Food was fine, tasty. Problem was/is lack of organization, lack of cleanliness of store and lack of punctuality. Ordered on line at appx 3:50pm for pick up at 6:00pm. Arrived at store slightly before pick up time and had to wait 20 minutes for order. During wait time was able to watch operation in the kitchen, just a mess and crew not at all organized in the way they processed/prepared orders. Just not well organized, not well led, and store operations reflect that situation. The worst experience my wife and I have ever had with a restaurant. First off the person working the front didn't give two cares about any customer in their establishment and then complained to the manager because she thought customers were giving her "attitude" when a customer would ask questions about their orders Secondly, it took over an hour and half to get food we ordered thru their app then when all said and done the had cooked half the order before the other half so everything was cold. It was only two people, a young lady, I'm assuming the manager, and one guy that was cooking. The manager came out the bathroom and her appearance was horrible. I went to Wingstop with a couple of friends and Genesis was amazing! she was very kind and was quick when we needed help!

Their site always says 16-20min yet you'll definitely wait over an hour. Wings are hard to find. Typically, you see Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Street. After tons of Yelp searches and Google searches, I finally typed in the right wording (bbq wings), and Wingstop came up. I clicked on the website, and discovered one out in Blue Springs. FTW! Wingstop, besides BWW and Wingstreet, is the only one of it's kind. There are no midscale, upscale or low scale or anything else out this way that does what Wingstop does. This Wingstop had 2 employees working,and they were fantastic. They allowed me to taste their sauces, whichever I wanted (my son, as well). They have several different sauce flavors. Boneless and with bones, in many combinations, and other offerings as well....the only thing missing was a cold Bud .And, I forgot to mention their fries. They are a mixture of sweet on the outside, with a touch of saltiness. Narrow, and strips, on the inside so delicate and perfectly done...whoops, I just described OK Joe's. Nope, I also described Wingstop fries, as well. Wingstop's fries are yummo to the max. You get tons of them, and OMG fry goodness. There is cute airplane decorations, and 2 televisions. I was surprised by how cute it is, with the black exposed ceiling pipes. It is a happy place, and one I will probably be frequenting often. They stay open late most days. The last few times we've been in our orders were completely messed up and staff was rude. We ordered and paid for a large blue cheese so my best friend could completely dip her wings in the giant container as she usually does but instead they gave us a few little tubs and told us it was the same. Our lemon pepper wings had virtually zero lemon or pepper just plain oil with no flavor. Our fries were soggy even though I ordered them well done. This used to be our favorite place for wings but we go out of our way for Buffalo Wild Wings now. A shame because we loved their rolls and Brazilian Citrus Pepper wings. Where to start?! We ordered online over a week ago for the first time. Our order was 20 minutes late and they told us the oven was broke so they could not give us our rolls that we already paid for. They burnt our 2 orders of fries and they were inedible. Every employee was a teenager and we asked for a manager and we were told there wasn't one there. We asked for a refund on the items that were burnt and missing and they told us they were not able to give refunds and would need to write a handwritten note to the manager and they would call us back. Waited an entire work day and no one called us. I called in and asked for a manager and was told that even the store manager was not authorized to give refunds on online orders. He said he would need to submit it to the district manager for approval. A WEEK goes by and I had to call in again today because I still do not have my refund. Same manager says it's out of his hands and he has done all he can do by submitting to district manager. I asked for the general managers number and he said he could not give me that number. I asked for the district managers number and again he said he could not give me that. He said to call corporate. I called corporate and was told they will share my experience but it would take 48 hours before anyone would get in touch with me. I am BEYOND upset with the customer service with this company. As far as I'm concerned this is theft. You can not take a customers money and not give the items promised and then make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund back. I've never had a harder time with any food establishment. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Wingstop will never get another dime from us. Totally unacceptable business practices. If you cannot give your store managers the authority to give refunds for online orders you should not offer online orders. PERIOD. read more
