The first issue was some very twisty plumbing under our kitchen sink. They came out in a couple days (it was not an emergency) and simplified everything, plus gave us some helpful suggestions. Very efficient trip, and very fair price. This week, I called on Tuesday, and got an appointment for Thursday over my lunch break to have them look at our outside spigot. Water would shoot out of the handle when you twisted it, and the screw holding on the handle was corroded. I didn't want to take a chance and have to turn off water to the house, so I had a professional look at it. Complicating factor - the spigot goes into the house 10 inches, then makes a hard right turn, and all of this is somewhat hidden behind floor joists. Even if I could get to it, I don't know how to sweat copper pipes. The inspection turned into a replacement, and without cutting any beams, he was done before my lunch hour was over. Very impressive efficiency. Nice guy, too. Definitely recommended.

First the owner Brian came out and was very nice and professional with his presentation. He had a very good rapport with us. That is one of the biggest parts of a construction relationship. He got the job, and his crew came out and they too were very easy to work with. They came on time early in the morning and always let us know what had been done and answered any questions that needed to be answered. Brian and his crew worked with me on allowing me to get the tile, backsplash, and other items I needed to finish my job. They worked with me well when I had to find a company to install the quart countertop I wanted. All in all I had a good experience with this company. Their price was reasonable, and Brian worked with me on completing the job. I hadn't done a job like this since I had the entire house rehabbed, so a lot had changed in the construction world since 20 years ago.
