I was so disappointed in this trip to Chick-fil-A. When I think of this establishment, I think of a business that cares about its customers and the food they serve them. For this visit we went thru the drive thru for a quick meal we could take home to enjoy. We ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich combo with waffle fries, and two orders of 8pc chicken nuggets; one order being breaded and the other in the grilled style. Once home we were extremely disappointed in our meal. The main issue was the beaded nuggets were actually 9 tiny hard pieces of breading crumbles, with half of those bearing NO meat whatsoever! They were just hard pieces of breading. The ones that did contain chicken were extremely small, dry, and inedible. The waffle fries were barely warm, even from the time we pulled away from the window... as we ate on them on the drive home. It was just a poor experience that was a huge let down when you spent and expected so much more! That meal cost us $25.00 and we may as well just lit a match to the money from what we had gotten in return. Never again! To be fair, on the upside... the grilled chicken nuggets were good. At the urging of my husband, I'm adding that he thinks the Frozen Lemonade is the best thing you can put in your mouth from a frozen food perspective and prior visit. read more

I have gone inside a few times and used the drive through a few times I have to admit, when you wait inside for a TO GO order, it seems chaotic.... Workers all over the place, no coordination. The food here met expectations for a standard Chick- fil-a taste-wise, but that is where my compliments end for this restaurant in particular. I ordered curbside pickup for a spicy chicken sandwich meal with medium fries and a Coke and my daughter got the grilled chicken nuggets with a fruit cup and a lemonade. For my sauce I order 2 Polynesian sauce only for the spicy sandwich meal. When my order was handed off to me they were polite. However my Coke was messy with the soda coating the top of the lid. And in my daughter's meal bag and mine were opened packets of Polynesian sauce leaking on everything. Definitely gross and a big turn off from ordering again. Note: I ordered through the app in February when the temperature outside was in the mid 60s and slightly breezy. They also took a very long time to bring my food out to me beyond what even the app told me they would take even though the restaurant was not crowded and the drive through line only had one or two cars in it. read more

What can you say about Chik fil a, they all are well run machines, they all taste great and you know what you get is going to taste consistent. So when we pulled off I70 to grab some lunch, we weren't expecting anything else. All was going well and I ordered and then ran to the restroom to wash my hands before heading back on the road and eat our lunch. When I came back out I figured they may had called my name while I was away in the restroom so I stepped up to the counter. The manager looked at me and said " are you Shannon? We've been calling your name several times.." Uhhh sorry I was washing my hands for a couple minutes, was my only response I could come up with. He handed me my bag and continued working. Service is always great, but here lately I haven't been too happy about my food. The last 3 visits I've been ordering the Cobb salad, well, lettuce and chicken salad These last 3 visits there was hardly any corn, bacon, or cheese in my salad. I mean like I seen maybe 4 kernel of corn, the bacon was basically MIA, and a few shreds of cheese. And the salads aren't as full. I used to have to put my salad in a bigger container to mix it all up with the dressing I always remove the tomatoes and add an extra egg. This last visit, my extra egg was half an egg instead of the typical whole egg and my salad container was barely half full. Mind you, I had to add more cheese and bacon when I got home. I posted my complaint here because all they are gonna say is that nothing has changed although I'm a weekly, sometimes a couple times a week regular customer, so I know quality is on a decline. This was a very unique experience at this particular location. Normally they are on point and very efficient. On this particular morning I sat in the drive-through line for over 12 minutes . While there were only 4 cars in front of me., the process was very slow. Then after receiving my egg white grill breakfast, The grilled chicken on the sandwich end up being half of what it normally it normally is therefore the sandwich was all bread. I am a very loyal customer to this franchise but things appear to be going in the wrong direction and in some locations and unfortunately this appears to be one of them. I get excited when I see a Chick Fil-a while on the road because we don't have them in NV. My favorite thing in the whole world is their chicken noodle soup. After driving for four hours in near blizzard conditions, that soup was all I could think about. I pulled in and ordered the 12 piece grilled strips meal with unsweetened iced tea (for the road) and two bowls of chicken noodle soup (for the hotel, still hours away behind the snow plows). He replied, "OK, so grilled sandwich and tortilla soup. What did you want to drink?" Remember, it was kind of blizzardy, so I wasn't sure I heard him right. I replied, "Did you say sandwich? I said 12 piece grilled strips. With unsweetened iced tea." "Did you want your tea sweet or unsweetened?" My rental car was a 4X, I considered driving it through his window. Finally got the tea and strips confirmed, got the amount due, pulled forward, everything was ready in seconds. Got lots of sauce. Love that sauce. Hours later, mouth watering for some comforting chicken noodle soup, I unwrapped my prize to discover... Tortilla soup. This dipsh*t got my order 100% wrong. I don't recall the last time I've ever been greeted w/ such deliberate warmth and courtesy @ a fast food restaurant...
