of cars with headsets to expedite the orders. The lanes are also designed to have two lanes wrap around which is not really a good idea because the people that do get their food are in the inside... so in closing.. Crowded, it gets. Let me tell you how customer service was handled in this establishment specifically Chesapeake Battlefield . Imagine you are in your 30 min lunch break and took the drive thru because you don't have much time to sit and eat. The lady who took my order was not paying attention to details of my order. My mistake, I should have checked my order before leaving. By the time I got back to work , I realized that my food what not what I ordered. Hungry, upset as I was, I called Chick filet in Battlefield. A lady answered the phone, I started to tell her my story, then she puts me on hold then another lady was on the phone. I told her my story, NO APOLOgIES for the mistake was made then she tells me that she will get my food ready. I told her that my lunch break is over , but I will come back between 13:00-13:45 ( in between work) to pick up the food. Then she tells me " oh I can't guarantee that your food will still be hot by then" . Then I told her, I am coming in those times so I hope I will get my food. Then she answer me back " I'll try" , I said don't try , just do it. SHE THEN HANGS UP ThE pHONe. I went back to Chick filet Battlefield at 13:30, I went to the counter where there was a lady with a tag that says" Assistant Manager". I told her that I need to talk to the person who hang up the phone and told her the story ( Again, NO APOLOGIES) Ignores my question, she took back my food and went to the kitchen. I waited for 7 minutes then she comes back and hands me the food without any sauce and plastic fork/knife. Then she asks me if there is anything else I needed. I told her that I want to talk to the person who hang up on me on the phone. She Ignored my question for the 2nd time, asks for the sauce I wanted then go gets it. When she came back, she offers me a coupon ( like that will take care of it) I told her I don't need a coupon, I just wanted to talk to the person who hang up on the phone. Then she finally answered " well that was me and I hung up because you were rude" "then she tells me" ma'am I need you to leave or else I'll call the police" That was the most rude response I have ever gotten from a human being. All I wanted was an apology but instead the response I get is a ThREAT By Calling a police" I never made verbal threats, nor was violent to her. If this is how you treat your customers , then you should not be in business. You offer service to satisfy customers, NOT TO DRIVE them away by threatening them. Her name is TESSA. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed with chick-fil-A no matter which location and this location was no different. I was in a rush on my first morning in the Chesapeake area and was driving around trying to find my breakfast and was over joyed when I found chick-fil-a. This location looked very new and clean which is always a plus. I only went through the drive thru but my experience was great and my order was correct. Never had Chick-Fil-A before so we decided to go there for lunch. It was very busy inside with not a lot of organization. The line I was in took a long time to move. By the time I ordered my friends were already seated. My sandwich (normal spicy chicken, nothing special) took about 15 minutes to come out. I eat CFA at least 5 times a week. I live and work in Virginia Beach so I'm fortunate to have several locations close by. On the rare occasion I'm in Chesapeake I stop at this location and I'm always disappointed. My chicken sandwich is 9 times out of 10 dry yet somehow still undercooked. I love this place. But they really screwed up my order. I used the app to order for curbside delivery. The experience on the app was great. The girl who brought out the food was courteous. However, they forgot to include 1) a fork 2) napkins 3) requested hot sauce 4) requested ketchup and 5) red pepper strips for salad. The dressing packet was partially opened already too. I arrived at the Sams Circle Chick-fil-A off of Battlefield and Sam Circle hoping to get my chicken and egg bagel a large waffle fries and orange juice I ordered it off the app and I always got my stuff at other Chick-fil-A's with no issues I may have had to wait longer for my fries but they've always been able to accurately provide my order to me the Chick-fil-A attempted to slide me a fruit bowl instead of my waffle fries without even mentioning anything to me I took it back to the manager and they said I mentioned I was able to get waffle fries from all other Chick-fil-A's including Richmond when I ordered it through the app they said it's a flaw in the app and offered me to breakfast potatoes or whatever they're called which if I want it I would have ordered the manager then asked if I would want something else I'd said yes give me another sandwich she said and made me pay the difference of $1.75 additional since they could not produce waffle fries prior to 10:30 a.m. this is very unsafe and unprofessional for a major food chain with the app allowing customers to order waffle fries during breakfast hours read more

This chick fil a pissed me off today. I'm a regular customer, I'm always nice and patient with them. I love the service there. BUT USUALLY I GO INSIDE. Service is usually great but I'm realizing that's only because of the more seasoned workers. The new faces are just trash. Anyways chick fil a has this new system where they have people standing outside taking your order and standing outside to give you your food. Everything was fine until I got to the window. 9/15/18 (Around 4pm) Ok I never thought I would have to give feedback for such a bad chick fil a, but this was the worst experience I had. I have been to probably 30 different chick fil a's but went to this chick fil a on Sams Cir for the first time. I saw 2 staff members standing around doing nothing and talking to customers that were friends for minutes. One of which dropped a customers order then was told to clean it up. She proceeded to clean up the spilled meal which was a box of fries. She was looking st her friend laughing all while doing it and left 4 fries just in the ground in the front of house. Second, the wait! This chick fil a was so unorganized and had no flow at all. There was maybe a half full line in front of me before I got served. I'd say 5-6 orders. It took about 15 minutes to get everyone's food in front of me before I got mine. When I got mine I did not receive extra pickles that I asked for on my chick sandwich and as stupid as that sounds, they're important! Nonetheless, this was a bad experience.
