Probably the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a Chick fil A. As we sat down an older lady placed a placemat down for my daughter. Then another lady was coming around offering free peach shake coupons. They were steady around lunch time but we ordered and before I got to the table my food was coming around the corner. Ok, this location is still working out the kinks. The food is not exactly the same as other chick-fil-a but I think that is due to the newness. I will say the have the best customer service anywhere and it is refreshing! It is so nice to go into a fast food place and to be asked if you want your drink refilled. I really appreciate that. The people that work there seem genuinely happy. I'm so glad they opened in this are and hope they open more. I also love that they are always, very very clean. Am I the only who is not a fan of those heat-sealing, sandwich bags they use? It just sweats the bun and if the sandwich has been sitting too long, the bun actually is a little wet. To me, that just adds weird odors to the sandwich. I had a freshly prepared chicken sandwich at a location in Jupiter, Florida and it was delicious and different from the versions I've been served here at the two locations in Milwaukee. The food was fantastic I had the chick fila sandwich and it tasted amazing the chick fila sauce was pretty solid the fries with ketchup were excellent but there was some racist kid there witch was very not exquisite but what really made this a 3 star and not a better review was the play house it was very boring and there wasn't many things to do I got bored very quickly and it was a total let down very disappointed. read more

I will keep this short because it pains me to write. I grew up in South Carolina and therefore grew up loving Chick-Fil-A. This is by far the worst Chick-Fil-A i have ever been to. I am never one to not finish a meal but i barely touched my meal here. I have always had lightly breaded perfect nuggets of chicken from Chick-Fil-A and these were chunks of burnt breading. Can't believe I am the first review given the lines of customers. This actually rates a high 3 star rather than a 4 star. Friendly and efficient employees. It is a large piece of chicken on a bun with pickle and lettuce. My wife says we could make it at home. But we don't. I am comparing it to Bakesale Betty in Oakland and that is probably not fair. I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru and got home and got 0 of the 4 sauces I ordered with my two nugget meals. The response is the manager when I called was "well we don't charge for them" and that "you have to ask for them." Apparently staying four sauces when placing an order doesn't signify asking for them. I'd have to say this was the least friendly chick-fil-a establishment I have ever been to. read more

Finally... Finally... FINALLY!!!! We finally got a chich-fil-a that is reasonable close to Milwaukee. As like going to any of their franchise stores the food is awesome and for the number of people who were in line, they were cranking out the food and were able to get everyone through quickly. Morning service is getting super sloppy. You have to repeat your order a few times, wait forever, repeat your order at the window, check to make sure it isn't wrong and then get handed a coffee with its lid not attached. read more

As I stepped into Chick-Fil-A, the newest fast food restaurant in town, I expected the experience to be like any other fast food experience: cheap ingredients, high fat meats, and terrible customer service in an attempt to get you out the door as fast as possible. Chick-Fil-A surpassed every expectation and proved to be much more than the average McDonald's, Taco Bell, or Culver's. My first visit to Chick-Fil-A was accompanied by the infamous Chick-Fil-A sandwich which contains whole chicken breast meat that is breaded in house and two pickles in between a perfectly buttered bun. The lightly salted classic Chick-Fil-A waffle fries, a very nice alternative to the regular fires available at other fast food restaurants, adding the perfect salty side to the savory sandwich. For my drink, I had Chick-Fil-A lemonade consisting of only two main ingredients--pure cane sugar and water. For my sauce, I choose creamy buttermilk ranch from a long list of options including buffalo, barbecue, honey mustard, Polynesian, and the popular Chick-Fil-A sauce. This meal was served to me for only $5.95. Not only was I impressed with the food at Chick-Fil-A, but their service strongly displayed their mission to take care of their employees, customers, and community. Chick-Fil-A's employees southern hospitality is evident with the response of "my pleasure" instead of the average saying "your welcome" to customers. Also, Chick-Fil-A employees are constantly smiling with an eagerness to serve their customers. This attitude comes from the company genuinely caring about their employees by covering costs for a worker's education, financially supporting them during personal emergency, and encouraging employees to follow their dreams. Chick-Fil-A's employees have a great work ethic which makes for very short wait times. When I went on the second day of Chick-Fil-A being open, I expected to wait for 30 minutes as I observed the completely full parking lot and the drive thru line that never seemed to end. However, I only waited 5 minutes from the time I arrived to when I sat down with my food. Chick-Fil-A anticipated the large amounts of customers and had extra employee's circulating through the restaurant, making sure the process flowed smoothly. One complaint that some people have is that Chick-Fil-A only serves people who like chicken. However, the Chick-Fil-A menu contains a wide variety of fresh salads including the Spicy Southwest Salad With Chili Lime Vinaigrette, the Cobb Salad, and Market Salad. Each of these salads can be accompanied with chicken and served for $8.19. Also, Chick-Fil-A serves an Egg White Grill Sandwich for $3.95, a Grilled Cool Wrap for $6.55, and multiple different seasonal soup options. Chick-Fil-A offers food that their customers feel good about eating like boneless breasts of chicken with no fillers or preservatives only from US farms. Within the next 10 years, Chick-Fil-A has made a commitment to source only 100% cage-free eggs. The combination of Chick-Fil-A's positive atmosphere, quality food, and strong beliefs made me extremely pleased with the fast food restaurant. Today I had a bad experience with a racist supervisor named Rachel and I usually like Chick Fil A. I ordered grilled chicken nuggets and received fried nuggets instead. I went back in and informed the supervisor, Rachel, of the mix up. She asked me "well, does it say it on your receipt?" I replied "yes, do you want me to go get it?" She said "no, it's ok, it's just that the grilled nuggets cost more, so just keep that in mind next time." She basically called me a liar and made it seem as if I was trying to get out of paying extra for the grilled nuggets because I couldn't afford it. Mind you, during the lunch rush in front of dozens of customers. Not only that, but it doesn't matter what the receipt said- I know what I ordered. I did not appreciate the comment nor did another customer who witnessed it. He told me "it's like their trying to get out of correcting their mistake." Chick Fil A was one of my favorite restaurants but I felt disrespected and I'm not sure if I'll come back- even to a different location. Rachel is very rude, ignorant, racist, and unprofessional. Rachel, leave your problems at home, stop being so ignorant, and get some therapy. read more

My Husband and I stopped in the other day for lunch. We both had the chicken sandwich and it was the best I have ever tasted in a long time. The chicken was very moist and tender and they have waffle fries instead of french fries. The service was very fast as well. THey took our order, we got our drinks and went to sit down and with in about 2-3 min they brought us our meals. We will definitely be going back again. Finally ate here after the massive amounts of hype all over social media and word of mouth, and let's just say if i had to describe Chick-Fil-A it's hype. Waaay to many people seem to think it's the end all be all food place. And for fast food it's not bad, the Quantity of the sandwich was awkward in my opinion, just a bit too small to be full, and too big to want a second one. The waffle fries are good...when they are fully cooked, i got 2 of the thicker cut ones that seemed to be undercooked. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, And it was good, a decent amount of heat, decent bun, Chicken was good, It's far better than most fast food places, but don't believe all the hype, Not to mention the 10+ minute wait to order. One HUGE improvement this facility could make would be a self serve soda/drink dispenser, as after my long wait to order, and the 8-10 minutes to wait for the food almost 1/2 of my soda was gone and i wasn't going to stand in line for more, or budge my way up to the front for a refill. read more

We did a catering order for lunch at our work and I went inside to pick it up. I called the day before to place the order and was helped by Rachel. She was so patient and helpful, answered all of my questions. When I came to pick it up, Rachel was there to get my order.
