The manager curtly told me they couldn't do that and refused to call the Palmer store, leaving me no choice but to be late for my appointment because I had to go back to the Palmerbstore and get the fI've bags of kibble. when I got back to aPalmer, Palmer store told me that had the WASILLA store called, this could have been done without my driving back to Palmer. The staff, especially Janie, Haley and Katie, went above and beyond to help me meet all the requirements for the flight. Their trainer even made sure Doodles fit in the carrier properly so there would be no problems during check-in. Because of all of you, Doodles is here in California with family, being loved and cared for, and caring for his dog, has brought a measure of comfort in the loss of my brother.
