Needed to trim my jack chi nails and they were able to see him on sat. Nail trimming is walk ins so that's really nice and 5-10 depending if the dog needs more than 1 person. Will definitely be coming here again. Plenty of parking Almost no wait for nail trimming read more

Love this local dog groomer Great services and prices. They also do walk in trimming for $10. After 11 daily I believe.

Have not had my "mutts" scrubbed here, but I do take my cat about once a year to get trimmed up. They always do a great job with her. Staff is friendly and prompt. Prices are posted when you walk in and are reasonable. Nice to have a groomer in Palmer that does a good job. They are ALWAYS busy, so be sure to call ahead for an appointment. read more

My labradoodle Scout was a knotted mess when I took him in for grooming. Usually I don't allow him to knot up by being diligent with brushing, but with the holidays and all...yikes ! That being said, Scrub- A -Mutt expertly shaved down my dog 's badly matted coat and did such a beautiful job trimming his muzzle and the unruly fleecy fur around his eyes that I can honestly say it's the best grooming job ever- anywhere . Will definitely take Scout back in 6 wks as the price was reasonable considering my dog has a very high-maintenance coat. As good as The Dog Wash, only not as expensive read more

Took our Chessie and Lab in for bath and nail trim. Both dogs came back clean and happy. They did the oatmeal shampoo for both. Our Chessie had dandruff-the bath helped a lot. Kudos for working both dogs in the same day I called! Price was reasonable and we will return! read more

This was the third time over 2 years that I've brought my dog to Scrub a Mutt. The first two times were, OK, not thrilled but no real complaints. My dog needs her anal glands expressed every month, or they'll infected/impacted. Usually we have it done at the vet but my dog was stinky so I thought a bath would be nice. When I brought her in I was asked what she needed done. I told them the most important thing was her anal glands must be expressed. Then a bath and to clip her nails if she would allow it. They aggreed, and I requested that they use the oatmeal shampoo because she has dry skin and the shampoo they usually use stinks like perfume. When I picked her up and got her to the car I realized she stunk like the perfumey shampoo. Later I notcied massive amount of dandruffs coming off her. That was a bummer but at that point I was ok with it because they did clip her nails. A few hours later I noticed some brownish crust on her paw. At first I thought it was feces but after further investigation I saw that it was blood! The pad of her paw was cut right next to where her nail was trimmed. Well this upset me because they didnt even say anything! I then looked in the car and found blood on the seats, and the wound took days to heal over. Finally yesterday, I realized that my dog was licking her anus excessively. This had me worried that Scrub a Mutt didnt even empty her anal glands! My husband watched a bunch of videos online of how to express anal glands since the vet had previously told me that we could do it at home. My husband expressed one gland but the other was too hard (which means its full, and has been for awhile!). She's going back to the vet tomorrow to get the hard gland expressed. I'm so disappointed in Scrub a Mutt! I love to support local businesses and I'm willing to forgive an honest mistake but they screwed up everything. And not to even tell me that my dogs foot was cut? I like to put antibacterial cream on wounds so they dont get infected! read more

They are totally awesome! My dogs come out perfect every time. They are reasonably priced! My dogs are happy when they go in and happy when I pick them up. The staff have developed a personable relationship with my family and my dogs. I have never been so happy with a grooming shop as I am with Scrub A Mutt. read more
