We LOVE Erin's Pub! When we lived nearby it was one of our weekly spots, but since moving we don't get there as much unfortunately. The food goes beyond being just "good bar food." It's good food period! Erin's has the best mozzarella sticks anywhere that I've tried (and believe me, I've had a lot of fried cheese). Their Taco Thursdays are also a regular craving I have. Service is always friendly and fast, even when they're busy. Shoutout to Carrie and Kirby - they're rockstars! Personal opinion, I do think the overuse of AI in their recent advertisements is a bit much. I liked the unedited pics of their real food they used to post better than the new cartoonish pics. But just my opinion - doesn't change the fact that Erin's is one of the best spots around! A must try! read more

Taco Saturday?? Of course with fluffy tacos and at 3 for $5 whata deal!! Erin's in Independence on 291 HWY. Super friendly. Excellent tacos. Had a wonderful time. Gotta remember this for Saturdays as it's not a regular on the menu. Guess Fridays are steak night special.... This is a bar that serves food. Kind of a biker atmosphere but very friendly and accommodating. My son was more into a wrap and waffle fries and he said they were good. My family and I have gone here for years. Free Pool? I asked 'next' on one of the pool tables tables so my son and I could play a game I was told 'yes'. 'Red Beard' said yes. Then when it came time he got beligerent. We didn't get to play the one game we asked for. The staff on duty wasn't helpful. So much for 'Free Pool'. ... Things have really changed at Erin's over the years. Different people, different staff, different cooks, different feel. ... There's more to the story, but I'm not going to demean Erin's because of the change in attitude of some on the newer customers and staff. ... They took down my comments from their FB page: This content isn't available right now When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted. ... Hmmm..... How did the manager knew the young girl at the table was 'Red Beard's' daughter? She asked him if he wanted her to see him behave like that. Did she know him? ... A very popular blue collar bar/restaurant . A lot of the customers know one another. The food is better than average and prices are quite reasonable, The drinks are also quite reasonable but the selection of draft beer is limited. Boulevard Wheat is on tap but that is the only craft. Bottles of IPA's are available. This blue collar bar/restaurant in a strip mall is a comfortable well ran bar that serves better than average food. read more

My First Time. Met up with special friends, and met new friends. We had private table in social distance. But the Food Was Spectacular Bar Food. Extra special sauces, seasonings, everything fresh. Formerly Bogart's, Erin's Pub is a nice little bar & Grill. It has pool tables, darts, a claw machine, and various video games. There's an additional seating area on an upper level. The bartender was pretty nice, and this is one of those places where it seems that everyone knows everyone. Drink prices are pretty good too. There wasn't anything going on during my visit but they have live music from time to time. read more

Great place for a reasonable lunch. This place has 75 cent tacos on Thursdays. It gets busy around lunch time but they get you served in a short time to get you back on your way. The waitress is nice and really works hard to make sure you are taken care of. read more

Quick lunch out before an afternoon out with my hubby and the pub was on the way. I had the "special" french dip sandwich. Definitely not extraordinary and the beef that tasted like what I could get at the deli counter at the grocery store. There was a mass of cheese on the sandwhich that I had not expected and really didnt want. The sweet potato fries were the star of my lunch and I enjoyed the waffle seasoned fries very much. The bar was not very busy but my water glass stayed empty for most of the lunch - even though my husbands beer was refilled quickly. Not impressed. I wouldnt chose to return. read more

This is a true first stop review but at first blush this place is average. I ordered the Giant Burger and fries and the burger was big but it was mostly a fairly lightly seasoned patty (think big; not round big). Bun was decent and the veggies were fresh. The fries were nothing special just frozen bag fair and not as crispy as I like. The Staff was quite and distant. Not that I require entertainment but as a neighborhood bar if you want to build clientele shouldn't you schmooze a little? I'll be back, they say they hang their hat on the Handmade Tenderloin and Reuben's. Time will tell. read more

I liked this bar. It has a friendly staff and the food we ordered (wings and steak quesadilla) were both very good. Tasted Fresh and hot and came quickly. Our drinks were ok. Pretty much what you can expect. 2 things I would love to advise small neighborhood bars in general. 1. Replenish wine that has been opened a while. It gets stale and tastes old. I realize some bars do not get that many orders for White Zin, Merlot, etc. but if you are going to offer it, make sure it is relatively fresh. 2. If you are in a town with some cool micro-breweries or just some cool breweries, offer some of those. Maybe on special occasions, offer wine from a local winery. Some of them are reasonably priced and we like supporting our own folks. read more

Some friends and I went here for a fun night out and left more tense than when we went in. The drinks are subpar if you order anything without a pop top. The staff is distant and gruff. The regulars have no problem trying to push around newcomers. We actually had a group try to tell us we couldn't use a table after we had already been there for over a hour and a half. Come to find out that was the table they "always use". Well sorry guys but bars don't have assigned seats. Get over yourselves. Pretty sure with how unconcerned staff was we could have walked out without paying our tab and gotten away with it. read more

Erin's Pub is a nice bar conveniently located on MO 291. but the karayoke was a little disappointing. There were a lot of singers but the girl running things decided that playing a few songs while she went outside to smoke was a good idea. I wasn't the only one who was grumbling. Skip this place!! I'm normally not a review writer but this place was really really bad! Very small amount of alcohol in mixed drinks- may as well order a soda. The bread on one of our sandwiches had mold growing on it- gross!! When we showed the waitress she said nothing to us- just "yuck!" We ordered something else without a problem & weren't charged the $0.75 more that it should've cost- (yay-nice comp!) The icky sandwich got all of us looking around a bit - seemed pretty clear that the place only gets "picked up"- never cleaned- the tables are cleared but not wiped down- stuff like that. Glad I never had to use the bathroom! I'd suggest going to a different bar where you get more than a drop of alcohol in your drink and less fuzz on your food! read more
