I tried to text a review to 22121 by texting Brea3 but it would not let me, so here's my review.. This Chick Fil A is our regular stop every single time before we go to Disneyland. The past countless times have been an enjoyable experience. I can't say that for Friday April 24th at 8:30 a.m. I went through the Drive Thru with my wife and 4 kids. I know it takes a little longer for Waffle Fries but, our family loves them and we ordered 4 of them and at the last minute we decided to add another 4 count mini's and 3 medium drinks. So we weren't 100% ready and I know that was frustrating to the girl with the blonde hair (I didn't catch her name) because she told us our total (with an attitude) without asking us if that was all we wanted and I just said, "OK thank you" and all the other times the employee says, "My pleasure" but not this time. I came to the window to pay and asked the girl with the dark brown hair (who was very friendly) if I could use my coupon I had for a Free Breakfast Entree (which I have used there before without any issues) and she said that she would ask. So she asked the girl with the blonde hair, who took my order, and she gave the coupon back to me and said, (with an attitude) "You have to go back to the I.E if you want to use this." And I said, "You don't have to be rude." but she walked away like she didn't hear me.. Like I said, we never experienced this type of customer service at any Chick Fil A before.. In fact our "Home" Chick Fil A employees always greet us by our names every time we eat there, which is at least once a week.. My wife said we should take the girls advice and just eat in Ontario before we head out to Disneyland. I just told her that I always give people a second chance, plus my best friend and his 2 daughter's Always eat at your Chick Fil A without any problems. (They live directly across the street on the South East corner behind the brick wall, You would recognize him if you saw him). Anyway, I'm willing to give your Chick Fil A another try. The drive thru is super inefficient. Strange set up and took far too long for fast food

We waited a longer time than usual at the drive-up. To our surprise as we drove up to the window we were handed our food and told that it was complementary because of the wait. That was very nice of them. The food was very tasty as usual. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A and the service is always fantastic. But what is the management thinking? I drove through today with my husband, August 15th, and it was 100 degrees when I got there. There were five poor employees standing out there to take orders. The speaker wasn't broken so I saw no reason for them to be out there. When I asked why they were out there, the poor girl said it was to make the drive thru faster. I appreciate the thought, but at 100 degrees, the thought should be about the employees. They were polite despite the heat, something I found amazing. I would like to ask management what they were thinking when sending those poor employees outside. That is ridiculous and I expect to see some change! I love this Chick-fil-A, but this is in poor taste. read more

Went thru the drive thru during the lunch rush. It was by far the smoothest, fastest drive thru experience I have ever had. They were so efficient and polite. They got the order right and gave extra sauces lol. I was very impressed. I would definitely go back and suggest it to everyone. read more

First of all I Love Chick-fil-A's food.. But their customer service is another story. I cannot believe the wonderful customer service they provide! Every time i go there, i always leave in a better mood than i was before i got there. I just ordered dinner and a car literally drove right in front of me, while i was taking an order from an attendant, and pretty much cut in line.. not that big of deal, but you can imagine.. i was a little frustrated. The wonderful employees all saw what had happened and comp'd my meal, and it wasn't even their fault! When i told Chris, the cashier, that they didn't have to do that and that it wasn't their fault, he just replies.. "We understand, but we want you to have a wonderful experience." That made me happy. I left happy when i thought i was going to leave frustrated at the car in front of me. : ) You guys are doing it right and you really make people feel appreciated. While the food was expectedly good, their service was above and beyond what I (and my class of 22) could dream of. The story goes like this: They made a mistake on a catering order by forgetting to bring the lemonade and plates one week. While this mistake wasn't a big deal as the food was already great, Vanna, the deliverer and marketing director was not alright with it and without even asking, made up for the mistake by giving us ALL free sandwiches and lemonade the following week - She even added a 'bonus' of free breakfast sandwiches gift certificates for every one!! WOW, i am floored by what she and Chick-fil-a did for us. I will be calling for them soon to not only thank them but request their services again! read more

Hands down, when it comes to fast food, Chick-Fil-A rules! This location is INCREDIBLY friendly. The staff is always super happy and friendly, and the food is always delicious. This place is always packed at noon! However, I have never had a problem finding a table for myself and my 4 preschoolers. Just ask Jaime, the ever-present busser extraordinaire, and he will personally get you whatever you need. He was awesome on our first visit when I forgot to order fries and couldn't leave my little ones unattended while I went across the restaurant to buy them. He got some for me, plus brought all the sauces, extra napkins and a drink refill, with a smile for me and each of my kidddos! Everyone in a uniform at this location is awesome. I truly hope they are well paid -- they put every other fast food joint to shame, except maybe In-n-Out, but even they can't meet this level of service. read more

This is hands down the best Chick fil a location. My boyfriend and I love the food AND service AND the atmosphere here!!! We really miss Adrian! He is such a nice guy!! :) Krista is always nice to us, too!! :) they always check on us and make sure our food is tasting good, asking if we need anything or if we need refills. Get the chick-n-minis for breakfast or the chicken biscuit sandwich! Those are our favorite menu items!!!!! Their hash browns are crispy and yummy too!! For lunch I like the chicken nuggets or a chicken sandwich. My boyfriend likes the spicy chicken sandwich. Our favorite sauces are Chick fil a sauce, sweet siracha, ranch, and the Polynesian sauce. They also have the best waffle fries ever!!! :) I have the app because every now and then they send me free treats. The other day I got a free white peach tea lemonade which was soooo good! Also if you have the app and you scan it every time, you earn points to get a free item which is cool. And to top it all off, Chick fil a's lemonade is SO AMAZINGLY YUMMY!!! I have never had any lemonade quite like it. For being a fast food place, they go above and beyond especially at this location. Chick fil a in general is hands down my/our favorite fast food place to eat. I actually feel like we are at a restaurant because of how good the service is here!!! One day I had to rush out the door to pick up my daughter from work. On the way home she decided she wanted Chick-Fil-A so we hit the drive through and ordered about $15 in food for myself and two daughters. When I got to the window, I realized that I had left in such a hurry that I had forgotten my wallet. I was so ashamed and since I live just down the street, I asked them politely to hold my order so I could run home and get my wallet. The cashier asked me to hold on for a moment and went and got the manager. I explained what happened, apologized and again asked if they would hold my food as I would be back to pay within ten minutes or less. The manager just smiled and gave us our food free of charge as long as we promised to be a return customer. Again, I insisted on paying but they wouldn't have it and sent us on our way with a free meal. We have since been back there more times than I can rememeber but this is just another perfect example of what a gracious and wonderful company this is. Their employees are always polite and the food is always hot and fresh. Thank you Chick-Fil-A. We are a customer for life, even without your generosity. Chick fil a is one of my Favorite places to eat. The food there is amazing, service is great, friendly staff, and on top of that, there is a Pokemon gym for the app Pokemon Go. I recommend the #1, which is their famous chick fil a sandwich with Fresh Waffle Potato Fries and a drink. Also you should try their Icedream which is an amazing ice cream.
