I just picked up some breakfast. I wanted to order everything on the mobile app, but you cannot order nuggets on the mobile app for breakfast. We got lots of minis and hashbrowns, but just wanted to also get some nuggets which they clearly have because they are along with the minis. I had to go and place an extra order to wait for the Nuggets. They should add that to the protein section for breakfast. Also, I have a big car because I have five kids, and I was expecting to be able to park by the door when there were no cars there and it was for curbside pick up only. It was very difficult to navigate the car to a different parking spot. Seems like there should be some parking spots for customers along there too. It was just a bummer to not see the sign until you were already pulling in. Everything was clean and tidy on the inside, and the staff was very friendly! read more

Your app is very misleading. You serve breakfast until 10:30 but if you order in the app then that doesn't apply. I ordered at 1020 but I'm in line at 10:29 only to be told my ordered is canceled. If you guy stopped cooking breakfast before then why is it even an option to buy if you don't offer it. The girl was very rude and kept on saying irregardless when it's regardless. going to an established franchise such as Chick-fil-A certain standards must be applied across the board. Today was not the case. The expectation of excellent service and care of the food is high for a fast food place. The lack of care I received when given my meal was a disgrace. The fake smile and have a good day made my heart hurt. How could I be treated like an average human on their way to work, i deserve better. Furthermore they forgot the salsa for my burritos a crucial part of the meal. Rather than checking the bag I drove off hoping not to slow things down and also knowing mistakes are not allowed at this establishment. My perception of Chick-fil-A will forever be changed. Used this location for catering recently. First off, can I just meal prep with chick-fil-a food? Probably not the healthiest or cost effective but darn delicious. I got the wraps, nugs, superfood side, and house salad. All delicious! You get to pick so many dressings with the salad so I am set for quite a while with salad dressing. The most amazing part was I left before getting the nugs (didn't realize they were still getting them). When I called and asked to see if a friend could pick it up they offered to deliver. The man who delivered it was on his way home and delivered out of the goodness of his heart! Much appreciated!! read more

Usually chikfil a is pretty on top of their game. I just don't understand why they would refuse to serve me breakfast after I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes when it was only 10:29 am. Any other location has never had a problem with serving me breakfast at 10:30 or even 10:31 considering the food is all still out and ready. The service was garbage. read more

I love the diet lemonade. No other place serves fresh diet lemonade. It is really tart and refreshing. Sometimes I'll throw a little Splenda in it to sweeten it up. I also like that they have grilled chicken nuggets as well. Helps it with a low carb lifestyle. I always go through the drive-through. The staff are always so nice and professional. The service is pretty fast, no long waiting. They always get my order right too. I wish they were open on Sundays but I guess it's a nice thing that they make sure their employees get Sunday off if they attend church. read more

Though this was a beautiful and new Chick-fil-a, the customer service was soooooo slowwwwww. There wasn't even anyone in front of us, and it took a solid five minutes to receive our to-go orders inside. Then once we got the food, we didn't get our desserts. Despite the manager checking in on our cashier twice during this process, the only thing that it resulted in was her admitting that she's "not good with details" while she went back to the counter to get yet another forgotten portion of our order. Three stars because the food was delicious as always (and the grilled nuggets kid's meal is not too bad for you calorically), but definitely on the low end of the CFA spectrum. read more

It's usually a mistake to go to chik fil a at lunch time. But today it was great and so fast! The line was short inside (the drive thru line was quite long, but seemed to be moving fast) and we received our food instantly. It was not hard to find a both and it was already cleaned and wiped down. Two different employees came by to check on our drinks and took our dirty tray away. Food is great and same as any other chik fil a! The kids play area is small but seemed clean. Great, easy, and fast lunch experience. Honestly surprising because this area isn't my favorite part of Chattanooga. read more

What can I say? The staff are always friendly at any Chick-fil-A that you go to. Across the board, they are consistency and being friendly and having a clean restaurant is second to none. I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. They have great chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, even chicken noodle soup. They have healthy choices for when I am feeling like something light. Also, they have shakes and other desserts. If you have kids almost all of them have play areas, and are extremely kid friendly. I've taken my nieces to Chick-fil-A's many many times. The pricing is very reasonable, and I have taken my wife to Chick-fil-A on art quick date nights. Although she does not like to play in the play area. :-) I can't say enough about the consistency of the friendliness of the staff at any Chick-fil-A. We could be in another state, and visit at Chick-fil-A, and they would be waiting for us with a friendly smile when we walk in the door. It kind of feels like family sometimes. read more

This place never disappoints. The service is great from start to finish and the food is always hot and fresh. I have been at this location at many different times of day and they are always busy. They have added a covered drive thru portion with fans. This is nice and fits multiple cars so if the window needs to roll down to see the menu then there's no worries in rain. The second best Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. The best IS the Dwarf House location, (1st location ever.) I frequent many of these fast food service providers and I'm always going to this one because of it's convenient location to East Ridge and the mall. Large interior provides plenty of space with booths, tables, and combinations of both. I always see a staff member : cleaning, smiling, speaking clearly, managing crowds, and suggesting menu items that on on a special promotion. The drive through is scary fast with associates regularly outside taking orders in advance with the option to pay before you get to the window or even sign. They accept Apple Pay along with other forms of digital payment through their "one" app. There is a well maintained play place safe for the children with glass walls and no smell. I enjoy the fresh flowers on the tables and beautiful orange light fixtures. The Brainerd location also has fancy touch-less trashcans. In conclusion not every visit (25+) I have had was perfect, but they always want you to leave satisfied. read more

So impressed with this place and the workers. I was there this morning about 8:40am. They were busy as usual. Despite a couple rude customers the employees remained professional and kind. One person had the nerve to call the chik fil a phone from his cell phone to order a refill of his drink. Complaining saying he had been waiting for a long time. Not true. I was in the line to order. The young girl, slightly confused at the phone call, politely gave the man the refill he so adamantly needed and felt he was entitled to receive in a split seconds notice. So I visited Chick Fil A on Brainerd Rd. The cup they gave me with lemonade in it was faulty and as soon as he handed it to me the whole bottom fell out. As a result lemonade was all inside my car. In the cup holders, down the dashboard, in my speakers, and all over me. My seat warmer buttons were stuck. My gearshift was crunchy. I was so pissed. I went inside because the guy working the window didn't seem to care. An employee took my info and came out to try to clean it up. That wasn't going to work. I wanted them to have my car cleaned. He refunded me what I thought was money for my simple meal (9.00) and gave me a free meal card to use later. I was still pissed so when I got home I called the costumer service line. They took all my information to pass on to the owner. The owner never called and I gave the free meal card to my daughter. When she tried to use it they said it had already been used. So they gave me a used meal card. So there goes what I think about Chick Fil A and their great customer service. He probably did not care because of where it's located. Really disappointed in this chick fil a. I've never ever had a bad experience at chick fil a until today. The cashier Megan was awkward and seemed irritated when we asked for the sauce which she forgot. My boyfriend asked for extra pickles which consisted of one... really? His sandwich was cold, the chicken was not fresh. My boyfriends mom requested the cheese to be melted on her sandwich (mind you the one in the picture on the menu board shows it melted) and the manager said they couldn't melt the cheese because it's fresh? I stopped at this chick fil a passing through on my way to Atlanta. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich club with a water and what did I get a plain grilled chicken sandwich! When I went up to the helpers I asked for some bacon and cheese because mine did not come with what I asked. She didn't want to give it to me without seeing my receipt first.
