My coffee cup had lipstick on it that i thoroughly wiped away and wiped it with alcohol wipes from my car. Already, my initial thoughts were negative. As we sat in our booth near the front door we looked around. Their booths are very aged and in horrible condition with ripped seat covers. We then got our food. It tasted 'ok' to say the most. About an hour and a half later our stomachs started hurting and cramping very bad. We were on our way home about 45 miles south of kankakee and I had to use the bathroom. My daughter waited for me in the car for about 20 minutes while I dealt with explosive diarrhea. I will NEVER return to this place and i recommend you think about it too before you just go there. As of typing this review I am waiting for labs to come back. If it comes back as food poisoning I will be filing a lawsuit against the establishment for both negligence AND breach of warranty.

We selected a booth with an excellent view of the then operating dry cleaner across the street. I chose as my meal a basic breakfast staple: French toast... So, nothing fancy, like Eggs Benedict. When my French toast arrived, at first, I thought the waitress had brought the plate to the wrong table, because I did not really recognize the food on my plate as French toast. Well, when questioned, the waitress admitted that the plate she brought to my table was in fact the order I had placed. So, I settled in and began to eat the food on my plate. It resembled in some ways French toast, I suppose. But, in critical ways, related to texture and taste what I tried to eat was not French toast. Rather, it was somebody's idea of a concoction that built upon the concept of French toast. Perhaps that was a good artistic idea, but it did not satisfy my need for French toast. While recovering from surgery, I ordered McDonald's from Door Dash twice. Both times the Door Dash label on the outside of the bag was correct, while the contents were completely wrong. When going through the drive through, on four separate times, a sandwich was missing. Last week the milk was missing from my grandson's happy meal. Saturday, when asked to pull forward to wait for our food, we waited 25 minutes. I finally got out of my car, went inside, and the inside was not busy. There were no customers at the counter, but there were 3 employees leaning on the other side, chatting. I inquired about my order. One worker looked over at a sack, and said oh that's her food right there go ahead and give it to her. It was cold. I did not bother to complain, because they just don't care.
