Don't order through Yelp/Grubhub. They don't prioritize your order. Door dash and Uber eats take priority here. I ordered through Yelp/Grubhub at 12:22PM. Told me my order was ready at 12:34PM. I showed up at 12:38PM, guy in the front (seems new as he had to ask two others there about my order) had no idea about my order until I showed him my order on Yelp. Then a lady (probably a supervisor) spoke to him in a low tone, "we have to print the order so they can make it." I over heard and was wondering why I wasn't updated on anything. He then said it'll be out as soon as it's done. I responded frustratingly, "I have to be back by 1PM which is why I ordered in advance." They never apologized for their mistake and told me it'll be out as soon as it's finished. So now I'm aggravated, I didn't want to start a scene because I had to be back to work at 1PM. Chick fila never disappoints with good food and super friendly service.  They are like the Disneyland of fast food for chicken sandwiches.  Since Westfield Arcadia is my go to mall, I've been here quite a few times especially during Covid for a quick bite. They are still doing the side window delivery when your order is ready.  However there are many tables around the food court so you can eat anywhere.  I like to get the regular chicken sandwich with an added extra slice of tomato so I can pretend that I'm eating healthy. I really just put a couple dab of the roasted BBQ sauce because I find the chicken is flavorful enough already.  The waffle fries and sweet tea is always a nice treat as well. Which it's not worth the price that I paid for which it's not very good quality which it doesn't sound like chick-fila would usually do. Wow. Just wow. I really like chic filet and never had this happened and was debating to post this or not but damn still can't get over what happened yesterday. Ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches extra pickles and add pepper jack cheese along with 3 piece chicken strips and 2 small Mac and cheese. Got home and realised 1 sandwich was not what I ordered. Not a big deal right? Wrong. First bite in was a piece of plastic. I thought it was just some hard piece end of fried chicken. Chick-fil-A is a prime example of a restaurant that has perfected an ingredient and serves it in dishes at low prices! I am a big fan of the spicy deluxe sandwich as you get a nice spicy flavor from the chicken and also get the added tomato and lettuce to balance the sandwich out. When I used to get the regular chicken sandwich I would always be craving some sort of vegetable afterwards because of how heavy a piece of fried chicken and bread was. Now, whenever I order the spicy deluxe sandwich, I feel a lot better eating the meal and it also tastes better! The chicken itself is absolutely impeccable! It isn't overly fried and has a thin layer of crunchy goodness around it. Since the fried layer is relatively thin you get to enjoy more juicy chicken! There's a reason why they advertise on billboards for us to eat more chicken, and it's because the chicken is always so good! In terms of the fries, it's pretty much the same story as the chicken. You get a lot of potato in the fries instead of it being mostly just the fried exterior like at other fast food restaurants. This makes the fries taste more "meaty" as you don't taste only the crunch of the outside. They are also pretty consistent and are never that much better or worse than other locations. I would honestly put Chick-fil-A down as a must try if you haven't already! It will be a great experience and you'll be hooked after trying it once! read more

PSA: Curbside pick up is in the north parking lot closest to where the food court is inside the mall. I got the 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets, kale crunch salad, & diet mango lemonade. It was my first time getting the nuggets. Would definitely get them again. Service was fast and super convenient once I figured out where curbside was. . What is there not to like about Chick-fil-A? Been to other locations and I'm glad they opened one at the Santa Anita mall. Recently was the first time I've gone to this location. It's nice they have a "drive-thru". Definitely not your typical drive-thru but they make it work. Easily drive up to the parking garage where Chick-fil-A is located adjacent to and you'll be greeted by Chick-fil-A staff with a tablet on hand to take your order. I'm sure lines do get long but we were about 4th in line. You can probably order ahead of time and park at the parking lot if you don't want to wait in line? I saw some staff bring the orders personally to the cars parked. Will probably try that next time. Convenience is the key here. Ended up ordering a meal; regular chicken sandwich. It has probably been a while since I've had Chick-fil-A so I was kind of excited? The employee had asked if we wanted "two extra" sauces. So we thought ok, since we ordered two combos, that we'd get 4 sauces in total. When we got home, it was just two sauces. So tip if they ask you for "extra" sauce, it's not really extra. Went home and dug into my sandwich. A bit dryer than what I remembered so the sauce is crucial. This is where I miss the "extra" sauces as I didn't have enough for my fries. The waffle fries is something I look forward to here all the time. Different also from what I remembered but maybe it has been a while. This chic-fil-a never gives me the sauces I ask for, it's very disappointing. I'll ask for 2 CFA sauce a ranch and a Polynesian and they just throw 2 of what ever they want in there. If I'm paying freaking $17 for lunch I want my sauce. I ordered through their app and did the curbside pickup. The pickup location is by Jcpenny, you have to drive around the food court area and you will see their curbside pickup signs. I ordered the Cobb salad $9ish and a small fries $2ish. The total came out to be $13ish after tax. Everything was fresh and tasty. The guy who brought out my food was very nice too. I always love chick fila as their quality is pretty consistent. I usually order their spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and fries but today I didn't want to eat too much for dinner so I got the salad. AMAZING addition to the mall, so happy this place opened up in this location. Everyone already knows chick fil a and how delicious their food is but there can be variations between chains and let me tell you this one is a great one! Every time I've ordered the food tastes great and is often hot and ready to go, the fries even stayed crispy. The staff is so friendly and gladly helps if I'm ever missing anything or if I forgot to include it in my order. I'm so happy they are doing curbside pick up and open to the public during these crazy times. You can pull up to the parking garage behind the mall and order or order through the app and do a curbside pick up, easy-peasy! My go-to is definitely their grilled chicken wraps with a side of waffle fries. If you haven't tried their mac and cheese yet, you should drive there right now because I don't know how they do it, but they always include the crispy edges on the mac and that is my FAVORITE. *COVID review: I absolutely can't imagine how difficult it would be to have a grand opening DURING the height of the pandemic and continue to have to make changes following safety mandates every other month. The staff, manager, and owner are always communicative and even placed signs around the parking lot to lead guests to their temporary 'drive-through' for ordering and pick up. Also the max n cheese tastes different than other locations. Its not my favorite and I'll probably never get it again from here. My favorite chicken sandwich for sure. Despite what others think about the the spicy chicken sandwich from a rival fast food chain, I believe Chick-fil-A still has the best spicy chicken sandwich. Since the start of the second locked down, we have been home-bound. Today we ventured out to get a chick-fil-A fast meal. Ordered the Delux spicy chicken sandwich meal. It's still the best and yummiest chicken sandwich on earth. The chicken was fried to perfection with crispy outside and tender meat inside. The fries with their special sauce created a yummy combination for a perfect meal. Since we are near the Arcadia county park, we just brought our chick-fil-A meal to the park and had a little picnic. Incredible experience as always at Chick-Fil-A! Today was grand opening day and I went for dinner around 6:30 PM. There were a ton of customers, but essentially no line since they were well-prepared with a surplus of staff. After ordering my usual (2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, Large Waffle Fries and Large Drink), I walked outside to get a table and the server followed me out - my food was ready before I had even sat down! This location is the first one I've been to that's located inside a mall (all the others I've had are stand-alone locations). There is limited seating surrounding the restaurant itself, but there are TONS of tables within the food court area - I imagine even during peak times you will have no issues getting a table. I know that even parking won't be an issue because the mall lot is so massive. Food tasted great as always - Chicken and Fries were both crispy, hot and salted perfectly. I'm absolutely stoked that this new location is so close to me. Definitely will be my go-to CFA since I'm always at this mall, and it'll be the perfect meal to have after strolling around shopping! read more

Soo today was Opening Day & first impressions I've got to say things went pretty smooth considering all the people there. Not only did we get our order quickly but it was hot and correct ! Everyone made modifications to their orders and they all arrived as they were supposed to. Sandwiches were breaded & juicy, waffle fries hot & crispy, salad had cold lettuce & hot chicken- just the way they're supposed to ! Multiple people came by to make sure we were enjoying our meal & to make sure our drinks were refilled. Didn't see the Chick fil-A Cow but some of our party did get their picture taken with the special " picture frame" they had for Opening Day... I stopped ordering for a while. But then I'm finally back again because I'm still a fan of Chick-fil-A! I like the spicy Southwest salad, waffle fries & the spicy chicken sandwich. These are my favorite items on the menu. I guess it's been too long since I last had your chicken sandwich. Oh boy! It's extremely salty!! We ordered twice this past week and still very salty. In thought it was just randomly from a bad badge of your chicken. But nope! Please check how much sodium you put into this. I'm not sure how many people felt the same. But you should taste it. I don't feel the same. Also, why do I always get missing sauce when I do pick it up at the curb? Especially for the avocado/ guacamole dip. This CFA is located at Santa Anita so there's always a lot of foot traffic. I've always received good service here and the food is good. Although I've never been personally affected, there seems to be an issue here every time that I come and it's at the service window. Lots of orders seem to be taken by random people which leads to arguments/disagreements between staff and patrons. read more

Went to this chick-fil-A shortly before closing and went through their drive through. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and one original chicken sandwich large combo. The staff were really friendly and the drive through experience was smooth. I took off one star since my waffle fries were soggy and the salt was really unevenly distributed on the fries. I've been meaning to come to this CFA since they first opened. It's convenient for me to get food from here rather than to drive to Pasadena. Since they're only doing curbside orders it's easier for you to order through the app (with card) and drive there to pick it up. I'll give them props for running a drivethru via the parking lot. The food was good and there wasn't much to say about the service since I only came for pick up. Only thing is that they should put more signs around the parking lot to show you where the drivethru once you entire the parking lot even though I am very familiar with this mall. It goes with everything and the reason I'm giving this a four star rating. The Chick-fil-A deluxe didn't taste like much so I added some zesty buffalo sauce to it to spruce it up a bit. The spicy deluxe is where it's at! The chicken nuggets were great too. I'm not a fan of the waffle fries. For a large order of waffle fries, I got a few whole waffle fries and the rest were broke small bits. The fries were also a bit soggy. The wait time is just as long at this indoor Chick-Fil-a as it is at a drive-thru. Employees were great though. I ordered a couple of number 1 combos and the chicken sandwich is nothing to get excited over.l which is two buns, soggy breaded chicken, and a si hole pickle. No sauce in these at all but you can get on the side. This mall location replaced Johnny Rockets which was quite a bit faster at delivering food. With the other choices in the food court I will pass on Chick-fil-a. read more
