I ordered on the app and my order was ready for pickup when I arrived 15 minutes after ordering. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming when I went to pick up my order. The location is small, they have one table and then some seating along the windows. I was able to grab a spot by the window, which was great for people watching while I ate my burger. Since I've been to various locations, I've noticed that the flavors vary even though I always order the same thing. I got my usual double cheeseburger and it was super juicy and greasy as usual but was a bit underseasoned. Adding the ketchup helped with the flavor. Will definitely return when I'm in the area and craving a cheeseburger.

Food: Smash burger are great, they are not the best but I would rank it as top 5 in the city. I was pretty surprised how they charge for cheese (the place is mostly Kosher, and the Cheese of I remember is vegan) which contradict the concept of smash burgers. The fries were overly cooked if not almost burned, so I couldnt eat half of the basket. Service: ordering regular fries and getting trufle fries just to charge me extra is not a nice move. But having those popcorn and water cup made up for it little bit. If I knew I would be charged that much (burger + fries) I would have chosen from the lunch special menu

We were a group of 8 with two children. After touring Crown Heights since early morning, we stopped here for lunch. We walked in, were nicely greeted and sat down immediately. I skipped the appetizer but a few of my friends had the wings. I made the mistake of not tasting one and they looked delicious. Who ever had one also enjoyed them. I went straight for the burger, most of of did. Their classic burger was, [well] a classic. A great patty of [kosher] beef with all the toppings. It was perfectly cooked [medium] and flavorful and moist. This is definitely a great burger spot. Too bad it's a 45 minute drive from me. Service was great and our waitress very attentive to detail. But i walked past and was like, let's see. The ambiance was regular. A chicken spot kinda vibe. They had a couple tables where you could enjoy your food. It was super hot in there. No ac it seemed. The chicken was good. I got one spicy and one regular. The skin was crispy, tender and fried fresh. They could've cleaned the chicken a bit. It had lots of fat on it, which kinda threw me off a bit. The spring roll was just okay. Sauce is extra. They only give you ketchup, and for me that took a star off. You're a fried chicken spot, and you don't have free packets of hot sauce?! But rather free ketchup?! Nonsense! lol. Hot sauce was an added charge. -_- The service was just okay. Nothing special at all. Will i return, maybe. It's in the right price point and it was a lot of food for the price. If i do go again, they have the same deal with chicken tenders. I'll try that. But if the sauce is only ketchup, I'll pass.
