Late night crew, service, and food were AWESOME!!! Husband and I had last minute shopping to do before heading back to Indiana. I am a special needs teacher and my high school students worked to earn a trip out to eat lunch. Without question, they voted for Five Guys. We arrived on 12/16/2024 to signs on the front doors saying "Cash Only." Luckily, my students had brought cash to practice money managing and communication skills by doing their own ordering. The staff on duty were excellent, patient, and encouraging to my students. They allowed the students time to consider their orders, add it up to get the total, and make sure they had enough cash. Miss Stacy was excellent with my students, and gave them a very unique opportunity. Many thanks for this wonderful learning experience as well as DELICOUS food and a clean atmosphere. The place was very clean and workers friendly but the fries were horrible! They were so greasy we couldn't eat them. My cheesy dog was good but had so much mustard made it sloppy to eat! We've visited this location at least seven times since it opened. Each time we've visited when Marlin has been working, the service is nothing short of exceptional! (Note: We stopped to ask his name because we wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserves.) And if you ever wonder which employee is Marlin, look for the fellow who bears a resemblance to Morgan Freeman. Certainly a distinguished young man! I'll focus on our most recent visit, we were fortunate to get in before the dinner rush. The burgers and fries were great as usual. What we noticed most, though, was Marlin's ability to move the employees around as the restaurant began to get busier. It appears he knows the areas where certain employees work best and they worked like a team. The other thing we noted, was his attention to the customers themselves. He would assist those who hadn't been to a Five Guys before and provide them with more details on how the ordering should go. He expedited several orders by telling the staff what to begin preparing before the order was even completed. To be honest, we visit this location over other places to eat not only for the good food, but great service. While I may have spelled his name incorrectly, it is with hope his management values and recognizes him as an asset to their company. Lastly, the only draw back to visiting Five Guys, and not just this location but all, is the prices for the food. With just the two of us, it's not horrible, but I certainly couldn't see how a family could afford to dine there. It might be a bit steep and lacks affordability. Excellent burger with all the components nicely balanced, I think they even use thicker pieces of cheese to help. Their fries are the best, I love that the have malt vinegar available to use on them. They also have the coca cola freestyle machines so I can enjoy a diet vanilla coke. read more

This is my wife's favorite burger place. She likes the cajun fries and the huge selection of burger toppings. I like it cause the burgers and fries are cook fresh to order and the servings are big, so you always have left overs. Came here on a Wednesday at 1pm. Only 2 people in line, so my order was taken quickly. I ordered a double cheese, small fry without salt, and a drink. I got my drink and went to wash my hands after paying...4 minutes after that my food was in my hands. Hot, fresh, correct, and tasted great. After ordering and watching the kid try his best to get all the orders taken care of finally 5 more employees came out from the back and started helping too little too late.
