Last time we were at the Ranch, we stopped in here for some nibbles & refreshments as we were getting new tires put on the car down the street. We don't usually go to Fast Food places unless it's a last resort thing. Anyhoo, while we were there we find out that Chick-Fil-A recently announced that it would be reversing course to "allow some antibiotics in its chicken" a policy called "No Antibiotics Important To Human Medicine" (NAIHM) Well, my policy is still the same as always. "No antibiotics EVER" NAE. (LMFAO) No antibiotics/big Pharma poisons in the food was the only good thing about this place. One more elimination. One more reason to stay away from posionous Fast Food. Driving the OKC - Dallas route and needed a quick bathroom break/snack. We took exit 32 at 12th Street in Ardmore because we saw there was a Love's at the exit and thought that would do the trick. Once we were on the exit ramp we saw there was a Chik-fil-A and that was a no brainer-let's go! We had a great experience and we'll be back! The bathrooms were clean. The inside of the restaurant was impeccable. It's a mystery how they get all those little ketchup packets to face the same direction & look so organized in the condiment display area--those of us who are highly passionate about organization, take notice, it's a dream! The staff here are friendly and they keep busy. We had a little bit of confusion with our to-go order but staff could see we had been waiting a while and were able to make it right-no big deal. Once we got our food we really enjoyed it. We got the 4 count Chick-n-Strips & fries. Everything was hot & tasty. We got several of the Chick-fil-A sauces and I could honestly eat that stuff on a leather shoe. All and all, we had an excellent experience here and we'll be back! Only 1 good employee, but on the other hand 2 girls decided to make fun of a kid playing at the equipment and laugh about it, when me and my grandparents got our food one of them decided to make the remark "there should be" after my 74 year old grandma asked if there was ketchup and salt, I looked and there was no in fact ketchup and salt. My in-laws live in Texas so driving from Oklahoma City Ardmore is a perfect halfway stop. Naturally, we are always drawn to the Chick-fil-A because who doesn't love Chick-fil-A! We never sit and eat in the restaurant however I always walk in and order it to go and use the restroom while I wait. The entire place is spotless workers are friendly and more importantly our order is right every single time. The food always taste fresh and I'm just so glad Ardmore has a chick fila! Super fast service tonight. While in line to order the line moved quickly. When I did order, the hot and fresh food was on a tray before I even left the register. The staff was courteous and pleasant when I asked for a refill of my drink. Family friendly atmosphere. Not sure if they had a play ground. With Chick-fil-a is doesn't matter if you are off Interstate 35 in Oklahoma or in the middle of a big city, the food is always amazing and the staff is great. Typical CFA with the usual CFA experience. The food quality was too-notch, everything we ordered came out hot and fresh, and our order was made to perfection. We opted for a curbside pickup and it took 10-15 minutes for our food to arrive. There were even cars who pulled in after us that got their meals well before we did, so they must've really been backed up or queued their pickup perfectly. If I'd known it might've been quicker to go through the drive-thru, then I probably would've done that. For future reference, I'll make sure I don't stop here during the hours after lunch on a Friday. read more

This is my favorite chick-fil-a, mainly because the Spicy Chicken Biscuit has been removed from the menu in the DFW metroplex area. They still serve it in Ardmore. First off the food and service here was amazing. I love chic-fil-a for all its foods. Lately I have been watching my dietary intake and they offer great smart choice options. This review is mostly to tell you how this establishment went above and beyond. My mother and I were eating lunch at the restaurant. After we finished my mom put our trash in the garage. I did not notice my phone was on the tray. When I turned around to check the table to make sure we had gathered out things it was clear. We went home, 30miles away. I started looking for my phone. No where to be found. Went to my find my phone on my computer. App showed it was still at the restaurant. Called talked to an employee. She looked and could not find it but the ping was steady at the restaurant. I told her I thought it may be in the refuse and could she please not throw it out as I was returning in about 45 minutes. Once we returned I spoke to a young man named Nathan. Come to find out I was speaking with the manager on duty and she had, had him pull the trash and look for my phone. Nathan found it, cleaned it up and gave it to me. I wanted to give him a few $$$ for having to did through the trash. He said it was against policy and was glad I got it back. Thank you Nathan. Wow, absolute worse chick Gil a I have been to. I travel all over tx and la and frequent this chain regularly. Stopped in at 8am for a quick biscuit and milk. Not sure what the malfunction was. There were people ahead of me in line, even without getting their order , walking out. The two guys running he registers kept looking over at each for approximately 10 minutes, while the customer stood their confused , with neither of them speaking to the customer. Not sure if they were trying to figure how to make change for a dollar or what. The 3 older guys In the dress shirts (managers?), were standing around talking about making coffee. Everyone else was just milling around at a leisurely pace. It takes a lot for me to spend time expressing my discontent. Finally after standing for 20 mins. With no movement, I left. Despicable, apathetic customer service. I arrived mid-afternoon during the week. I was not greeted upon entering which seemed odd for CFA. There were several people in line, but only one person working the register. Several employees were doing routine chores such as filling tea dispensers, but no one acknowledged me. After waiting for the folks in front of me to decide on cookies or not, I finally gave up and went to the drive thru. I finally recieved service, but the effort required was ridiculous. If this were any other restaurant, I would have given it 3 stars- but this is chick-fil-a where high standards are expected and usually met. During the dinner rush- food was warm -not hot, delivery to the table was slow (could be a relationship there), and we had to pass by several dirty tables to find a clean one (no trash on table- but food residue from previous guests). Corporate needs to visit this store as a guest, then realign this crew with quality and cleanliness standards. To be fair, they were a very nice crew.
