She goes to the back and somehow speeds things up tremendously all while meeting with multiple people eating putting a smile on their face. Went in today during a VERY busy lunch rush and they had a couple of workers come out with tablets and take orders and payments from anyone paying with a card. There were probably 16 cars ahead of me between the 2 lines when I got there and it was one of the quickest trips to the drive through I've ever had. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A, it's my go to restaurant, and the food is great! I love how it's taken off in popularity here in the cities however this location is always crazy slow. I spent over fifteen minutes in line waiting to be served in the drive thru. This is also not during peak hours, but any time of day it's packed/slow going with 10-12 cars deep going out to the street behind, that's getting dangerous. Being fast and efficient is key here, after waiting that long I had to go somewhere else as the line hadn't moved, and my blood sugar being low was starting to impact me. I went to Wendy's, came back to see the same cars still in line, after 30+ minutes overall. Insane! Yes be polite by all means, but be efficient in your work. read more

I ordered food through the mobile app, and picked it up curbside. The process was very smooth, and I did not wait long before I had the food and was on my way home. I got home and began to set out the food for us, (2 spicy sandwiches, 2 originals with no pickles and waffle fries of course), and we discovered that we had 4 spicy sandwiches. I was a bit annoyed that I didn't check the order before leaving, but I contacted support, and the operator let me know that I could be refunded, but if I wanted the correct food, I would have to trek back to the store. I left the fries with the kids, so they wouldn't be starving, and I headed back with the 4 sandwiches in the bag. I was immediately greeted, and showed them the receipt on the bag showing my correct order, and explained that I wanted the 2 originals without pickles. They said I didn't have to bring back all 4 sandwiches, and they trust when someone expresses that their order is incorrect. I told them I know there are people out there looking to get free food sometimes and I did not want them to think that is what I was doing. They said they would remake the entire order to get it correct. I was pleasantly surprised because in past situations at other establishments, they would only replace the incorrect items, and the rest would be ice cold by the time I got home. They not only gave me 4 fresh sandwiches, but they also gave me a new order of fries even though I told them I had left them with my kids. This level of commitment to service and making sure your customers are happy, is just great to see nowadays. The manager also made sure to come over to me and gave me 2 free sandwich coupons for the inconvenience. Okay, I love Chick-Fil-A. I have never had an issue with the food or service. This site was not an exception either. Why 3-Stars? It is the customer base. I have had the same issue at other restaurants in the Southtown area. Vagrants sleeping in the booths causing the dining area to smell like bad B.O. coupled with a dirty laundry hamper. I know Chick-Fil-A tries to be "helpful" to people in need but these are restaurants not "homeless" shelters. Oh my fricking god! I hate this place! They never get my order right. They mess up every time. Once, they went as far as giving me cold and soggy food. It tasted disgusting! The workers are rude as heck! They look at people funny, they hate people, and they don't like being nice. Why can't they get their act together? I've worked in fast food before so I know how to work in fast food. It's not that hard to do. If they can tie their shoe laces, then they can do fast food. Food was good-so this is more of a service review. I've been sitting in this location for more than 30 minutes, and not one employee has stopped by to check on me. Have they checked on every table around me? Yup! Pretty frustrating, and definitely a reason to not want to come back. Was my food good? Yes! I ordered an original chicken, an original spicy chicken and a small waffle fry. Of the three the spicy sandwich tasted the best, but this is a lot like comparing dog poop. This is some of the most mediocre food I have ever tasted. Nothing to write home about nor going out of you way to get. One positive note; the service and staff are well trained and exceptional. Ok, trying to explain without ranting. I've had issues with this location almost every time I go there in the last year. Sometimes it's nice when it's on the way to get somewhere. But every time I go there I have issues. Management and some of the staff (not all), have given me attitude and have messed up my order. But what upsets me the most is EVERY chick fil a in minnesota will make me something off the lunch menu during breakfast hours. I just have to wait ten minutes because it's a special order. Totally understandable. But these guys will not. today I was 3 minutes before lunch and they wouldn't even make any efforts to get it started. And gave me attitude Bout it. I'm not rude to these people. Today I had to drive 4 hours south and and wanted something from the lunch menu at 10:27. They said no! gave someone else my bussiness that are happy to take my money. I've only been to Chick-fil-a once in California other than this trip to Edina's newly opened store. The line at lunch time was out the door - filled with families and business people, good mix of everyone. They were quick at getting orders and the turnover of diners was quick enough to accommodate most everyone that wanted to eat in. The drive through wasn't horrible. I would have to say that the actual sandwich (I got the spicy chicken one) was a little too strong on spice and nothing much else. I'd give the food actually a 3-3.5 but because of the friendliness and level of service I bump it up to 4. The staff here don't get overwhelmed and they don't let their stress of being crazy busy affect your eat-in or drive-through experience. I do love that they have SO many sauces for you to take/experiment with. So many other chains are stingy with everything besides ketchup, whereas this Chick-fil-A gives you open access to everything! Their ketchup packaging is adorable with the squeeze or dunk options. There is no concern for running out without staff noticing because it's a pump machine, or problem with hygiene. All sauces are provided in its own little package. I can't remember which ones they had but I remember buttermilk ranch, honey mustard, BBQ, buffalo, and ketchup, but I think they had a couple others too. The prices are a bit higher than other fast food chains but not by much. You do feel like you're eating healthier, since the meat doesn't taste processed. All in all will return but will definitely be getting something else on their menu. read more

The service at this Chick-fil-A is always amazing! I've been here many times and never been disappointed. They run like a well oiled machine and there are always enough friendly employees there so the efficiency is fantastic! I have never been more impressed by a fast food chain and honestly the service here is better than a lot of sit down restaurants I've been to in the cities. I always go for breakfast and if I had to complain about anything it would be that this location will no longer make fries before 10:30 AM even if you're willing to go inside and wait, which I totally get if it's their policy, I'm just not crazy about the hashbrowns, but the waffle fries with the Chick-fil-A sauce is my favorite. read more
