How does the business take longer than 20 minutes to get the number #1 item on the menu? How do the cooks not have enough chicken cooked for a Saturday night in a tourist/college town? A group of 10 patrons stood around staring at one another waiting for food. Why did the management not hire enough employees to keep the chicken coming? Place needs new employees, management, and possibly new owner for keeping such fore-mentioned staff. I waited all day to eat this evening meal and spoke about it as if it were one of the other nearby $50 main courses to coworkers and family. The do a false advertisement advertising Chick Fila Is free for the entire week and almost Charged me 8 bucks for Biscuit Chicken Sandwich , mini Hash-browns and a drink . 2. This worker needs to lose her job. She was extremely rude to me for no reason when they were out of the grilled cool wrap. I had a mobile order that said it was ready for pickup (implying that they had it) so I went to go get it and then she told me they no longer had it. She simply said she couldn't give me a refund and that I could try to do it from my phone and then walked off. She was extremely unprofessional and downright absurd. I then said I would accept at 12 count nugget meal instead and she said "no you're getting a refund" and walked off again. It was very obvious they don't know how to do refunds and she had one of her coworkers ask me what I wanted instead. I said I wanted a 12 count nugget mean and they gave me an 8 count instead of a 12. This is the WORST cfa and WORST worker I have EVER encountered. She should be fired. This Chick-fil-A location on the campus of the College of Charleston on Calhoun Street is very conveniently located and easy to get to when you need something to eat as you can walk right in and leave in no time. They are quick and efficient and get the job done even when there is a lot of people there. The staff here is friendly and full of smiles when you need it. This is a great add to the King Street/Marion Square area. It's technically a Chick-fil-A Express, but it has most of the menu items available, including grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich, AND milkshakes! The staff is always nice there. It van be a little crowded at lunch time, but nothing too crazy. Avoid at all costs during any sort of CofC registration or orientation day, though. Lines galore. It's small in there with not many tables, so it's best to order to go. read more

At 9:29pm my friend ordered from this location. Let me say I am very disappointed! All I am gonna say is we ordered over $100 and didn't receive any of our condiments and we are missing 3 sandwiches!! In total we ordered 5 sandwiches and received 2. CFA, I was so excited to find out you were right around the corner from where I was staying on a recent visit. This is on the college of charleston campus and has a limited menu (no bacon egg and cheese biscuits... i know it's a weird order but it's my favorite breakfast item from CFA). that being said the chicken biscuit really hit the spot for me! read more

Chick-fil-A has provided excellent service prior to my visit to this location. Two employees chatted in back while one nonchalant employee attempted to get through a growing line of customers alone. Further, while I did not order a milkshake, I saw the employee up front pour a bag of vanilla flavored mix into the machine; I am disappointed to learn their milkshakes are powder based. I love chick-fil-a but this store is not all that great. It is a college campus restaurant, so the menu is very limited- maybe 5 of the must common orders. I have had soggy chicken nuggets before and chicken minis without the honey butter glaze. I have to say, their coffee is the shit. And the ladies that work there are usually really nice.
