If this were any other restaurant, I would have given it 3 stars- but this is chick-fil-a where high standards are expected and usually met. During the dinner rush- food was warm -not hot, delivery to the table was slow (could be a relationship there), and we had to pass by several dirty tables to find a clean one (no trash on table- but food residue from previous guests). Corporate needs to visit this store as a guest, then realign this crew with quality and cleanliness standards. To be fair, they were a very nice crew. We stop in chick-fil-a when we are on the road (like now) because they are generally very clean with great food. Not tonight. read more

We have visited this Chick-fil-a a few times because it is on a route we take a couple times a year. We stop here almost every time we go. The service is excellent, we always get our food out in an orderly and fast fashion. The cashiers and staff make eye contact, smile, and make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly. The food is top tier "fast food" and our favorites include the chicken strips and spicy chicken sandwich. We are always impressed and amazed when we pull out of the parking lot with our chicken in tow. 10/10 P.S- try the breakfast, it will surprise you. read more

Daughter got called a bitch at the drive thru today, because she was a little far from the window. Now that coincides with their so called values. read more

Love this place. The food and service are always great. Definitely recommend to anyone who has never visited a Chik-fil-a before. The waffle fries and fry sauce are the best!! read more

This is my first time to eat at this specific Chic Fil A. I ate here at lunch time and the service was good. Food got out fast and the employees were polite. I didn't have no problems. I travel a lot and not in the area so might want to check other reviews, but no problems with my visit. read more

Very disrespectful. Not used to this service at chick-fil-a. The manager was not very helpful. Awful service!!!

Manager sucks. He has brown hair. Messed order up twice then made us pay. Not the kind of chick fil a service I am used to.

Everyone knows that Chick-fil-a employees say, "my pleasure" as a response to "thank you." The employees here didn't even say, "you're welcome!" Definitely training fail!! read more

Been to Chick-fil-A coast to coast. Glad there's one just off the highway, but it's also just...off. Only one (of at least 20 I've been to from CA to VA) that's ever messed up my order. read more

I love going to this Chick-fil-A. I actually have never been inside the restaurant, I always go through the drive thru. Even though its always packed and the drive thru is always full, you will not be waiting basically at all. The employees are so nice and friendly. They work very fast and hard to keep the cara moving and so everyone can get their order quickly. They keep the cars moving and thats what you call a drive thru, not waiting at one for over 10 min. read more

I currently live n Houston where chick-fil-a is very popular and waiting in a line that wraps around the building is normal or 20 people ahead of you is to be expected. They always move people through quickly and do so with a smile. That wasn't my experience here. We beat the rush by about 10 minutes (arrived at 11:30) and walked right to the counter. There were two younger male employees behind the counter - one asked the other to cover the register while he took food out to which I heard him reply "It's not like I'm not busy." Keep I mind I was the only one in line. Ordered a Cobb salad and #1. Took a good 7-10 minutes to come out. They were both good and fresh but I've never waited that long for food at chick-fil-a. I noticed the crowd growing out the door while we ate and overheard one customer ask his friend while they were waiting for their meal, "Dude, what did you order for it to take this long." The answer- "A chicken sandwich. ". All in all it was an okay experience. It not what I have grown accustomed to. The mgr was hard at work but the staff just didn't seem to be the stellar employees of other locations. read more

Everything's dirty, the floor, the tables, the counters, and the bathroom was disgusting! the food took a little long, and the staff was not very inviting. Food was not bad, but needs improvement. read more

We went to Chick Fil A the Friday of Spring Break and they were packed. But the food was hot, delicious, and the service was fast! I always appreciate the Chick Fil A workers because they look you in the eye, speak to you and are always courteous! Good job Chick Fil A! Thanks for consistently doing great! Wish more fast food places would train employees like this Chick Fil A does in Ardmore! read more

Let's just say they didn't get much right on our order. We are traveling thru back home to TX and decided to stop at our friends favorite friendly, fast, respectable restaurant. What a mistake or 6. Every single one of our orders were wrong. It took a good 20 minutes to get our 4 kids meals(pretty much all the same) a salad and a chicken sandwich meal. Once we got it we noticed all the nuggets were wrong in each kids meal. My husband had to stand in line to change the order. Then he comes back and I asked if the sides were right....Nope! Back in line. Then as he sits down to eat he asks where his side of waffles fries are....guess they didn't put them in. Back in line? He says "forget it". I'm done with my salad and my friend asks what my packet is on my tray. She tells me I was suppose to get a packet of granola and nuts not dried peppers...go to complain? Why bother! If we ever have to stop in this town again I will never eat here. CFA customer service is usually wonderful and very accommodating in the north Texas area. I'm not sure who is training or overseeing this location...sad! read more

I normally love their deluxe chicken sandwich. Today it was the only part of our meal that wasn't too great. Their was a lot of juice from the tomatoes on it and in the box, making it soggy. Everything else was great. The waffle fries were the best I have had at any Chick Fil A location. read more

They completely messed up my order. They gave me yesterday's chicken sandwiches when I asked for breakfast ones, and over charged me! When I asked for a avocado ranch I was okay with the extra charge. Come to find out they never gave it to me completely disappointed in this chick-Fil-a read more

Delicious fast food and the service is awesome. The owners are kind and helpful. I'm addicted to their spicy chicken!

they are rude and not like any chick fil a i have been at. They wouldn't let me order what i wanted cause they "changed there policy two month ago" when i was there litterly last week and order a couple side orders of bacon with a plain bun. and they say on the card they gave me to call the place say "chick fil a cares" but do they really. read more

Recently visited this Chic fil a while traveling. Went in and ordered two breakfast burritos and it took 11 mins and it wasn't even busy. Poorly organized. Got our food and burritos were cold with hard tortillas. Not to mention they were out of salsa which is the best part. read more

Super friendly service A1 food the workers really go the extra mile to get you what you want

I've never had a problem here. It's run as well as any other Chick-Fil-A restaurant. Had a minor problem with an order and the store franchise operator happened to be there and took care of me. Orders have been accomplished in a reasonable amount of time for a new location that's off the highway and ridiculously busy. Quality is fantastic, ignore the other bad reviews. They get my business in Ardmore as much as possible whenever I'm in town. Keep up the good work! read more

Just stopped there 10 mins ago and have never had a problem with Chick-fil-A. At this particular location I ordered an 8 count nugget meal and they tasted like dirty oil and so did my daughters. And the Dr Pepper tasted like it came from dirty lines. This is the first bad review I've given, maybe they should check their fryer oil. The guy at the window was really nice that's why I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1. read more

I love most Chik Fil A restaurants, but it pains me to say that my hometown Chik fil A just isn't as good as the others. The food seems to usually be lukewarm at best, plus, the chicken simply is not crispy. I wonder if the oil isn't hot enough? read more

Worst service ever. Rude workers that where cutting up instead of tending to the line. Woman at the counter was the rudest person I have ever encountered at this franchise. Truly disappointed read more
