I've given this Chick-fil-A more chances than I should have. I come here regularly, and the one thing that stands out is how consistently slow the service is. I've done numerous DoorDash pickups from this location, and it's common to wait far longer than expected. Delays happen, but what really gets old is that nobody ever seems to acknowledge it or apologize. Today's visit was the final straw. I placed a mobile order specifically because I expected the drive-thru to be slow and thought ordering ahead would save time. Instead, I ended up sitting and waiting while multiple cars in the drive-thru received their food before I got mine. No one came out to provide an update, explain the delay, or apologize for the wait. What makes this frustrating isn't just the speed--it's the complete lack of communication and customer service. A simple "sorry for the wait" would go a long way. Instead, every visit feels like long delays are just considered normal and customers are expected to accept them. There are plenty of places that make mistakes or get backed up. The difference is that most at least acknowledge it. After repeatedly experiencing the same issue here, I've decided I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Service was extremely slow even though I ordered through the app and used mobile thru. However, the food was hot and tasty and the premises were clean. I tried the new smokehouse bacon bbq chicken and it was good. If I'm in the area again I'll think twice before I stop only because of the wait. read more

This is the second time this has happened to us... We placed our chick-fil-a breakfast order at 10:14, waited in the drive thru till 10:51. Just for the crew to tell us that they had to cancel our order because they didn't make the order before 10:30. I don't understand how this was on us. We tried explaining to them that we waited behind many cars for 25 minutes, and they did not seem to care. Instead of making a lunch order for us, they told us that we had to re-order for their lunch. They gave us a refund, but we came here for breakfast and left with no food. This just seems extremely odd to me, that they had us wait in their drive thru for over a half hour just to tell us to re order our food. read more

I want to add about my most recent visit which was yesterday. Took my two year old out to breakfast and we hadn't even started eating and he spilled my drink (on accident) all over the table, bench, and floor. As I frantically tried to clean it up. This sweet "grandma" came and took care of everything. Got me a new drink. Finished cleaning it up. And was just so sweet about the whole thing. My last review was about a year ago, and I personally can say a lot has changed. The food now has a better flavor, and the wait times have gone down. Wow, as someone who loves Chick-fil-a this location was horrible. Took 25 min to get my meal. I wasn't the only one with this experience either as 2-3 ladies were also waiting for a while. the wait time is horrible. the first week they had employees outside taking orders which helps speed the process along, once the first week was over, they pulled the employees and now are making long lines wait to order from the microphone box. this is gonna be bad for them in the long run, the wait time is way to long. get some employees back outside to take orders instead of using the box and that will cut your wait time. i've never given a chick-fil-a two stars but the wait time is atrocious. waiting over 40 minutes for a number one is ridiculous. read more

After a much anticipated arrival of a Chik Fil A in Kankakee County...well it's not what it used to be. We used to travel to Orland Park for this experience, and it was good. But we've been to this location three times since it opened and felt kinda disappointed. On our most recent visit, day after Christmas, my chicken patty was cooked a bit too long, and my lemonade was too bitter. My other family members found their fries overcooked and lukewarm and the Dr. Pepper was watered down. The service was efficient and friendly, the dining area was clean and not too crowded. I love Chick-Fil-A! But, that being said, THIS particular Chick-Fil-A is not worth trying or going back to! The first time was a drive-thru visit. It was very busy, so we expected a wait. But, didn't expect to wait an hour! Yes, they had more than enough employees. Our food was lack luster, too say the least. The chicken coating had a burnt taste to it, the milkshake machine was broken and the waffle fries were blah. Thought we'd give them another chance, so this morning we tried breakfast. Awful. We ordered online for a pickup thinking if the drove thru is busy (slow) it would be better to go this route. Nope! Ordered online, selected we were here, went in after we waited in the truck for about 5 minutes or so to give them time to make it. Shouldn't have needed time since there was only one car in the driver thru and zero inside customers. Wow. Walked in, had no clue I placed an order online, she decided to look at their screen and lone behold there it was took them at least 10-15 minutes to get my order. Again, blah. Chicken was soggy and the breading had zero flavor, burritos extreme zero flavor and service was awful. Had plenty of time to wait while they gathered the food, so I decided to use the restroom - zero toilet paper! Just had our last trip there! We live in Illinois. We love to eat at Chick-fil-A. We can usually count on good customer service, cleanliness, and quality food. We visited this location on December 23 at5:00 p.m. We were surprised that they were not busy at that time. We waited for a very long time for our order, and we were shocked how dirty the restaurant was. Trash cans were overflowing, and the windows were so dirty, I didn't want to look at them. We returned a few days later, giving them a second chance. We found things to be just as bad as before. I will be returning to Florida for a few days, and will not be going here! read more
