I was there at 8:30 PM on a Saturday night. They do not close till 11. Out of steak, cheese, hot sauce, and napkins. I would like to say this is the first time that this has happened, but out of the last four there has been at least half of those out. Literally, how do you run out of these things read more

I don't even know where to start with this Chipotle experience... it was honestly terrible. I ordered a bowl and somehow ended up with basically NO meat in it. Like, how do you mess that up? That's kind of the main part of the whole thing. On top of that, the girl behind the counter seemed completely out of it. She wasn't paying attention, didn't really seem to understand what was going on, and I had to repeat myself multiple times just to get a simple order across. The whole place felt like it was being run by a bunch of kids with zero supervision. Then I finally get my food, and my bowl is literally cold. Not just "not hot," but straight up cold like it had been sitting there forever. Nothing tasted fresh, everything felt thrown together, and it just made the whole experience worse. For the price you pay, you'd expect at least decent service and edible food, but this was just disappointing all around. Definitely not going back to this location. read more

Do not come here they will not give you the proportions they're supposed to and the ladies who work there are room except for a couple of them, but mainly rude. And if you ask for a little bit more, they'll charge you double so this Chipotle should really be listened to their CEO instead they stingy. They give you child size portions of meat especially on the tacos.. if the container of meat is empty they will scrape nothing onto burrito and that's all you get.. if you ask for a normal portion like they give at ALL other chipotle's.. their response is this is our portion.. so if you eat here enjoy your lettuce sourcream tacos read more

I stopped at this chipotle last night to pick up two meals. The first meal was supposed to be chicken, sour cream, lettuce, queso and corn salsa. The portion of chicken was very small- maybe 6 pieces, if that. They had no lettuce. I asked the young lady behind the counter if I needed to wait for it. She said no that they had nobody to cut lettuce. I asked her if she was able to cut lettuce- she said she didn't know how. How does Chipotle not have lettuce when it is literally one of the main menu items (salad)???? read more

The person who started our order was rude and impatient. The person who finished the order didn't know the difference between a burrito and a taco, I had to repeat myself five times to get her to understand that I was only ordering a burrito. After all that she had an attitude and wanted to be passive aggressive towards me. Not to mention I have been there multiple times and am only ever respectful and kind. Chipotle is a great spot for a "healthier" option. When we went today they were so busy and my online ticket got lost somehow so they were a little late on the pickup time but as soon as they realized it they rushed to get my order sent out which I always appreciate. Absolutely horrible. Terrible attitudes, ALWAYS out of something, gristly steak. Bad from top to bottom.

This is the worst Chipotle. It is always dirty and out of food. I went in at 5:30 on Sunday night and they had no fajitas veggies and a worker asked for white rice and was told it would be 30 minutes before any was ready. The manager came up to the counter and I questioned him about the lack of food prepared. He told me I could cook or go to another Chipotle. I went to another Chipotle. Not only did they have plenty of food prepped but it was clean! I won't be going to this one ever again and I think this manager needs some schooling on how to talk to customers. Not sure why he couldn't go cook food. read more

Terrible experience at your Coronado, Blue Springs, Mo location. There was little rice that had clearly been there awhile. The pinto beans looked like dog food, the steak was almost empty, the carne asada was burnt (very little in there). When I asked if there was more, I was rudely told no. Then later there was no steak either. Shortly after, people in line were told no rice. Every table in the place and the counters were filthy dirty. I didn't end up eating, but my daughter and husband got their bowls. They were Luke warm at best. Icing on the cake was my daughter then found a piece of plastic in her food. Terrible! read more

First, my order wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. They deleted my order and had to re-pull it back up to make it. The food was cold. The chicken burrito bowl had no chicken, I asked for light sour cream on it and it was drowned in sour cream. The burrito had no steak only rice, sour cream and beans. The steak burrito bowl was mainly rice and sour cream. The chips were stale. The customer service was horrible. The kid at the register threw everything in the bag and pushed the bag to me without the full order in the bag. I wasn't even given my receipt. I submitted my complaint in the app and they gave me a free drink I would give this zero stars but that's not an option. I will never go back here. read more

In the last 6 months I have tried to go to this Chipotle to get food. Every time they have been out of Guacamole and chips. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE PORTIONS The food service is all the way around trash, especially their manager name Dylan. His customer service is the most disrespectful customer service I've ever had. I gave him my receipt. I tried to call about 10 times the day before when I got the food and they gave me not even two scoops of food. They didn't even give me what I ordered, when I tried to call, no one answered, but when I went in, I showed him (manager Dillion) the receipt. He told me his words " there's nothing I can do about that, you can try to fight me on it, but I guarantee you it's going to be a 50-50 chance because they don't really care. Let me start off by saying the chicken burrito bowl is actually pretty good, BUT... This place is very dirty. There's food that looks like it fell in the floor days ago. The counter top they're making the burritos on hasn't been wiped down (I'm glad I got a bowl). At the register their is remnants of spilled food and sauces, and the worst part was the dead smashed bug on the counter. Even with all that, I got chips and salsa to go with my meal and checked out. Like I said, the meal was pretty good. The chips were oily and plain. The salsa was absolutely awful. It was like oil with old chopped tomatoes in it. Plus a corn kernel from the corn bin next to the salsa. Overall, I'm afraid to think what their kitchen looks like. I won't be returning. read more

I have had a couple of issues with Chipotle in the past, but nothing serious enough to warrant a review. I simply stopped visiting the restaurant because of those reasons. So today my daughter wanted Chipotle and I haven't been there for a long time so I agreed. The order was placed and paid for online. The "promised" time was 8:50pm. My daughter walked out the door with our order at 9:15pm. I sat in the parking lot for the whole ordeal and watched multiple people waiting needlessly for their orders also. The excuse....the online ordering system wasn't sending them the orders. Even more humorous is the time they put on the receipt to cover their delay. "Promise Time 8:50pm; Out the Door time 8:20pm. Apparently they went back in time to make my food? Well, that explains why it was cold when I got it...SMH! read more

I wish I could rate this location with less than one star. My family and I will never go back. We ordered in person and they refused to make my daughter a quesadilla because they only make those for on line orders. When my husband pointed out that he saw tortillas, cheese and a food press, the employee gave him attitude. He said they didn't offer good customer service and her response was quote "whatever dude." They deliberately messed up our orders. Corporate needs to shut down this location. Their service is awful. read more

Out of all the chain restaurants of this type, Chipotle is my favorite. This particular restaurant was very busy! The music too loud, & people taking orders were mumbling under the mask. I couldn't understand a thing. I was just pointing and yelling. It was quite stressful. You'd think they'd turn the music down to a roar or less. That being said, they were fast and efficient! Somehow, they were able to slide people through quickly. This time, I ordered a bowl, and it was delicious. This would have been a 4 star review if I could have heard words from the employees. read more

Walked in an immediately noticed how dirty the restaurant was. Food everywhere, dirty tables, the dining room was clearly unattended. Bathroom was no different. No toilet paper and no changing table for families! We were looking for a quick stop on our road trip and ended up waiting 15 mins while they prioritized mobile orders before us. They started my husbands order then just walked away to start chopping veggies in the back?! We walked out after a rude comment from what appeared to be the "manager." Happily took our business elsewhere. read more

This has been the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. Infact this is my first yelp review. The first girl who helped us was super nice, the second girl was absolutely the rudest worker I have ever met in the service industry. She was so agitated and rude. It was like I was a burden for being thereit was truly unbelievable. Whoever her boss is needs to rethink their employees. I will never return to this chipotle in my life. Hope this helps! read more

(Should be NO star s rating) NO reason to use online ordering at this location. We ordered, asked for order to be ready at 6:30pm and pre-paid online. Arrived at restaurant, waited, waited, waited, waited...it's 7:15 and still waiting to pick up order. Place is swamped with customers, operations are in chaos...poor organization, poor operation, poor supervision. My order is pre-paid or I would cancel and leave but as it is I feel like a hostage. Will NOT come to or order from this store again. Just an awful experience! (Finally received my food order at 7:38pm) read more

This is location was terrible tonight. The staff was slow one of team staff members specifically I didn't catch her name but she had a center school district black mask on, with yellow writing and she was nothing but rude had a terrible attitude she was complaining to the manager about being short staff, flinging stuff around, giving customers attitude. She needs to be talked too. I get propel have bad nights and stuff but there's NO reason to act like that in front of customers. Also their food looked so old, dry and clumpy. The food was contaminated, so much cheese in the corn. This made me not want to eat between the mess and the service. Don't get me wrong I'm not one to complain but this is ridiculous. read more

My mom and I ordered Chipotle after going to the gym on Saturday night. We got our order placed for 7:15pm pickup at the Blue Springs location and made our way there. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the large crowd of people waiting inside the restaurant. We went inside at 7:15pm and found out they were still doing orders that were supposed to be done at 6:30pm. You could tell just by looking at everyone's faces that all the customers there were far from happy. The employees seemed like they were in no hurry to get the orders finished. They seemed to be focusing on the customers that were walking in to order in store, as they were pushing through the line while all of the people with online orders kept waiting longer and longer. People were actually getting tired of waiting and left with nothing. I'm going to guess those were delivery drivers or something, because I can't imagine paying for Chipotle and leaving with nothing but who knows. It was a Saturday night and this store only had 3 people on prep line, and 2 people in the back cooking. Nobody was on the dedicated online order prep area that they have. The girl that was doing the cash register seemed to be the sole person trying to fulfill the online orders at one point, and then she got lazy and decided sweeping the floors and straightening napkins was more important. An employee actually took a break at 8:00pm, sitting down at a table eating a burrito he made himself while they were still extremely backed up. Another employee proceeded to take a break to eat at 8:25pm, mind you, it was still backed up and many customers were still standing around waiting for their food. I'm not saying people shouldn't be able to take breaks, but when you have customers that have waited over an hour for their food and we see you sit down with food you just made for yourself while our orders still haven't been fulfilled, that looks like you just don't care. We didn't receive our order until 8:33pm, over an hour and fifteen minutes after we were supposed to have received it. My mom asked the employee for chips and queso since we waited for so long and was told that they "Can't give out free food" which is a total lie because I've been compensated for lessor inconveniences before. I've ordered from a lot of different Chipotles in the area before, mainly Lees Summit, North KC up off of Boardwalk Ave, and the downtown Power and Light location, and I have never had any bad experiences at any of those that come close to the terrible experiences I've had at the Blue Springs location. The staff just doesn't seem to care at times, and it doesn't help that this place is seemingly always understaffed on top of that. I would love to say this is the only time I've waited this long at this Chipotle, but this has happened on multiple occasions, and has happened to many of the people I know, both for in person, and online orders. The management at this place needs to be revamped because they're obviously not cutting it. I would 100% order from a different Chipotle if there was one close, but seeing as this is the only one within a solid 20 minutes or so, I'm stuck dealing with the mediocrity that this location brings to the table every single time I come inside. read more

By far the worst Chipotle in the United States, and I love Chipotle. My family and I have been to dozens of Chipotles around the country with little to no issues. The Blue Springs location is very consistently disgusting, and takes forever. There's no reason for this. I'm not sure if it is management or what, but we haven't had a good experience there in over a decade. The reason I'm writing today is that we ordered sofritas burritos (our whole family is vegetarian) We ended up having to throw out almost all the food because there were chunks of chicken throughout all our food. Just horrible read more

This is literally the worst Chipotle in the KC area. There are other ones near it that are much better so I highly recommend you don't come to this one. They consistently have something that makes it bad either they need to open late, they are only doing online orders, they are out of stock on a popular item, or the food just comes out sloppy.
