We've ordered from this Chick-fil-A location several times since it's conveniently close for delivery, and we usually have a pretty good experience. However, this time was disappointing. Some of our order notes were missed, and none of the sauces we requested were included. We rely on those sauces for our sandwiches, fries, and more, so not receiving any of them really impacted our meal. We ordered the jalapeño chicken wrench meal with a large fry. We upgraded the soda for a strawberry hibiscus lemonade. There was an armed security guard by the entrance. I placed my order via mobile app. I got the chicken egg and cheese biscuit meal with hash-browns and an orange juice. I got my friend the egg white grill meal. There was menu items not on the app, which prompted another friend to wait in line and order. The line to order was short. I placed my order via app shortly before she placed hers with cashier. I received my order first. There is a separate order pick up area for mobile and pick up orders. I try not to correlate zip codes with bad customer service - however... This location leaves me pretty frustrated. While the food quality is still good, the service was far from what I've come to expect. First, the wait time was ridiculously long. There was no real rush in the store, yet it took forever to get my order. I understand the occasional busy day, but this wasn't the case, and it felt like the staff was more interested in chatting among themselves than efficiently serving customers. To top it off, the customer service was lackluster. The staff seemed disorganized, and when I asked for a simple condiment, I got an eye-roll and a half-hearted response. It didn't feel like the usual friendly, welcoming atmosphere I've come to expect. Overall, this visit didn't live up to the usual Chick-fil-A standard & I'm not sure I'll be returning anytime soon. Last month I ordered in the app, went to pick it up and there was one person taking orders for two drive thru lines. She was going from one car in line one to one car in line two. The people working here are RUDE and sneaky. My daughter made a separate order with a gift card. They told her the gift card balance ($1.06 after paying for the food she ordered) in the drive thru and then when she got to her food they told her she needed to pay for it the full price and suddenly her gift card was no where to be found. I visited this Chick-fil-A location two weeks ago on a weekday morning around 9 AM as I was on the way to a local MLK Day week of service event, since this location was closest to the event. The line was extremely long for the drive-through, so I decided to go inside to order. There was a line of 5-7 people waiting for service and one cashier taking orders. A moment after I got in line, a manager hopped on another register to take orders. After about 10 minutes, I placed my order. The employee was friendly. I ordered a Chick-fil-A biscuit with strawberry jelly. As I was waiting in the pick-up area, I overheard the staff stating that they were out of condiments and needed to restock the self-serve areas. When I received my order, I had no jelly. I ate my biscuit once I got back to my car and it was hot and delicious. Luckily, I had a bottle of water to wash it down with, since I had no jelly. Overall, I would not rush to go back to this locations, as I am used to them being more efficient, but my breakfast was good. read more

Today, they didn't have anymore powerade (machine was serving watered down) so I had to get a sweet tea, and I used my free drink coupon for a drink i didn't want. Secondly, I ordered a medium fries. The container is not even 50% full. I was completely skimped on my fries and that's the one item I paid for. Tell me, does this photo look like a medium fries to you? I'm so tired of wasting money at this location. There is no quality control! I've filed a complaint here before and I will be doing so again. this container isn't even half full. This is ridiculous. They are taking all precautions. The dining room has yet to reopen. But you can order inside, pick up a moble order. And the drive through is fully operational. And has been this whole time. Staff is always in mask. We all already know the menu and have our favorites. Black owned. In the neighborhood. Professional staff. Always seems to be a wait. The Spicy grilled chicken sandwich is very tasty. I hope it is on the menu to stay. I was skeptical of the kale salad and the Mac and cheese. Love the mac and cheese. This place is an example of institutionalized racism / classism. Because the area isn't affluent and White, this place is the piss pool of Chic Fil-A's. The air around it smells like burnt, used up grease. There's a hundred workers in there, but they can't figure out how to keep things moving. The location isn't as crisp as the others, grimy and they don't care what happens outside, unlike the others, who when you drive on their property you get a Chic Fil-A experience. This one is garbage because it's a Black area, not wealthy, and the bigots running the organization just don't care. No different from the old General stores who made Black people come in the back, treated them like animals, charged them higher money - but damn sure took that money. Same here. Crappy service, terrible food, horrible quality standards - because thier just low class Blacks... who cares? But that money... we will take that There aren't even signs to order from outside. The staff just asks you what you want and you pop off something out of your head? What is this? They need your money, but they aren't going to give you the same service as any other location? Why go here??? I ordered a diet lemonade with no ice, and they gave me a watered down nasty lemon water tasting drink. But the worst part is the worker who was a the window tells me they can't "fix" it because it comes pre- mixed, which was a big fat lie. I've seen them refill the canisters and it's not pre-mixed. I'll never come here again. Also, fries but I need to ASK for salt - this place has really fallen down. They were all about mobile / pick up during the time America remembered there is a pandemic, now they ignore you as you stand there in that hell hole waiting until you finally tell out for help. I was so hyped that there is a Chick-fil-A in this area! It's a college area so you have to be aware that all of the condiments aren't going to be out. They have a lot of younger kids behind the register a bit of wait for our food but I was happy that the food was consistent. The space is awesome. Went through the drive through to order a Grilled cool wrap with fried meat instead of grilled and the young lady politely advised me that they could not honor that request. No worries, I went to my plan b meal because in all honesty not all Chick-fil-A restaurants honor that meal request. So I proceed to order the Cobb Salad. Arrive to the window, pay and the young lady stated that I would need to pull up, and park in one of the designated parking spots due to my order not being ready. I told her that I was not waiting because I was on break. She communicated that to whom ever was in charge . Two minutes later, a police officer was at my passenger window asking me "what is the problem." I was shocked, confused and perplexed. Why would you summon a officer on a customer who is not irate? This was unwarranted and definitely unnecessary. Whoever was the leader on that shift definitely needs to retake training on dealing with customers and owning the customers experience. When they finally came they only brought us one of the item which was a milkshake. When I mentioned we ordered other stuff she looked at us with no care in the world and just said "oh it will come".
