The walls were dark and we were switching to a lighter color. It was done neatly and perfectly. Another project was our finished basement which had several patching repairs they fixed (thanks to our four kids) and made the walls and ceiling look like new. The interior of my home looks completely transformed. They work very efficently, meticulously and are painting pros. This week they came to paint our exterior. About a week before painting, they power washed it all. We have cedar siding that needed lots of caulking and prep before staining, and a ton of white trim. Again, they didn't disappoint. I had Freddy get the paint, match the color and he used all Benjamin Moore products. We have a really tall roofline that had trim that they painted. No problem for these guys. It looks crisp and better than new. Freddy's pricing is extremely reasonable and if you were to get several quotes I am pretty confident that his would come in well under the others. Updating through text and phone, he either starts the project exactly as scheduled or earlier. This may sound basic, but these guys want to work and for that reason I will always call him for our painting needs.

I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.

We have been slowly doing some remodeling & renovations in our home, so we have hired quite a few different companies & even some handymen for some of the small jobs, so please trust me when I say Only The Best Services is the last company you want to hire and let inside your home. We initially posted on FB looking for a company to come do a complete renovation in our 1/2 bathroom & small laundry area, & that's where Carlos De Los Reyes reached out to me. From the very beginning we had told Carlos De Los Reyes we needed the job done as soon as possible, & how important it was to get it done in the first weeks of November by the latest. He said he could do that & we honestly thought he would take at most 2 weeks as this was a small bathroom & very small space for our laundry. We signed the contract on September 16th & paid the 50% deposit so he could start ordering the materials etc . And that's where our nightmare started. The weeks went by and we didn't heard from him, so we started reaching out to ask for updates. Carlos started making excuses, changing his mind and contradicting himself in everything. He's very dishonest and constantly lie about everything. He said he was so busy with other jobs, but he was "working" on our project and ordering the materials. A month went by, and we had still not heard of a start date from them so we reached out again and we were told by Carlos that they would start on Oct 20th. Oct 20th- Carlos got here & did the whole demolition of our bathroom & laundry area, & then informed us right before he left that he was waiting for the vanity to arrive and he would be back to work in a few days. Another lie- He lied that he had ordered the vanity & supposedly waiting for it to arrive...all this time he had our deposit and he had ordered nothing yet he made us believe he did. Carlos did a complete demolition, with no intention of showing back to work soon because he had no materials, no vanity, no light fixtures, NOTHING leaving a family with no bathroom, no laundry & unable to use the garage. Carlos then showed back to work on Oct 28 & 29. But when I saw the work he was doing, I was in shock. The craftsman ship of work was awful, looked like a bad attempt at a DIY project. Drywall patches were awful. The moulding for the accent wall looked horrible; he used different thickness on the mouldings and used the wrong material to do the top part - it was an eyesore, they cut off our copper pipes way to short they couldn't even reach through the bottom of the vanity cabinet & ruined our PVC plumbing- we had to pay extra to fix this. They did more damage than good. We hired a new company to remove all the cheap material Carlos used, fix the mess Carlos did and do everything from the start, including painting again - and it was the best decision ever. The new company removed everything Carlos did and as soon as they started working on my bathroom & laundry area I could see a HUGE difference. Best thing? They used quality materials, was done professionally and they showed to work every day without us having to go after them. They finished everything in 3 days! They showed to my house every day at the same hour, and in 3 days they accomplished what Carlos and his company couldn't do in 2 months! Save yourself from the biggest headache of your life, save your money and go with a professional. Only The Best Services claim they do luxury work at affordable prices; it's all lies and a scam. They will use the cheapest available material for everything, and charge you prices of quality materials & claim to be professionals and leave you with more damage and a terrible job. The pictures of beautiful renovations they show on their business page is from jobs that are done by subcontractors, then take credit for it, & they only show the good side. They also block you from their business page so that you aren't able to leave bad reviews with your bad experiences- hence why you don't see any negative reviews on his business page but go check his reviews on Google, we aren't the only ones! And sadly he will keep doing this, but I'm sharing my experience so that you won't have to go through what we did.

Additionally, none of the doors or baseboards were white, they had all yellowed due to age. Joe Giordano of Freedom Finishers came highly recommended and was able to come out, go over what I wanted done, and provide an estimate that same day. He and his crew started shortly thereafter. As the job progressed, he provided constant communication as to the job's status. There were things I added along the way, and Joe was extremely accommodating and able to fit them in. Joe and his crew left the house and work areas clean, and hauled away excess materials etc. In the end. Joe/Freedom Finishers completed several drywall repairs, refinished the entire stair railing and all spindles, added new brackets, painted all the doors, their trim and baseboards in the entire home. He also offered to fix a small area of shoddy work done by a previous painter, and did so flawlessly! I am more than pleased with Freedom Finishers and will recommend this company to anyone in need of painting or drywall. It is a huge plus that Freedom Finishers is owned by two US Veterans!
