I always like JM subs. I was traveling through Bradley and stopped at JMs with my friend and her two daughters. Very friendly service! Our subs were made perfectly and loaded up with meat and veggies. They offer GF bread. My friend said it is one of the best GF breads she has had. The restaurant was clean. No complaints here. read more

I was starving and Jersey Mike's got me so right. I love the fresh meat and veggies they put on the sandwiches. The flavorful relish they put on makes the sandwich so delicious. I had a great experience and will definitely return when I'm in the area and want a nice fresh sandwich. read more

We go here when we have tire troubles. Discount tire is a short walk away. Every time I have eaten here, food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is courteous and smiling. I will eat here again! read more

Always greeted at the door. The place smells great walking in. Orders are usually speedy except if you're ordering a hot sandwich. If you haven't had it Mike's way, hey a move on. It's hre read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - More places should greet their customer at the door. Thanks Jersey Mike's for the awesome customer service. - Fast Food Near Me - Bradley, Illinois

Dirty. Slow service. Stood for 5 minutes being ignored after ordering and waiting for my sandwich to be started on then they proceeded to ask again what I wanted. Horrible staff. Doesn't listen. Food was horribly prepared. read more

First off, love all the sandwiches. Saw I was close by one and decided to stop. First issue the inside was locked so I had to go through the drive thru, not a fan of ordering a sandwich from the drive thru because a person doesn't know how you want your sandwich. Second I gave him my number for my points he act like he was putting it in and he didn't. So I missed out on 22 points and it took 40 minutes to get my sandwiches with only one car in front of me. And after all three sandwiches I got were wrong read more

We came in and the place smelled amazing, the people at the counter were all super nice and finished the sandwiches quick, it was overall kind of loud inside the place but who really cares about that. read more

Diamond was Grrrrea! Like Tony da tiger say. she was kind, clear spoken, and very professional but most of all, she really came through for us when there was a mix up with our order so take care of her because she takes care of your customers, thanks! read more

Fast, friendly service. My chicken philly sandwich did not have hardly any meat on it. It was just bread. I would not recommend that sandwich whatsoever. Probably not the fault of this sandwich maker. I'm sure they follow a recipe. I just feel it was not enough meat for the cost. My boyfriend gets the italian and it was good as usual. Fresh ingredients and piled high with toppings. I'm always surprised by how expensive this place is. 2 sandwiches and one drink for 19.88. Eek. read more

Don't use app. Waited 15 min after pick up time. Their feedback requires name and email so posting here.

Love their sandwiches. I would have given 5 stars but they WILL NOT give pick up orders to you thru the drive thru. They make you come in even when you're the only customer read more

I placed a delivery order through their app on Monday, December 13th. Today is Friday, December 17th. I still have not received my food or a refund. I've called the store several times and they are not accepting phone calls. Terrible customer service. read more

Fast service and good food, but pricier than expected. One full sub is 18 almost with tax

Let me start by saying there can't be a bad sandwich at Jersey Mike's. It would violate the natural law of the universe. That said: this was an interesting experience. I've been going to Jersey Mike's since I was a kid on the Jersey Shore. (That's a long time!) This is the first Jersey Mike's that I've been to that the staff not only didn't know how to make a sub "Mike's way", but it was clear they never heard of it. So I had to read the ingrediants from the Mike's Way sign to the employee for the assembly process. Sandwich came out good (well, with a metric ton of lettuce!) No harm, no foul. Then came the pickle. She asks "do you want this cut in half?" Me: "yes please" I then watch in disbelief as she cuts it in half, but the wrong direction. In an effort to not embarrass her I asked "oh, I'm sorry. I usually prefer my pickles cut length wise". Now I have a very strange collection of pickle pieces. Again, no harm no foul. Have patience, a good since of humor, and don't be in too much of a hurry and you'll get a great sandwich. One suggestion: tongs for the lemons by the sofa machine. I'll be back. They'll eventually figure out food preparation. read more

As the son of Jersey Judi, I would like to thank you all for your graciousness and love you have shown her!!! She truly loves Jersey Mike's Subs, as a local point pleasant native herself had eaten many times at the original shop, which so has the rest of us as kids!!! I will be there soon with mom to enjoy her favourite place to eat!!! Thanks again for coming to the area!!! Mikes way is the only way !!! read more

Went there today and sanitation is next to no where. They had a pile of lettuce on the cutting board from making sandwiches. The manager scooped it up and put it back in the lettuce pan. Nothing wiped down in between use of the condiment station. None of the workers had the plastic food gloves on. If you want food poisoning go to this store. read more

Went to drive up and sat for over at least ten minutes when the same person who walked by twice finally came and took our money. When I said we gave been waiting no sorry nothing. We love Jersey Mike's but not tonight. read more

This is the first time I have ever eaten at a Jersey Mike's. The food was all freshly cooked and sliced and was staggeringly good. I am dead serious when I tell you this has switched me from the competitors to this fine sub sandwich shop. My daughter got an awesome sub. It was a wrap of some type. She cannot actually remember what she ordered because she swilled down like a pig rooting for truffles. She told me that was not something I should mention in a review. She is sweet like that. She did mention that it was "nicely spiced." I ordered the Ruben. And it was extremely good. Lots of meat, tangy sauerkraut, and awesome bread. read more

15 minutes for ONE regular sized sub?! Really....where's the standards at? From order at the drive thru to when I got my sandwich. 15 minutes with no one infront of me or behind read more

I like this place, I've exclusively used the drivethru and have never been inside. On occasion the waiting time in the drivethru is ridiculous - close to ten minutes or more, but I understand that sometimes things happen with other obligations, understaffing, or preparation of fresh ingredients. This evening I had a genuinely displeasurable experience due to three things; 1. The male taking the order via microphone was very unprofessional, I asked for no tomatoes on a sandwich and his acknowledgement to that was "no toes.." immediately I heard a female voice taking over and she continued to take my order. No big deal, but treat your customer - who ostensibly pays your wage, with the respect of coherent conversation without referencing feet. 2. The sandwich that I requested with no tomatoes was served with tomatoes, #26. Not a big deal, but I am still allergic to them - which I why I requested that they not be on the sandwich. 3. The other sandwich that I ordered, #17 had bone or hard cartilage in the meat and I ended up deciding not to eat the sandwich - not knowing what else to expect. Not necessarily the fault of the staff and perhaps this is an issue with a vendor, but this presents a more significant hazard than otherwise palatable fast food. Having said that, I would not discredit the variety and tastiness of the food served here at the helm of incompetent employees or a bad batch of product, however I will not be returning to this location. The sweet tea is on point, however. read more

I called yesterday morning to place a order for lunch. The manager Jay was amazing! Our order was made with love and we really appreciate that! I will never no to any other location! Jay you definitely won us over! THANK YOU SO MUCH JAY!!!!!! read more

The attitude of the drive through attendant is always hit and miss. With the store closed for inside seating nearly every visit, I can understand that short staffing causes stress on the employees who do show up. Sometimes we get a smile and a thank you, however tonight was the classic case of the window not caring about us as a customer. The worker shoved the bag out the window saying "here". As we thanked her she shut the window on us and walked away. After getting home a sandwich was forgotten so we had to drive back. The second person was much more pleasant. Usually the attitude starts at the speaker and carries to the window. This time we were caught off guard. Please know that the food was great as always.. service was lacking though. Visit was 12/18 just prior to 6pm CST. read more

First time going with a coupon. Literly walked out and gave some one the coupon. Needs better options and more cheese options

annoying experience, so online orders are supposed to be so that you can order and pick up as soon as you get there easy as that well not sure why but today the indoors was closed there's no sign i saw to say why but it's drive thru only. today there it was decently busy and there were like 4 cars in the drive thru and at any other place that would be somewhat fine but i've been here before i've gone through the drive thru i KNOW they take foreverrrr sooo that's why i ordered online but doesn't matter i had to sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes just like i would've before. Also before i got stuck in that madness i tried to call them to make sure that they did have my order and were taking online orders but no i forgot they never answer the phone called twice and i have called them a couple times before on different occasions and never gotten an answers. so sick of going to this place in the end if i was starving i'd wait the 30 minutes and annoyances but ‍ read more

My first visit today, Dec 2018. It smelled so good when I walked in the door. Inviting, easy to read overhead menu. There's a deli case and slicer so you know the meats are fresh. The grilled veggie wrap was my selection. I lean towards the lowest fat items. It was full of onions, mushrooms and green pepper, fresh tomatoes and lots of shredded lettuce and a generous amount of provolone cheese. The wrap I chose was the tomatoe basil. The other choices were regular flour and wheat. It was delicious! It might be a while before I make a different selection because I'll go back for this wrap again! Additionally, speedy, friendly staff, especially the evening manager (?) who had formerly worked at the Frankfort restaurant. A friend of ours who happened to be eating here when we came in was commending and thanking this team member for his pleasantness and attention to customer satisfaction. A great experience today! read more

Honestly, the workers there are so nice and have such good personalities and just a really good vibe. Considering they just opened they were well organized and kind. The sub I got was amazing!! I just stopped in for a sandwich after work. Walked up to the counter and waited about 10 minutes. Nobody else in line. There was a couple people seated that had already got their food. Nobody in the drive thru. I could hear employees in the back talking about personal things. After waiting so long for no apearant reason I just left. I will not be going back, which is ashame because I do like their sandwiches. I will still stop at other locations when I'm out of town but this location has lost my business read more

First time going in tonight the food was definitely delicious. I have the Philly cheese steak, outstanding sandwich.

Don't waste your time or money. 20 minutes to get a sub! When it arrived it was all bread, no meat and on the wrong bread. For an $8.00 sandwich I hoped to get more then a couple ounces of meat. read more

While the sandwiches are the best around, their practices are highly suspect. The last time I went there, they said they were short on change due to this 'shortage' (wink-wink) and they had to keep my change. Now, I wouldn't get upset if they said they'd donate my change to a charity or offer to round down to the nearest dollar, especially since these sandwiches are extremely expensive to begin with. But they did not. Nor did they offer a card that they could write down the amount they were unable to give the customer so they could apply it as a credit on the next visit, which would have been optimal. They just arbitrarily decided to keep 80 of my cents. I explained to the clerk that this was unacceptable since it was nearly a dollar and I then demanded my change and what do you know, they had a drawer full of coins. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and I have not been back since. Covid is no excuse.to rip off your loyal customers. I won't be going back to a place that rios their customers off like that. read more

Writing on behalf of my wife who was given a major run around by your staff and manager after a mistake was made on order #1107683741 on 11/8/20. My wife ordered through the mobile app for delivery for 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips. My sandwich was a #17 extra meat minus cheese and veg as I cannot tolerate dairy and onions and peppers. When our order was delivered my sandwich had cheese on it. My wife called the store and the associate asked my wife for her email address and stated he would give the manager the information when he comes in the afternoon and he'll email her a coupon for a free sandwich. Is this your normal policy to not immediately replace mistakes made from app orders? If I were the manager I would've remade the sandwich and delivered the correction at my cost but in any event it was not corrected at that time. This was around noon when we received our order. Around 6pm, my wife checks her email and hadn't received any email from the manager so she called the store again and got the manager and he took her information and said he'd send her an email. At the time of this writing, my wife still has not received anything. She has also checked her spam and nothing there either. I've even called the store just to be told a manager was unavailable and they took my contact info but I have yet to be contacted. We've eaten at this Jersey Mike's several times before with no issues but what occurred yesterday is unacceptable since the order with delivery and all came to $32.94 and $15 worth couldn't be eaten. read more
