I ordered chicken strips for us for Christmas Eve. There was supposed to 25, but I know there had to have been over 30. I ordered lemonade by the gallon. It required a lot of shaking up until it tasted just good enough. The chicken strips are not flavorful like Zaxby's, but I don't have a Zaxby's. I liked everything I ordered and even the service was awesome. I'll order this again, but I can't eat their chicken strips without sauce or lemonade. They aren't strongly seasoned. But, the server gave me a bag full of hot sauce.

Upon entering, we noticed the dining room looked as if a toronado wizzed thru it. ALL the trash bins were in the middle of the floor and their cabinet doors were wide open. Trash and food littered the floor and tables. My sandwich was cold, old, soggy bun and dry chicken. I asked for a refund. The red beans and rice was only 2/3rds of the way full... I mentioned it to my cashier and he said, oh I'm sorry about that. Then turned to continue sweeping the floor right beside us, while we were trying to eat a meal in peace, and without dust and dirt from the floor being stirred up into the air just to float back down onto our food. We left and will never return to this location. It's the worst we've seen. So sorry to have to leave this review. But I feel I owe it to my fellow Yelpians who are counting on the accuracy of our reviews, in able to trust dining at these establishments.

What made the situation even worse was the manager openly admitting he gave me "tiny pieces" because I used a coupon. That is completely unacceptable customer service. The size of the chicken was honestly shocking -- just look at the chicken compared to the biscuit in the photo, or the size of the drumstick in my hand, and I'm only 5 feet tall and 105 pounds. The portions were embarrassingly small. Customers should not be treated poorly or penalized for using valid coupons.
