I can't express how helpful Tim is. First - I sent out quite a handful of request a quotes on Yelp…read morefor a project to help me replace my ceiling tiles and potentially the rails. Tim was the only one who went above and beyond. He asked me great questions, was extremely responsive, answered my questions, all before even scheduling to come out. He also provided an estimated quote that we felt was fair for the labor that's involved. I will update my review with more details once we have a completed project, but my communication thus far has been nothing short of amazing and just had to post this review!

Both projects had water damage and were in bad shape. shape. He told me what needed to be done and a price for the work before he started. I hired Jorge to put in vinyl/PVC porch railings for my front porch and my side porch. The…read morerailings had to match existing side rails on the front porch (these were the rails going down the stairs). The side porch was made of pavers, had no railings and looked trickier. Additionally, I wanted a shelf on/near the railing - this is the porch to go to the patio and BBQ grill. Jorge did fantastic work! It looks terrific. There were many tricky aspects to it and he conquered all difficulties. I felt the price was fair - he was definitely not the cheapest quote I got, but I had followed up with references who raved about him - and I can see why - he did very good work. That said, he could have been a better communicator - I would have liked a written proposal and I wish it had not been me to follow up with him on "are you coming today" - however, he had had an emergency in his family so it may have been just that. I very much recommend Jorge for porch railings. Plus - added bonus - he's a really nice guy!

Jorge was recommended to us by a close friend when we inquired about a recent painting project they…read morehad just finished on their house. Jorge's team did a great job in painting our basement. They also did a great job in repairing some subpar drywall work that was done by the original contractors. While in the process of painting the walls, we had casually asked Jorge if his team also did trim work. We had been contemplating doing the trim work ourselves but Jorge's price quote was extremely fair and competitive, and the work was done very well. Jorge was easy to work with and accommodating of our schedule. We will be definitely be using Jorge and his team for future projects.

From day one Jake / Ed and their crew were professional courteous and honest. Even though I…read moreprovided blue prints to them Jake insisted on coming out to the property to look at the scope of the project so that he could give me the best estimate of the time cost and resources the job would require. Weather was not on our side throughout the project but his crew labored on, despite the sometimes horrible conditions the crew was always polite and in good spirits. Despite the delays caused by mother nature and the extra time the job took because of them the price of the job didn't change. Daily Jake explained to me what was going on, showed me the progress and explained to me what they were doing and why, I was happy they didn't cut corners and made an extra effort to give me the best work / product possible. They were also extremely conservative with materials, making sure to minimize waste and thus minimize cost, something I haven't seen from contractors I've worked with in the past. In the end I felt like Reiner Construction built my home like they were building it for one of their own family members, the quality, attention to detail and experience was unmatched. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be hiring them again in the spring for my next project their work and work ethic is completely inline with their pricing, they weren't the cheapest bid I got on the job, but I am certain I would not have gotten the quality and peace of mind had I not gone with them. You get what you pay for, and in this case I couldn't be happier.
