There was a walk up window with a line for people wanting do dine outside under a canopy, the other option was the drive through. We chose to do the drive through and was greeted by a long line of vehicles which with the help of a outside remote cashier who welcomed us took our order; two #1 small cheese burgers and fries with casa sauce and coca colas. He thanked us for sliding through. The line backed us with several trucks ahead of us creating a long wait. Once we reached the window our order was waiting, and the lady at the window greeted us with a smile and thanked us for the wait, and thanked us for sliding through. As we slid out, the food smelled great. We ate at home, the cheeseburger was okay, but the fries were bland, but the added cheese sauce was rather spicy. The price was very reasonable, and in spite of the wait the Assiciates were busy and friendly and apologetic for the wait. Small sliders is a little different, unique in its own way, but glad we tried it.

My only gripe is that this place is in serious need of some updating. It doesn't have to be modernized, but my god the air in here is like soup and everything in here is sticky. I felt like I needed a shower after eating, partly because I was stuffed with a giant greasy burger, but also because the air in there is soup. I love the old school atmosphere, but the humidity is a real problem. It's hot and humid enough outside most of the year. $35 for two burgers and fries in an old building, surely they make enough money to replace the tables and chairs with ones that aren't sticky and can get some decent HVAC to suck the moisture out of the air. The food is 4 stars for me, but the shape the inside is in drags the overall rating down. It's a very popular spot, and the environment really needs some work.

Fortunately, this location is right off I-85 and is easy to reach. It looks to be a fairly new restaurant or at least it looks that way. We ordered at the drive-thru and actually received our order faster than I expected. The burgers are thin and smashed but absolutely delicious. I had the jalapeño burger which comes with fresh, chopped jalapeños. Loved it. Their fries are unique to fast food because they are so thin. Think shoe string fries. They are hot, crispy, and my favorite of all the chains. The young lady at the window was sweet and efficient. Definitely recommend this place but it is on the higher price side for fast food.
