I am beyond DISGUSTED, I ordered 65 dollars worth of food. I didn't get my corn dog or tater tot's . Sonic Is Getting Rough.... Overcooked French toast sticks.... Sonic used to be much better but now they are usually out of things, give you drinks with maximum ice and 10 ounces of liquid in a 44 ounce drink.... Service is summarized by our last visit where the girl dropped us our drinks and left. After I waited over 30mins in line, 15 minutes which was wasted at the speaker and no one responding. I was given the wrong amount of ched'r'peppers that comes with a size small. But at the window I ordered a large. Moral of the story check your bag and also have them repeat your order back to you. read more

Me and my boyfriend came here to get a slushy and a milkshake and it took them 20+ minutes to get it out. Then when we asked where our order was it was like we didn't place an order at all. It should not take 30-40 minutes to get out an order of a slushy and a milkshake. read more

Today I pulled up at the drive-thru to order a simple menu item. I know the speaker systems at drive-thrus can be pretty bad, so it didn't bother me when they asked me to repeat the order. I spoke a little louder and a little slower. They asked me a question I didn't understand so then I asked them to repeat the question. This got me nowhere so I made one more attempt to repeat my order. This time I heard giggling and was asked, "Ma'am, why are you yelling?" Needless to say, I drove away and went somewhere else. I made a mobile order and the only thing open was the drive thru. The car before me got their food and left before they even came back to the speaker. I waited over 15 minutes in a drive thru. Pulled around and they were inside on their phones listening to music and not even taking orders. 3 cars left since they never came to the speaker to take an order. Cheeseburger had burnt bacon on it not good. Never going to that sonic again the only bad experience I've ever had at a sonic. read more

Went there for drinks today and got my usual strawberry limeade. The limeade was just sprite with very little strawberry to the point it just tasted like carbonated water and was practically clear. I'm not sure if the soda was out or what, but when i requested my beverage to be fixed i was charges 55cents, the associate was very rude and didnt even inform me that FIXING my order would cost me an additional fee. I have gotten this drink enough to know what it tastes like, but i can easily get over that if the associate wasnt so unpleasant. Don't waste time or money at this location. read more

I ordered on the app in hopes that I could pick up my food relatively quick. Showed up in my arrival time. Checked in and waited 20 minutes before the only busser who was working came out and brought me HALF of my food. I reminded him what I had ordered and he ran back in and grabbed it. Brought it back out about 5 minutes later. They didn't give me my onion rings and when I mentioned it he said they haven't throw any on for today and they didn't have them. Stopped in on my way to a class and ordered a breakfast burrito. Was only one car in line and I received my order fairly quick. Problem was it was cold. I would have taken it back but I didn't have the time. Another time I ordered a strawberry cream slush and they made me a milkshake. read more

me and my buddy elijah were on our 30 minute lunch break at our job that's 5 minutes away from this sonic. we get there with 22 minutes left on our break. we order 2 plain burgers and from then on the only cars that left were the ones that got tired of waiting. with 7 minutes left on our break we end up leaving, empty stomachs and hearts of sorrow. we ended up stopping at a fresh fish fry on the side of the road to fulfil our desires of fresh cuisine. read more

I wish I had the option to give this establishment less than one star. I won't go on a long rant, although I could. I am simply going to say that I have lived in several states and areas in the chattanooga area. This is by far the most horrible management and customer service, I have ever received. I live within walking distance of sonic so I break down and go there every once in a while. Not anymore. Tonight was the last time. Worst Sonic in Chattanooga. Slow service and rude employees equals bad experiences. I've been to this location three times. Each time i've left giving them an excuse for my bad experience (too busy, short staffed, etc.). But, my last visit was at 4:15 on a Tuesday. The service was just as slow and employees just as rude as the previous two trips... plus, the fries were cold. I now frequent another Sonic. I have to drive an extra 15 minutes, but the service is fast and the people are nice. Well worth the extra time and gas to keep my day from being ruined by non-caring jerks.
