Appreciation Post. I also posted this to all my social media platforms to make sure "Will" gets the credit he deserves! I haven't been to a regular "Sandwich Shop" in YEARS .. but Jersey Mike's Subs now has Udi's Gluten Free Rolls as an option. I was out and about and got hungry.. anyone sensitive to gluten knows how difficult it is to find a safe meal in a pinch. I decided to give Jersey Mikes a try but I gotta admit I was Soooo nervous. I was warmly greeted, and to my surprise no scoffs or annoyance when I requested Gluten free. The person helping me "Will" was so incredibly kind. He asked what I'd like on my sandwich .. I replied, "A little of everything!" When I tell you this man went TO THE BACK of the store to pull out FRESH INGREDIENTS that had zero risk of cross contamination. Cut my Meats on a separate Meat Cutter and Prepared my entire sandwich in a separate workspace!! I literally almost cried and I'm not joking!!! He did not make a fuss about any of this - nor did I ask for that level of care. Yes it took him Longer, and there were others waiting in line. He didn't care, and when I told him how much I appreciated his efforts-he said "my best friend is celiac, so I understand!" It seriously made my whole month. You have no idea how taking extra care of someone matters, when it would be so easy to rush through and not make that extra effort because we're so used to be treated bad, scoffed at, annoyed with.. etc. So THANK YOU WILL, Thank You Jersey Mikes, and Thank You Udi's for giving me such a great experience because of your Extra efforts and Team work I was able to have a normal lunch experience, that so many take for granted every day. P.S. I did not get any side effects from any cross Contamination and I can't wait to go back again. Will deserves a raise. read more

Good sandwich. I got the small turkey mikes way and it was delicious. It's the perfect size if you aren't starving. Not too small, but not big. The parking lot is small, but you can park a little further and have more parking spots available. Staff were friendly. Have been here a few times as it is conveniently located in Tiger Town. Ordered an italian bowl for delivery and half of the ingredients I requested were not there. This is the first time my order wasn't correct and I have been ordering from them for years. I just walked in to Jersey Mike's, and was totally ignored I believe because of the political shirt I had on. The last time I went in they forgot my order and I stood there for 15 minutes. This Jersey Mike's is awesome and has above and beyond customer service! I was outside with our dog while my husband went in to order sandwiches. An employee (possibly a manager or owner- I didn't catch his name) came out and asked if our dog could have a piece of cheese he had sliced for her. So thoughtful! In her excitement, our dog bumped our son's arm and his sandwich fell. The super kind employee brought out a replacement sandwich for my son! The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. We will definitely be making a point to support this Jersey Mike's location whenever we are lucky enough to be in the Auburn /Lake Martin area! read more

The sandwiches here are decent. I ordered the #2 Jersey sandwich. Any cold sub with mayonnaise is always enough for me and a mini was enough to be full. There is definitely much more meat in these sandwiches than bread. The service here is nice and the workers here are helpful when you can't read some of the ingredients on the menu. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I frequent Jersey Mikes all over the state, but this one was totally unacceptable and a huge fail. I specifically ordered online as we were in a hurry, arrived at pickup time and they hadn't even started. If you are going to be understaffed and provide horrible service don't waste your time being open. When we arrived and they hadn't started I asked for a refund and she said they can't refund an online order. Really?! Never an apology and we literally waited 20min for an order we placed 20min prior. Not to mention our order was wrong too when we finally received it....NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Tried New Jersey Michaels on a whim. The famous Philadelphia was surprisingly good. Bread was soft. Meat was seasoned. I don't really remember the cheese being too big of a deal. I remember it was there. read more

A great place to eat but not so great to work there. both of the managers talk about there employees. That store is not professional. If the manager hire you and realize they don't want you working there. They will nag constantly and make things vary uncomfortable for you until you quit. Service was very prompt and friendly. Prices are higher than say, Subway; but quality sure is too. For a regular, expect to pay $7.50 (7.5 inches), and for a giant (15") it will be in the realm of $11.50. The meat is not Boar's Head, but another one that is slightly lower quality, in my opinion. Lots of meat and cheese added though. It's not like the other sandwich chains where the fillers outsize the actual sandwich. Here, they load it up (but you do pay for it). I absolutely love Jersey Mike's but this place is dirty, social distancing is almost impossible unless you eat outside or you are in the first table on the right as you walk in. Other than that, forget it. The space between the tables and the counter to order, is so tight people are right on top of you if you sit inside. There was a sweet boy that worked there wiping tables off and the drink station was a wreck, paper, straw wrappers, tea was spilled all over the counter. He grabbed the trash off the drink station and went behind the counter and left the sticky tea all over the counter. Paper napkins and balled up paper was on the floor, no one picked up that. One table outside was covered in trash and I had to throw that trash away. Lettuce on the sandwich wrapper... just left me wondering if COVID was on it. Wished I had taken a picture. One of the worst food service experiences I've ever had. Had to correct employees multiple times on how to make our sandwiches while they kept making them wrong charging us for a giant while using mini bread. Employees only asked the girl in front of us 4 times if she wanted mayo on her sandwich . Then one female staff member yelled at my boyfriend and I calling us children because we wanted out sandwich properly made and charged. Talking about "how hard she worked". Needless to say we left without our food and have not been back. Hopefully she has since found other employment. read more

I needed someone to cater in lunch for a business meeting, and the location was 30 minutes from any restaurants. I called Jo at Jersey Mike's and she took care of me. Nice selection of subs in boxes with chips and cookies. She brought ice tea, cups, ice etc. Subs were very good and well received. read more

Second time ordering online, second time that my order was not even started when I got there (both times I was at least 5 minutes past the "ready" time). Employees appeared that they couldn't care less that a customer actually expected an order to be ready when they said it was, one employee actually mentioned his grand mother owned the store (I'm sure she's real proud). This is my favorite place for subs as far as chains are considered. The quality is impeccable and the service at this location is amazing. Always friendly and quick, this place is pretty much the only place I am ok with spending $10 for a meal that is a sandwich. read more

We shared a Giant #17 (Jersey Mike's Famous Philly) with grilled onions and peppers, 2 bags of chips, a fountain drink, and a water. This company offered a military discount which was nice! there's jersey mike's in atlanta that i go to for lunch and i really like this sub place. so when i came to auburn i went to try. it's same good experience. the good was good and service is good. only reason i gave this deli 4 stars from 5 is price is a bit high. i don't usually eat sandwich for dinner so when i go i go there during lunch and paying around $10 for 1/2 sandwich, soup and a drink is a bit pricy in a college town. but it's a chain so u can't do anything about the price. but the food is well worth it. read more
