This Chick-fil-A location is a little hard to get to. I typically always do a mobile order and pick up through the drive through. This location doesn't have a dedicated mobile order line, but the drive through line has never been more than one or two cars long making the wait short. The two drive through lines merge into one and this location seems to be fairly quick with filling orders. The food was fresh and my order was prepared correctly. When leaving the drive through you are directed to go a direction that sends you through a parking lot and around a building. A little cumbersome and makes it more than a "quick" stop in. read more

The Chick fil A in Roseville was a really good experience. I would say it stands out compared to a lot of other locations I have been to. The service was excellent, everyone was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself was very clean. The speed of the food was honestly surprising. I got my sandwich in under a couple minutes, which almost felt comical with how fast it came out. Everything tasted exactly how you would expect, just done really well. phenomenal customer service! Very quick and efficient. This location is unique, spacious, weather coverings for the drive-thru, and a conference room. The conference room tells me, this location wants you to come and hang awhile, huge plus. Community engagement is a priority here, its very evident. Excellent customer service is an understatement. Everyone knows Chic Fil A for their superb service, and their signature "my pleasure" (which I've implemented into my daily life) The only thing that sucked, was the General Managers lack of enthusiasm for assisting customers. I was a little taken aback, but his team definitely picked up his slack. I love the new facility and the face lift it gave the HarMar strip mall on Snelling (do people still call it that?). Across the street from a multitude of competitors, I think they chose an excellent location and that it is a good addition to the neighborhood. When this particular Chic Fil A opened, they sent out coupons for free chicken sandwiches, and I believe I came to redeem that coupon. The speed of service was moderate, nothing extravagant. I was disappointed they no longer have this Special Mint Tea they used to carry, but I settled for a fountain soda. Their staff was diverse, which was very nice to see. Overall, I'm proud of this location. I am going to assume I caught the General Manager on a bad day, and that he usually has a great attitude. I'd definitely go back! read more

I've never personally been to or eaten at this location but I place online orders to this location for my nephews. I've placed over 30 orders in the past 3 months. Never once has the order been given to the wrong person at the drive thru. The customer service is stellar. Today I placed an order for my nephews for their birthday and they each got a birthday brownie! Alex the manager also gives good rewards too on the app! You wouldn't believe the lines for this place during covid 19. But they are so fast and always friendly and get the orders. I've just been getting the nuggets which I love, and they're always piping hot, not laying around. I am addicted to the sweet tea. I've been coming here weekly. A great location. We've been coming to the Har Mar location a couple of times a month for over a year, usually excellent service. But last few months, the orders are either including ingredients we asked to be removed (blue cheese on the salad, cheese on a sandwich), or missing key ingredients. Better check your orders before you leave the parking lot. read more

Brand new open restaurant, it was clean and fresh. There were over 18 employees working during the opening and the general manager. Everyone was happy and got the correct orders. The staff were to busy to have great customer service and were all super new so I understood. Also the entire restaurant was packed inside and out and no place to sit to eat so I took my food to go but I was happy to get my order in less than 5 minutes with 15 orders ahead of me. I will be going back! I hope they keep the fresh food, the cleanliness up and continue to work on their hospitality through the months that they are open. read more

I've been to chick-fil-A places in Georgia an Washington D.C. and their regular chicken sandwiches are WAY better than the ones they have at this Roseville,MN location. The fries and mac+cheese aren't too bad though. Also,the ladies who work their seem pretty genuine and friendly. However the young men who wait outside to take your order are polite,but their politeness comes across pretty cocky and phony. They just rub me the wrong way. read more

the customer service is unmatched. went through the drive thru with my friends hungover and desperate for chicken and coffee. it took 10 minutes to articulate our orders and they were accommodating to our situation. it turned in to the funniest drive thru experience and were able to laugh at three hungover girls unable to communicate what we wanted for breakfast. the food was amazing. 11/10. read more

Don't know if the drive up menus were having issues today but this was not social distancing. After telling the employee at the menu board my order and my name, then I had to drive forward to the next employee to pay...uh, don't think so, especially if you're standing that close to my vehicle. When I mentioned the social distancing they stepped back a bit but by then I was so stressed I canceled my order. After continuing in the drive thru lane, I noticed there were 2 employees standing next to the take out window in addition to the employee inside at the window. The 2 employees outside were definitely not social distancing. Maybe it's just me, but the fewer people I come in contact with during a take out order, the better. I've never eaten at this chain and at this rate I doubt I ever will. The sandwich better be out of this world to charge almost $3 more than McDonalds across the street where they have the social distancing thing down to an art. read more
