Last time I came here was during the pandemic recovery. They have recovered nicely. The service was great. The food was hot and fresh. The wait staff was on their A-game. Many checked on us. Went today at 1:00 pm for lunch ordered 6 bone in flats medium sauce and a bottle of beer. The wings came out over done with little to no sauce. Four or the flats were less than 2" long the other 2 were still under 3". I generally don't complain but for 18.00 plus tip im starting to have an issues. I would not recommend this restaurant. This specific location of Bdubs is very hit or miss when it comes to the food and the service. You can come here one day a receive the best tasting food and receive fast and friendly serve. The next day you cant catch a server, the food comes out room temperature, and it is overcrowded with an hour long wait time. I would recommend if you do go here to check out the parking lot occupancy before going in and also have in mind how long you are willing to wait before even going inside. I will say the most recent time I visited this location our waitress "Piper" had given me the best service I have ever had here, there is nothing I could think of that she could have done better and she turned around my overall view of this restaurant. read more

We came here on a whim after being out doing some shopping. It was fairly empty, even though there was a pre-season football game on. We were seated immediately. Our waitstaff came over and took our drink orders. I had a pop, and hubs had a beer. His beer took a really long time to come out for some reason. We ordered Nachos to start. Our waitstaff came back like 2 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. We told him we didn't want the Nachos and our meals to coke out at the same time. He said they wouldn't, yet they did...Sort of. Hubs ordered wings and so did I. He had potato wedges and I ordered tator tots. My tator tots didn't come out. Our waitstaff said they were coming. About 10 minutes went by and he said let me check. Came back and said they're coming. Another 10 minutes and he came back and said they didn't see that I ordered the tots and that they were cooking them now. OK, fine. When he brought them out, they were horribly over cooked and greasy. All you could taste was grease. I didn't eat them. We ordered to go orders for the kids. Should have checked the bag before we left because when we got home, we noticed part of the order was missing. First, let me start off by saying I love Buffalo Wild Wings. This was a terrible experience though. Our waitress had 0 personality. Our food came out and was missing all the ranches/bleu cheese. We asked for them and for some ketchup as well. It took 10 minutes, no exaggeration, for them to come out. Our fries and wings were cold by then. We were missing 2 orders of fries. Our drinks were empty and not getting refilled. One of us didn't get our food for 20 minutes after everyone else. They had put my food order in, but not the beer I ordered. I told them to cancel my order, bring our check so we could leave. My wife thought her chicken strips were ok, but nothing special, and fries were not seasoned enough. Management did comp my wife's food, but not her drink. Waitress kept apologizing, yet the manager never came out. They were understaffed and were still seating all areas of the restaurant. It was clean, service was fast and accurate! Our server/bartender Liz was amazing! She was very personable and attentive. Waited awhile for someone to come seat us and after several minutes a waitress informed us that they were only seating at the bar and that it would be 30-35 minutes. There were less than 10 customers in the store so they are either severely understaffed or they do not want business. I came in alone and sat down at a booth thinking I'd be there no more than 30 minutes enjoying my meal. Instead I was greeted by a very distracted and rude waitress, talking to this guy standing by the bathrooms and totally disregarded any service to me at all unless I flagged her down asking her for a WATER. Which took about 30 minutes. Moving on to the food that took over an hour. I think I may have had a full on panic attack trying to get this lady to come over and get me my bloody check so I could run out and never step foot there again. I am so disappointed because I love some good bone in wings but this place has officially ruined them for me. That was a 1.5 hour visit I will never get back. And life is short. I will also add that I've been in the service industry for 12 years now and I ALWAYS tip over 30%.. way over and 20% if the service sucks. Let me just say I left without tipping at all. Just had the WORST experience at this restaurant. Was asked to wait 5-10 minutes despite there being a lot of open tables. Was asked by a female employee if my son and I were there for carryout order. We said no. We continued to wait patiently. Then after more than 5 minutes another party showed up and were immediately seated. I asked why did that happen. Was told employee didn't know what they were doing. Then they continued to make us wait. I asked for manager and teensge black female came out and I voiced my complaint. I was told that they would seat us. I asked if we were going to get better service than we'd received so far. Manager said that we could leave if I felt like that. So I left and won't be back. No wonder they're hiring.
