this is the 3rd time I've ordered from door dash and yall completely messed my order up. & Robbed me, yet again. I'm so pissed.

Went today at 1:00 pm for lunch ordered 6 bone in flats medium sauce and a bottle of beer. The wings came out over done with little to no sauce. Four or the flats were less than 2" long the other 2 were still under 3". I generally don't complain but for 18.00 plus tip im starting to have an issues. I would not recommend this restaurant. This specific location of Bdubs is very hit or miss when it comes to the food and the service. You can come here one day a receive the best tasting food and receive fast and friendly serve. The next day you cant catch a server, the food comes out room temperature, and it is overcrowded with an hour long wait time. I would recommend if you do go here to check out the parking lot occupancy before going in and also have in mind how long you are willing to wait before even going inside. I will say the most recent time I visited this location our waitress "Piper" had given me the best service I have ever had here, there is nothing I could think of that she could have done better and she turned around my overall view of this restaurant. read more

We came here on a whim after being out doing some shopping. It was fairly empty, even though there was a pre-season football game on. We were seated immediately. Our waitstaff came over and took our drink orders. I had a pop, and hubs had a beer. His beer took a really long time to come out for some reason. We ordered Nachos to start. Our waitstaff came back like 2 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. We told him we didn't want the Nachos and our meals to coke out at the same time. He said they wouldn't, yet they did...Sort of. Hubs ordered wings and so did I. He had potato wedges and I ordered tator tots. My tator tots didn't come out. Our waitstaff said they were coming. About 10 minutes went by and he said let me check. Came back and said they're coming. Another 10 minutes and he came back and said they didn't see that I ordered the tots and that they were cooking them now. OK, fine. When he brought them out, they were horribly over cooked and greasy. All you could taste was grease. I didn't eat them. We ordered to go orders for the kids. Should have checked the bag before we left because when we got home, we noticed part of the order was missing. I'm inclined to think it wasn't the kitchen that was messing up, but our waitstaff not entering things in. read more

Absolute worst experience. I was with my family of 5 and we got seated right away but no one ever showed up to take our order. We waited over 25 minutes before walking away. I said something after waiting 15 minutes to the hostess and my mother in law said something after waiting another 5 minutes. Still no one saw us. No one ever acknowledged us the entire time. They had put my food order in, but not the beer I ordered. I told them to cancel my order, bring our check so we could leave. My wife thought her chicken strips were ok, but nothing special, and fries were not seasoned enough. Management did comp my wife's food, but not her drink. Waitress kept apologizing, yet the manager never came out. They were understaffed and were still seating all areas of the restaurant. It had been quite a while since we have been to this particular store but we tried it again last night. We were pleasantly surprised with some of the changes that have been made. It was clean, service was fast and accurate! Our server/bartender Liz was amazing! She was very personable and attentive. I believe that poor management in the past has attributed to the loss of customers. I think they have figured that out and they are definitely heading in the right direction! Give them a try! After 40 minutes the bartender said she was going to go get my order together. She didn't come back for 20 minutes. That means my order was sitting back there on the kitchen screens for 40 minutes and no one was making it. Not the bartenders fault. She was great. But It took an hour, that is correct, an hour to get my food. I didn't order anything complicated at all. Boneless wings. That's it. All they do is take them out of a bag, put them in the fryers, then toss them in sauce. One of the easiest things to make. It wasn't even busy. The rush was over for the night. Waited awhile for someone to come seat us and after several minutes a waitress informed us that they were only seating at the bar and that it would be 30-35 minutes. There were less than 10 customers in the store so they are either severely understaffed or they do not want business. Instead I was greeted by a very distracted and rude waitress, talking to this guy standing by the bathrooms and totally disregarded any service to me at all unless I flagged her down asking her for a WATER. Just had the WORST experience at this restaurant. Was asked to wait 5-10 minutes despite there being a lot of open tables. Was asked by a female employee if my son and I were there for carryout order. We said no. We continued to wait patiently. Then after more than 5 minutes another party showed up and were immediately seated. I asked why did that happen. Was told employee didn't know what they were doing. Then they continued to make us wait. I asked for manager and teensge black female came out and I voiced my complaint. I was told that they would seat us. She never refilled any of our drinks, she did ask if we wanted them, she just never brought them.
